Fantastic experience: The team at Melville Wellness has been amazing. Melissa is so helpful, lovely and always greets you by name when you walk in the door! Yong (physio) and Ben (podiatrist) are extremely knowledgeable, genuine, warm and trustworthy. They really understand my conditions, and they offer solutions that actually make sense for my circumstances. Having such a great team under one roof makes life so much easier. I'm so grateful for the team at Melville Wellness!

Fantastic experience: Been going for 2.5/years seeing Chad for Chiropractor and Renee for Soft Tissue Massage. Have just started to see the newly added Physio - Yong for a torn ligament. Having all 3 in the same practice means they are all working together and sharing notes in order to support my treatment. Also see the Podiatrist. The practice is clean, and welcoming with a team of health professionals that work together for the patient.

Fantastic experience: Consulted the dietitian Xavier for the first time under my care plan. Xavier adopts a very practical approach to the meal plan for weight management and nutrition by adjusting the portions and alternate brands with less fat and less sugar. The meal plan is effective. My weight is already down 1.5 kg A week later I consulted Podiatrist Alaric. He was thorough and methodical in his assessment of my feet and foot wear. Very clear and simple explanations. Great bedside manners. Very satisfied with Alaric’s service and professional approach.

Fantastic experience: I waltzed - not literally- into the clinic many years ago, struggling to walk and in pain. I was at my wits end. What a blessing I did. Chad was able to get me back on my feet and Renee was able to sort out my tight muscles due to my computer use. I continue my upkeep with both of them and now use other professionals in their business. Highly recommend. My saviour.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to see Chad, Rene, Garret and others at Melville Wellness for longer than I can remember at this location and his old one. The staff are always so unbelievably friendly, they know my name as i walk in and always greet me hello with a wonderful bright smile. And in recent years accomodate my two little ones in tow on our way to school or home. Chad is a magician with what he can do for pain, soreness and advice on how to feel great. Whether it is my usual monthly appointment or a last minute emergency one because of a crook neck or back they always find the time. Not only this but they know you, your family and what you love, they genuinely care about you, your family and your wellness. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come to Melville Wellness and join the family! Thanks Chad and crew.

Negative experience: I get massages very frequently and booked a massage there for the first time to try it out. Had one of the worst massages I've ever had. I didn't want to leave a review but this company has been emailing and texting me even after I've asked to have my details deleted from their system multiple times. Would not recommned.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for over 15 years. They have move premises a few times but alway in the same general area. Great parking facilities and easy access. The staff from the ladies on reception through to the chiropractic practitioners are all amazing . Highly recommended

Negative experience: I went here with an extremely sore back from a pinched nerve, only to have the chiro manipulate my back in an extremely rough way, it instantly felt sorer, the next day I pinched the nerve again even worse and ended up in hospital. I advised the chiro and the desk ladies and received no advice, no email back, nothing. Every session I went to here he did the exact same thing, felt very rushed and not much time was taken to explain what was actually going on or what would help. The male chiro just wants to get you in and out and get the next patient in. Don’t recommend

Negative experience: I booked a remedial massage appointment for 12:45 online, arrived early as requested. Door was closed and after ringing the bell and calling several times, I left a message on the voicemail and decided to leave cause no-one was there even 10min past my appointment time. Quite disappointing. Therefore, I cannot say anything about their actual service.

Fantastic experience: I found this place through the google reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I have had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Mariana who helped fix some pain I was in with trigger point therapy - a total delight with her warm and bubbly personality. Recently, I have seen Ben for some ongoing issues with my feet. Ben has been instrumental in getting to the root cause of what was going on with a number of solutions for me to work on myself to continue maintenance as an overall preventative solution - which you don't see a lot of these days! He's incredibly kind, warm and understanding and is so thorough in his consultations. I can't recommend him enough - I wish I had gone sooner; even after a few weeks I am already seeing results to long-term issues. Outstanding customer service and very warm and friendly therapists who genuinely care about you.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from tension headaches, migraines and back pain for a long time until deciding to attend chiro. Its not an overnight fix but chiro has definitely lessen if not removed my incidences of headaches and back pain all together. I do book for a body maintenance, there's something really satisfying listening to your body pop when done properly after a hards day work. Dr. Coles has a professional and caring manner and definitely knows his practice. I highly recommend Melville Wellness for overall wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben. He has a friendly but professional manner and is passionate about what he does. After suffering some time with tendonitis in my heel / foot he spent a great deal of time investigating and explaining the contributory causes. He provided a simple program to follow which was short and easy for me to follow each day, combined with some additional treatment in the clinic I am able to play tennis again without discomfort or pain. Honest with the potential time line for recovery there wasn't the pressure to continue appointments after I recovered quicker. Thanks Ben.

Fantastic experience: Ben is an absolutely genius. His knowledge and passion is phenomenal. He provides treatment with a confident yet humble approach which is really great to see as a patient. I personally had ingrown toenails that were effecting my everyday life. I had trouble running and exercising, putting on shoes and simply bumping anything even softly was extremely painful. Ben explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, and gave excellent guidance on how to prevent future issues. I couldn't recommend anyone more, Thank Ben :)

Fantastic experience: After 12 months of pain and various attempts at fixing, i decided to let the experts have a go as a last resort. Wish i had gone there first as within 3 weeks Ben had skillfully diagnosed and fixed the issue. I am now walking 30 km oere week pain free. Melville Wellness Centre was my first phone call. I knew immediately when I met the chiro that I was dealing with an absolute expert. I left feeling really confident and my body felt fantastic!
