Fantastic experience: I had my first session with Georgina this week. She was very good indeed with passing on information to me, in a patient, relaxed , friendly manner. She tought me exercises and techniques which have already proved to be effective in helping me in recovering from side effects of radiotherapy for aggressive prostate cancer. Fantastic experience: I have experienced peripheral neuropathy for well over a year as a result of chemo. After hearing about the laser machine at Restore Oncology Care I decided to give some laser treatment a go. I began with weekly treatments which I was able to stretch out to about every 10 days and last week I was so excited to get in my car and drive for the first time in 2 years!! I now have feeling in the soles of my feet and can isolate the sensation in my toes, which has given me the confidence to drive. What a new lease on life!! Thank you Restore for helping to ‘restore’ (see what I did there?!) the feeling in my feet. Thank you also for the kind, friendly, professional practitioners you have. I can’t recommend you highly enough!! Of course everyone will respond differently but I am so pleased with my results.

The multidisciplinary health professionals can help ready you for treatment and assist your recovery. Private health insurance should cover some of the costs or source a CARE package through your GP. I have had treatment for cording post a total mastectomy and also received a customised workout program to help get back my fitness and conditioning. Thank you to team at Restore.

Fantastic experience: Attending exercise classes, meditation and lymphatic drainage sessions have been a great benefit to my recovery from breast cancer. The caring, friendly staff have been very helpful in guiding me to understand the importance of self care and staying active.

I have been helped in my cancer recovery with physiotherapy, lymphoedema massage, exercise physiology and massage therapy, all in the pleasant and supportive environment created there. I initially got 17 free 1hour physio appointments through a plan organised by my oncologist, but for 18 months now I have paid my own way (with private health care benefits) as this has improved my health and conditioning immensely. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend highly enough the team at Restore Oncology. I have cording and movement issues following a mastectomy. I am impressed by the laser and massage treatment provided for the cording. Similarly, the equipment used identified my range of movement difficulties with precision. The follow exercise regime centred on these issues and the follow up videos give me confidence that I will be performing these issues correctly.
