Chris has been instrumental in managing his injury, and now both he and Belle are helping him work toward his sporting goals through strength, conditioning, and proper fueling. They’re an incredible team—knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in his progress. Highly recommend!

James is so knowledgeable and takes the time to talk through the issues to get you back up and running so to speak. I've recently had a massage at the clinic and highly recommend this service as well.

Fantastic experience: I am currently having treatment for a chronically bad back. Gladly, the well considered exercises nominated for me are improving the pain level and I can now see light at the end of my long term pain tunnel. I now need to consistently keep to the prescribed stretching and strengthening routine but happily I now have weekly improvements.

They’ve helped me many a time be it ante-natal, post partum, with injury management, strength and conditioning or post surgery. Super grateful for their knowledge and care. Fantastic experience: I have being expertly treated by Physio Geoff after spinal surgery. He has been instrumental in my recovery, providing ongoing assessment of progress, appropriate exercises, advice and empathy. He is very medically knowledgeable and is well connected with other medical professionals and in fact provided the recommendation of the surgeon I used. Geoff’s care includes updating my GP and surgeon on progress. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Honesty and truly, the best physiotherapist I’ve been to! Coming from a Tennis Coach/athlete, one of the physios Chris is amazing at what he does. Or though it is costly it’s well worth having the correct treatment and diagnosis which will save you money in the long run. Definitely recommend for all!!!

Positive experience: Been going here for physio and seems to be going ok at present. Physio is running on time so little time is spent waiting and the place and staff are very pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Physio, I’ve had back pain for a few months now. Pricey @ around 135$ I saw james. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. He performed outstandingly in soft tissue massage and dry needling at my request. He also provided clarity on what my issues were and what I need to do short term to rectify. He provided stretching routine and exercise routine to complement my workouts. I can’t recommend him high enough to anyone in any sort of muscular pain. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: After injuring my knee and realising I'm not so young anymore, I was worried about how I'd cope. But after a few weekly visits to Geoff at Coast Sport, demonstrating what exercises I would need to do to get back to normal, and showing me how not to injure myself more, he has not only helped me cope with my knee, but has built my self esteem up considerably. It's purely thanks to Geoff's wealth of knowledge & caring attitude that I believe I can improve everyday, so I can get back to work. I recommend everyone with an injury look up Coast Sport at Tuggerah, if they want their life back.

Fantastic experience: I saw Kane for a pretty painful ankle injury after seeing lots of practitioners with no luck. Kane was super friendly and professional and was able to quickly diagnose and treat my injury. He gave me informative advice and spent time showing me exercises and even checked up on me a week later! I’ll be making myself a regular at Coast Sport I couldn’t recommend Kane enough and thankful for the time he spent with me.

Fantastic experience: Blake was incredibly helpful from the get go. Both insightful and informative, in ways even I could understand. Appointments are easy to make and all the staff are friendly.

Fantastic experience: We took our 1.5 year old to see Kane at Coast Sport. He was fantastic! Kane quickly identified the issue with my daughter's toe and resolved it. He was wonderful with kids which is always a plus. The clinic is extremely clean and professional with lovely reception staff to greet you upon arrival.

Fantastic experience: John has been really great in helping me recover from a rotator cuff pathology while having a bone contusion in my rib/sternum to deal with at the same time. Has clearly identified the issues, explained them and also the process of how we're going to heal them. Keeps me accountable for completing and recording exercises each week through an app. Really happy with my experience here to date.

Fantastic experience: This is a relatively new practise on the Coast started up by Matthew Cranney.. Matthew is a highly ecperienced sports ohysio. The practice is located at Tuggerah in the Mariners Centre with accessable parking and easy access. Tin adfition to Physiotherapists, this holisttic practice has Dieticians, Exercise Physiologists and Pilates. I travel from Woy Woy to attend this practice and its an easy drive up the M1.

I've been fortunate enough to have a long standing career in professional sports and have also studied in the field of sports science and in that time I've found Coast Sport, led by Matt Cranney and Brett Doring, to be at the top of their field. While they are great practitioners, they have built a positive and infectious culture where the energy is evident the minute you walk in the door.
