Negative experience: Very unprofessional as I had to video the Physiotherapist some exercises which was a waste of time. Got no relief and no treatment for my shoulder pain,waste of time and $110. Went to another clinic and got the Problem Resolved

Fantastic experience: Wonthaggi Allied Health Centre have been nothing short of amazing looking after my dad over the past couple years. He has a great relationship with all his physio’s and thoroughly enjoys his hydrotherapy on Wednesdays. Kasey is fantastic and really lovely. We recently met Claire and she was incredibly thorough when meeting my dad and took the time to learn how he can and cant move to provide the best possible exercise plan for him. 11/10 for WAHC! Thank you for caring for my dad!

Fantastic experience: Since I have been doing clinical Pilates with Mahlee, I have not had any recurrence of back and neck problems. Mahlee is friendly and very knowledgeable and knows how too push me safely do I can increase my fitness.

Fantastic experience: Had a problem with my hands for years, had really found it hard to find help for it, but just a couple of sessions with these guys and I’ve got a programme of exercises to help as well as the equipment to help with the pain, feel so relieved to be in good hands (if you pardon the pun!) Highly recommend.

Nick is a great physio and such a kind and professional therapist. This business offers a lot of services and I feel assured and confident when I walk in for a healing it will happen. Highly recommended. I would have no hesitation trying any of the other therapist should I need to and am so grateful to Nick for my better health.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client since October 2020. I’ve been requiring physiotherapy weekly and Pilates 3/week. I’m happy to share that I have Multiple Sclerosis (M.S) so these sessions are vital for my pain relief, mental health and to maintain/achieve my optimal health to remain as independent as possible. Nick, Candace, Tanita, Indi and the whole team have become like a second family to me. They go above and beyond to help me. And I’m feeling the immense benefits of the care received. Nick has explored many avenues to achieve the help I need. He is very professional and genuinely a kind & caring therapist. With my complex issues, he recently bought a Traction Table, Bluetooth Tens Machine and a Shockwave Machine knowing that these would not only benefit relief for my condition, for which I’ve had amazing results, but for the many clients he and the other physio’s have at the clinic. In the common exercise room, whilst doing my Pilates, I’ve observed Nick interact with his clients from toddlers to the elderly, the physically and intellectually disabled, right down to the local athlete. He decorum and professionalism, gentleness and kindness has always shone through. Tanita is my rockstar. The encouragement and support whilst she puts me through my paces with Pilates, strength training, stretching etc is the bomb. The program she puts me through is always challenging, never boring and I’m seeing and feeling great results. She is also a kind, caring young lady, a great listener, and awesome barista to boot! The staff at WAHC truly care for the health and well-being of all their clients. I’ve had many a day where I’ve struggled with my symptoms of M.S, but I will always turn up to for my treatment and if I breakdown…mentally, physically or both, they give me a huge pick-me-up boost, sit me down, lend a friendly ear with a cappuccino in hand! The clinic is growing constantly with new allied health providers joining to cater for more client needs. And parking is a breeze too. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I truly would!

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Nick (physiotherapist). He is so caring but efficient in all his treatments. Very kind and willing to see the best results out of his sessions. I have also received a massage from Melyssa. She was very thorough, and I left feeling very relaxed. My experience was nothing but excellent with kind and knowledgeable staff from the moment I walked in till the moment I left. Thank you
