Fantastic experience: Sarah and Jordan here are both amazing at there job. I came here with knee pain thanks to a referral from Defence veteran affairs and Sarah worked with me and quickly realised it was hip mobility that was the issue. She was extremely professional and always treated with a smile. Through her program I've been pain free for weeks. I was also lucky enough to have a session with Jordan whom provided some great advice moving forward with my powerlifting journey. His knowledge on the subject and passion for the sport really shows. I Wouldn't hesitate to come here again in the future and see either of these two. They are a credit to the business!

Negative experience: Went it the other day, walked around for a while, and approached a salesperson, was quickly told, can't you see I'm busy! Try another person, after walking around for a while, I spoke with a guy, was very informative. But, the staff like to talk to themselves rather than attend to customers.

Fantastic experience: Highly skilled staff and company providing a holistic service to their clients. Being able to see Exercise physiologist, Physiotherapist. Dietitian and GP in the one clinic is great, they liaise with eachother on your needs. They also offer other great services which I will be looking into when the need arises.

Fantastic experience: My fitness has improved a lot since starting at Prime Performance. The personal trainer chooses varied exercises to strengthen me, as well as improving my balance and flexibility. Amanda is understanding and approachable. There is a very friendly atmosphere in all sections of Prime Performance Physiotherapy Ipswich. I also see Janaya for gym strengthening and balance on Mondays, and pool exercises on Wednesday. She has been very helpful in referring me to other amazing professionals at Prime Performance such as the Dietician and Social Worker.

Fantastic experience: The EP’s at Prime Performance has increased my mobility exponentially. Before I started going 3 days a week I had approx 6 falls within a 4 month period up until I retired at the end of December 2023. I’ve had no falls since September 2023 and I put it dow the PP and their EP’s. They’re all so professional and friendly, it’s a pleasure to go there.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending PPP for several years and have always received first class advice and treatment whether it be with an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist. The exercise programs they provide are always appropriate to assist in improving the necessary rehabilitation required. Always an enjoyable visit with great staff!

Fantastic experience: The Ipswich clinic is a great facility. I have been going there for a little over two years now and let me say the staff is amazing all round. I would like to mention Janaya one of the exercise physiologist. Although she is not my regular EP, she has helped me on more than one occasion as I have a range of different injuries. She takes your injuries into account when training you. The physio and dietetic staff are extremely knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Prime Performance Physiotherapy has an amazing group of trainers who know how to bring out the best in a client. They modify exercises to match my abilities, and provide lots of assistance with technique. The gym is well equipped, and has cold water dispensers. There is some on-site parking but it's very limited.

Negative experience: Thank you for nothing. Was refused bulk billing as an aged pensioner. Had to pay full amount and told would receive some back from Medicare. Didn't and had to make enquiries through Government Office. Then made to get copy of invoice that was done at local library. Have no interest in completing my referral through Prime Performance.

Positive experience: I have atttended Prime Performance Gym now since late 2023, to the best of my recollection. The staff are friendly and professional. they are always ready to help me find the right setting on the apparatus I'm using. The other clients are friendly and some of them have cardiovascular issues as I have. The staff check my vital signs regularly so they will know if I overdo it and go into cardionpulmonary palpitations. Some of the music played in the gym could be more to my taste.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to the new Ipswich facility for about 4 months mainly dealing with Jack, the Physio, who is excellent and has alleviated some of my aches and pains in the shoulders. Have also now joined a group exercise class with Amanda who I worked with previously. She is a great trainer and is very into any group she works with. I'm posting this review as Elyse, one of the friendly staff at the centre gave me the opportunity to express my views here.

Prior to joining, I struggled with weight issues, lacked motivation, and engaged in unhealthy habits. Thanks to the guidance and training provided by Nick, I have made significant strides towards achieving my desired weight, gaining muscle mass, and improving my overall fitness level. Nick has been instrumental in not only developing a personalized workout plan for me but also in educating me about the importance of a nutritious diet. Through his expertise, I have learned to make healthier choices and incorporate them into my daily routine. Moreover, Nick’s exceptional personality and unique ability to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere during our workouts have greatly benefited me, particularly as someone who has battled anxiety and PTSD. These positive effects have extended beyond the gym and positively impacted my day-to-day life. For any veterans seeking support in their fitness journey, I wholeheartedly endorse Nick's services—I cannot emphasize this enough. In just three months of working with him, I have achieved more progress than I did over an entire year of attempting to do it on my own. Nick's dedication and professionalism have exceeded my expectations, and I rate him 10 out of 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Nick is an exceptionally skilled trainer whose assistance has been instrumental in addressing my ongoing injuries. However, it is regrettable that there is a notable absence of fundamental equipment at the facility. My injured wrists would greatly benefit from the availability of an Ezbar, a resource that would undoubtedly yield remarkable results in my rehabilitation journey. Additionally, the absence of a seated row machine is also a significant drawback. I eagerly await the resolution of these equipment deficiencies, as I am confident that once they are addressed, my satisfaction will be complete and I will gladly upgrade my review to a five-star rating.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Prime Performance Physiotherapy(PPP) since its conception. I was told by my doctor and psychiatrist that gym would help me both physically by losing weight and mentally by getting me out of the house. The staff over the years have been most professional and caring with my needs with various pain related injuries and in asking of my well being. I would not hesitate to recommend this organisation for any veterans or citizens of need of help with with there conditions to which they cover, by looking up "Prime Performance Physiotherapy" they have a number of other professional clinics that are all in one building , some of these include a dietitian, Physiotherapy, exercise physiologist, podiatrist and are in the process of having a nurse and doctor on site. Negative experience: Friendly staff admin staff. However, walked out the the clinic feeling I have wasted a bunch money. The feeling I was hoping to void. I felt like the Physio did not explained my injury well enough. I felt like I was being rushed. Booked for an hour appointment but was told everything was done just little over 30 mins. Thank you for the reception staff had no issues only charging me for the time I was being treated. I left the appointment feeling no difference than when I walked in. In addition, I could only read half of the follow up exercise written down by the Physio. Had to guess Googling to figure out the information on the paper. The clinic itself had a nice atmosphere. The facility is new. I hope other practitioners there are efficient and informative.

Fantastic experience: The new facility at North Ipswich is first class, the staff professional and friendly. I enjoy the camaraderie amongst staff and their clients. The equipment is top rate and the centre is continually improving with new amenities and bringing further medical professionals on site.

Fantastic experience: As a 72 year old DVA sponsored , type 2 diabetes with a past moderate heart attack some years ago I have been going to the Myaree Gym for two months aided and supervised by Erika Farrell over the last two months. I have dropped 6kg and feel fitter and stronger. We are still working on my balance and other areas that Erika has identified. The experience is enjoyable and professional. On one busy occasion Cherie filled in for Erika and she also is pleasant and focused on my weaknesses. Thank You ABC and Misty's Team
