Negative experience: The receptionist was extremely rude. I honestly don’t understand how someone like that got hired. I asked him five simple questions regarding an urgent medical appointment, and his only response to each was just, “No.”

Negative experience: I don't recommend to do iron infusion there. Dr Kim Phan did it wrong for my daughter, injected it under skin instead of vein and now shes in the hospital because of an inexperienced, careless doctor who dismissed signs like sweling and brown hyperpigmentation and put my daughter's health at risk.

Fantastic experience: I recently chaned my medical centre and started coming here as I live down the road. I called the centre with no appt and the girl behind the desk had the most amazing customer service and went out of her way to book me an appt that evening with Dr Suhair Ali, wow what an experience! Dr Suhair was very welcoming which made me feel like I had known her for a long time, she really cares about her patients and their well-being. This is now my new medical centre hehe.

Fantastic experience: I had severe pain in my right foot and didn't have an appointment with the doctor . Maysah at the front desk was very understanding and was able to fit me in to see Dr Wael Ghannoum , he examined me and was extremely helpful. My respects to all staff at Dutton Medical practice .

Negative experience: Dr Kim Phan is by far one of the worst and most disrespectful doctor i have met in my life. She is so rude, dismissive and does not care about her patients. She deserves to be fired.

Fantastic experience: Love all the doctors at Dutton, have been coming here since lockdown and can’t recommend the practice more. The nurses and receptionists are all lovely. I recommend the practice to all my friends and family and they’ve become patients there too.

Negative experience: If I could put 0 stars I would. This has got to be the worst medical centre in all of Sydney. Today I went to this centre for my 5 year old daughter who was in severe pain. I was told to wait for 4 people to finish. Each person took around 45 minutes to finish. It felt like the doctor was giving each patient a surgery. I tried to cooperate, however, my daughter was crying and in a lot of pain. Finally, after waiting forever, the doctor that we went to had no clue about anything. Children should be the number one priority when it comes to dealing with an illness. This medical centre failed this. I will never be going there again. Highly don’t recommend.

Negative experience: Absolute worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. Customer service is disgusting and don’t care about anything else other than money. I did a covid test, influenza A and influenza B test with the doctor telling me I’ll be receiving my results over text message. I then only receive my COVID results and thought to call up to get the rest. I ask the receptionist for them for her to turn around and say she can’t give me them and I need to book an appointment to see a doctor and pay $40 just to get my results. That is an actual joke! So money hungry it’s disgusting all I need is 1 minute for them to tell me if I’m positive or negative for something. This practice has no care for their patients at all and I would not recommend and will never be going back there ever again. PATHETIC! If I was dying they would just stare I’m not even joking bunch of AI doctors running on Chat GPT

Negative experience: Straight out.. negative customer service. Don’t think I’ll be going there again!

Negative experience: Only cares about taking your money. Bad experience honestly. I had to run a blood test to see what my blood sugar level was. The result of the test is not diagnostic so I only needed to know the result to see how well I am doing and the doctor knows that very well. I call the center to know what my result was, the receptionist insists on booking me for an on phone consultation to get additional 80$ only to be able to know my result! The doctor calls for literally 50 seconds and then they charge me 80$! I remember going to another practice where the doctor gave me a 10 mins follow up call to explain my results to me without charging me anything yet this practice changed me 80$ for 50 seconds of the doctor’s precious time! Such a disgrace, not forgiving you for taking my money by force otherwise you wouldn’t give me my lab results!

Fantastic experience: DR Rabih is an asset to this practice he is so professional caring and very thorough. Hope he comes back full time.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nada Ahmed is the best GP I have ever had , she’s extremely compassionate and takes time to listen and go that extra mile , she’s a true friend , the nurse on duty is also very caring and compassionate , I’m sorry I forgot her name , they don’t rush you and look at you when you speak ,, as for the 10 or 15 minute wait it’s worth it , I’ve waited up to an hour at other practices , thanks for the care

Negative experience: Had an appt at 4pm with Dr Nada Ahmed. I arrived 10 minutes early, no problem I waited. 25 minutes later she was STILL on the phone with no end in sight for her to end her call. Totally pathetic and inconsiderate. Do they expect a patient to wait indefinitely?? The receptionist offered to make another appointment as i was leaving. What’s the point?? Do they think I have nothing better to do than turn up for an appt day after day until I can be seen? Ridiculous. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nada Ahmed has been amazing. She has been the most thorough doctor I've had in a long time. She is very kind, caring, compassionate and professional. I'm very happy with the service from the doctor's, nurses and staff.

Negative experience: This place is an absolute disgrace! I don’t even know how they operate.. it is the first and last time I would trust these people won’t even call them doctors with my health or that of my children. Doctors rocking up in jumpers and tracksuit pants whenever they please.. they open at 9am and take bookings from that time but then tell the patients booked in that the doctor is running late with no guaranteed time of arriving.. the doctors walks in flustered at 9:45AM and this is not a one off occurrence happens every time I have made an appointment. Absolute joke.. will never go back they actually need to be shut down as a health practice.. the manager at reception is horrible too.. don’t take on customer service roles if you have no intent on being welcoming and kind to people. Not even worth half a star.

Fantastic experience: We visited the clinic today for my daughter asthma.Dr Nada was there and she treated my daughter and took her time to diagnose her.

Negative experience: I really suggest you improve your organisation. Called last week around 1.5 hours earlier to book an appointment for my son because everytime he attend, you do not see him. Upon arrival, he was advised that he has no booking. I had to enter an argument and prove my phone call before he was booked in to see the doctor. Yesterday, I called at 7:09PM and booked a telehealth appointment for my daughter who is 1 year old. I clearly mentioned that she has a 40 degree fever if the doctor could call us promptly. We were advised that the doctor has a few patients and then can call. Not only did the doctor not call us promptly, the doctor did not bother calling a call. Honestly, this shows a lack of respect and care. Highly disappointed. I am sure Dr Horani would not be impressed by how his practice is being run.

Negative experience: Monday 17/01/2022. This place is an absolute joke. Took my kids for their vaccines and they were booked for the wrong age group. So we rescheduled. A week later we arrive at our new booking and after waiting for over an hour, we ask the reception if everything is ok. We are told the Doctor has double booked. After more waiting the nurse informs us the vaccines they have are expired. Sorry please re-book. Bear in mind my kids are trying hard to prepare themselves for a needle arm. I want to point out the staff there were nothing but polite, so there are no issues about that. This place is simply run terribly and seems so dis-organised. Wake up, you are practicing medicine, if you can't get the simple things right, then how can we trust in getting the important stuff right. Neither my family or myself will ever step foot in there again.

Fantastic experience: Dr ElKhoury is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, extremely knowledgeable and caring. He has been taking care of our whole family since the centre opened and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Negative experience: This clinic used to be good. However this year, receptionists phone is always busy!! Then they answer and put you on hold?? Was on the phone 15 mins once, had to hang up. I have been clinic a few times and it was closed at a random time?? Had to go to another doctors. It’s really starting to be slack.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time and money here, they clearly do not care about their patients. Dr Nada was hostile, impatient and dismissed all our problems. She refused to listen to all our concerns and rushed the whole appointment.

Negative experience: Please avoid the dentist Coraline at this centre as she will take your money. I went to this dentist as one side of my gums was swollen. She forced me into getting a cleaning done (I had a cleaning done 3 months before). She also informed me that I had to spend $1000 to get my gums deep cleaned an additional $500 on a mouthguard for my teeth. She pushed me to come back next week for the deep cleaning. The cleaning that she proceeded to do on me was incredibly painful. I never had problems with getting my teeth cleaned before but with Coraline, it was extremely painful. Afterwards, the dental receptionist did not issue me a proper receipt and did not ask me for my health fund card even though I had written on the form that she provided me that I had a health fund card. I have made multiple complaints against this dentist and multiple times, they have told me that they would call me back but they never did. I am forced to resort to this review because of the unprofessional conduct and negligence by the dental side of this medical centre. I have never had a problem with the medical side but the dental side is only interested in monetary gain and not the health of their patients. I went for a check up on side of my gums but instead I was forced to pay $185 for a cleaning I did not want and almost pressured into paying $1500 to this dentist who only wanted my money. Please avoid Coraline at all costs unless you want your money taken like mine was.

Negative experience: My wife waited around one and a half hours after her scheduled appointment to be seen by the doctor. Dr Waffa was not prepared and was very rude to my wife, she ridiculed and talked over her and was of absolutely no help. I highly recommend you go elsewhere

Negative experience: Excessively long waits (hours) and inexperienced doctors. Look after yourself elsewhere. Hard for parking, small practice. Sicknesses bound to be spread within such a small area. Receptionists are terrible with answering the phone and are really unhelpful. Booking an appointment is absolutely pointless as you will NEVER go in at your scheduled time, especially if someone turns up a minute before your appointment. Waste of time. Have gone elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: My daughter saw the dentist here this evening and both he and the assistant where gentle an accommodating. Appointment was on time. I really like this dental centre. Dentist explained everything and I felt comfortable with him working on my child. He is experienced and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I don't understand why some people are posting negative feedback about the centre and the doctors. You can ask to see the doctor you want. Saff are very helpful. Dr Mounther is one of the best, beside Dr Rabih Al-Khoury.

Pat you on the back and send you out with the same problems youv been trying to rectify for 12months. Go see a mechanic for your medical problems

Negative experience: Do not go to dentist in this clinic. As the doctor wrecked my daughter's teeth .she is in soo much pain she can't barely eat or drink anything and on top of that the doctor used all up her voucher that's she was entitled to.

Was told that they are closing even thiugh they had 30mins till closing time and there was no other Patient inside. I pleaded with the receptionist to let me see the dr, she then tells me they have left for the day. I walked out so angry! How can you run a service if ur not there in the specified time of opening hours.

Positive experience: I am a typical white Australian guy who lives in the inner west and I drive over 40 minutes to visit this clinic as they have the best GP’s I’ve ever been served by. A doctor spent over 30 mins with me despite the fact that other patients were waiting. They treat every patient with respect and don’t quickly come to a conclusion but work with you to help solve your problems. I have not met one doctor there who I would not recommend.

Positive experience: Receptionist and center manager are far below customer service expectations and I had a terrible recent experience with their attitude except with Ms. Neda she is amazing; Dr. Rabie and Dr. Monther are very good!

Negative experience: Bad customer service, even though the doctor I saw was pretty good. Booked for a test, and when I showed up to the appointment at 9am on a Saturday - they just said they didn’t have the testing kit and for me to go away. No apology, no re-booking. Decided to give second chance and rebooked via phone for another test on weekend. Come Saturday again, 10 minutes before my test I have a bad feeling. I call in and turns out they still don’t have the kit. I would have travelled to the center for nothing for a second time in a row. I understand why this place has bad reviews.

Negative experience: Applaud by the reception service received at this medical center. I called in to make an appointment and as I am a carer for Mum I was confirming the doctor and time for her. Receptionist was very rude and told me to call when I make up my mind. Phone call was 32 seconds so not sure how much of her time I could have taken. If you don’t like helping people then find another profession.
