Fantastic experience: HiYa Health at Caboolture and their staff are incredible! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My son, who has autism, has been seeing Nikar, an exercise physiologist (masters physiology student), for four years. He loves going, and she has always made the sessions engaging without pushing him too far outside of his comfort zone. She has a natural nurturing kindness and genuinely cares for her HiYa Health clients, no matter how difficult the challenges may be. She is an absolutely beautiful soul. When my son first came to HiYa Health (previously Body Smart) four years ago, he couldn't throw a ball, catch, wouldn't run if you paid him. He is now 11, and he has developed a great relationship with exercise and enjoys lifting weights and excercising by choice. Nikar and my son have developed a bond over the last few years that has only become stronger over time. I, myself, was diagnosed with MS and have had the honour of working with their occupational therapist, Nick, who has endless knowledge. I am currently working with Jessica, a physiotherapist, who has been incredibly encouraging and has become a key component to fighting and slowing down this disease. The manager, Samual, is incredibly friendly and always remembers everyone’s names. He makes time for everyone and makes everyone feel welcome. In a world where individuals with disabilities are still often segregated and discriminated against, visiting Caboolture HiYa Health is an inclusive experience. It feels wonderful to not feel alone and to be part of a team that does not judge us but instead makes us feel like family.

Fantastic experience: After meeting and speaking with the fantastic OT, Nicholas today, my daughter, Millie is now open to meeting with Matt, the exercise physiologist. Nicholas managed to get her to consider it, which was a feat, as I couldn't convince her to give it a try til now. Until today, she didn't think she would benefit from an OT again after having gone through three last year, with another company constantly changing staff. Today was such a success, that upon leaving, another staff commented on how much fun my daughter must've been having as he could hear so much laughter coming from the room. A big thanks to Nicholas for today! A big win in my daughter's books and a massive appreciation from mum. I cannot recommend HIYA Health enough and Nicholas for anyone who has a teen that struggles with engaging with others due to ASD, social anxiety etc. The team are friendly, warm welcoming and genuinely caring people.

Fantastic experience: We have loved all the help provided to us from Hiya Health. My daughter she's OT and Physio, Exercise Physiologist regularly and has even seen the dietician. All therapists are very professional and knowledgeable. All answer any questions you have. They take the time to build a good relationship with their clients and they work hard to engage and support. The practice manager and receptionist are as equally amazing. I couldn't recommend Hiya Health enough. Shout out to Jess, Eloise, Samuel and Samatha for being their amazing selves. We look forward to working with you again next year.

We have been seeing hiya since 2022 and my son kade does exercise physio with Alex who works on my son low muscle tone (kade loves seeing alex each week) and sees Emma the OT (who he also loves seeing each fortnight) Would 100% recommend

Positive experience: We are very grateful to Chris, a physiotherapist from Caboolture who came to our church to give us a talk on pain management. In his talk, he gave correction that unwellness may not necessarily be caused by our aging process. Chris then went on to correct our common misconceptions about pain and its management. Because of that, he shared with us some helpful postures for relief of some common pain conditions such as back pain, as well as some exercises to target some specific pain conditions. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, the Q&A session was insufficient. We would definitely love to invite Chris to come among us again in the future to share more of his roles as a physiotherapist to our general wellbeing. Thanks again Chris for giving such a wonderful and helpful talk at our church in this afternoon! Four stars out of five given. The other star(the fifth star) is reserved for further improvement next time

He delivered important messages with clear examples and demonstrations, and our seniors were very impressed by his professional technique.

They also love working with the other physio’s at Caboolture, they make it fun for them and challenge them every week. They both love going and always look forward to there next session. My boys have learned so much and have come so far since starting exercise physio both mentally and physically. One of my sons has just started to see Eloise the OT there as well and so far we have been very happy. I highly recommend Hiya Health - Caboolture.

Fantastic experience: We have been with these amazing allied health providers for the last 3 years for my son's physical and mental development. Always welcomed with a friendly smile and greeted by name from all team members. Everyone in the team is down to earth and easily approachable and goes above and beyond to try and ensure the best care is given and communicates with each other if you're seeing different allied health providers (eg. physiotherapist, occupational therapist, dietician). We've had 2 years of Sam and Libby teaching him the rudiments of physical movement and basic sports (throwing, kicking, aiming) which he still uses to this day. The team gave him so much confidence and slowly taught him that he does not have to win every round. Chris in the Physio team is so knowledgeable and is so enthusiatic and engaging in helping people to better manage their condition. We've started see Eloise for Occupational Therapy after not having access to see one for 6 months. Eloise has a friendly personality which my son opened up to quickly and seems to have built a great rapport with. She has been great in helping to rebuild my son's physical awareness and has shown so much patience and care when with him. Eloise always checks in with me before starting anything new to make sure I am happy with the direction of the therapy and any ideas I should reinforce at home. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Caboolture in providing support for my son (and me as well - thank you Chris and Alex for letting me constantly bug you with pain related questions!! You guys are always so accommodating even though I'm not a direct client).

Fantastic experience: After doing some local research and looking at the google reviews. I'm so glad we chose Body Smart Health. Initially I was pushing for a Woman physio as this is what would have suited our child however Chris was able to fit us in that same day for an initial consult and build a trusinh relationship with my pre teen and we haven't looked back! Chris always took time out of his already busy schedule to check in on our daughter and continued to provide sound advice. Chris encouraged our daughter to do try som safe stretching with gentle techniques to help her with pain management. Chris has helped us understand what is happening and why. Chris really has gone above and beyond what I expected as a physio. CHRIS you are amazing and I'm grateful we found you ! Thanks heaps ! We will get there with your support Chris !!

Fantastic experience: Not enough stars to rate how happy I am with the help I have received. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and the Physio that I saw (Miguel) was also kind and professional while giving me both a better understanding of my issues along with exercises that I can reasonably do without aggravating my problems further.

Fantastic experience: Sam and Chris were able to help one of our participants to gradually recover by using a strategy that encourages the participant to move and start to walk once more. Chris sings while conducting the sessions which motivated the participant to just keep on trying to move. Sam is consistently monitoring the progress and always communicates with our staff. Sam and Chris are two passionate individuals who work with a genuine touch.

Fantastic experience: We accessed Body Smart Caboolture when our client moved from their long time provider due to a residential move. At first we were hesitant to reach out to new providers, how ever the team at Body Smart Caboolture were welcoming and reassuring that they would take good care of our client. They have shown professionalism mixed with a whole lot of fun, going above and beyond. Even rocking up in costumes of the clients fav characters just to make them smile and comfortable. I would recommend Chris from the Physio team he is such a down to earth guy who really knows his profession and goes above and beyond. And Sarah from the hydro team who always greets clients and staff with a smile and is a very warm personality. All experiences and engagements have been exceptional with the whole body smart team!! Fantastic experience: My son Ben has many different health concerns including Autism, Intellectual impairment, OCD, Epilepsy, ADHD. He isn't massively verbal but he gives Chris two thumbs up and a clap. Chris is patient and kind, he also is very encouraging to Ben . Respectful and caring. Before Chris came into Ben's life, Ben struggled with pain in different areas. Chris has worked on this with Ben, resulting in movement being a lot less of a challenge for Ben. I would recommend Body Smart Health to anyone wanting to improve their physical health. 5 stars!
