Positive experience: Mixed feelings. The Behaviour therapist would often cancel and was very unclear about what sessions entailed. Occupational therapy was better, but often felt like there were no real goals in place. No assessments were completed when we started going. We were asked to move our appointment one week and then they gave someone else our highly sought after time slot, which took way too much explaining to get back. There seems to be a revolving door of therapists - which is never a good sign.

Negative experience: This group provided a service for a family member for 3 visits, then could no longer offer a service to us when the OT left. It took many months for them to provide another OT, by then we had found another provider. However I am now constantly bombarded by advertising emails from them, despite unsubscribing from the mailing list, as well as emailing and calling- SEVERAL times. I wish they would listen to my request!!

Negative experience: Constant emails even tho you unsubscribe they still keep sending it even tho you email and tell them to stop they still keep sending it !!!!!! Like it’s crazy. We get it you have new therapist don’t need to send us 2 emails a week telling us ! Let me unsubscribe !

Negative experience: I was taking my son to behavioural and occupational therapy. This is the 3rd time I get a call saying that the therapist has left the company. It’s takes awhile for my son to get use to someone new. Now I have to start from zero again. Don’t recommend this place because staff keep leaving.

Negative experience: I booked appointment via phone but the staff laughed on me because of my limited English. Not 1 time but 3 times. Our children have problem with social skills, they laughed on me so do you think they laugh on our children?
