Fantastic experience: The physio i seen here, Monica, was great and very professional. Helped with my lower back injury. Would highly recommend this practice for all physio needs.

Positive experience: Great customer service, very efficient and hardworking staff makes this medical centre highly rated. Pathology lab is fantastic and Physio therapist is knowledgeable. But, Dr Michael is a very rude person. During my work injury he forcefully went me to work without any investigation, where I collapse in one hour. Other thing, he gave me MRI referral for South West Radiology and told me that they will Call you but don’t go there and go for MRI where I send you. It looked very dodgy to me that he’s giving referral for one place and sending me to other place. Dr Micheal has also done medical negligence by sending me to work while I was unfit.

Negative experience: Straight forward and fast service, thought it was good overall. I wanted to get antibiotics for my staph infection but the doctor said it was just scarring, I believed it and went to my mma gym and couldn't train because your doctor doesn't know what a staph infection looks like

Negative experience: This is the worst place to bring your children to, I brought my son in who had a throat and chest infection with a really bad cough, and he was dismissed because he didn’t come here regularly the doctor khalil refused to give him medication because he thought(his ok) but then told me you can’t bring him to any medical centre. I then take my son to another doctor at chipping Norton medical centre and they couldn’t believe that he wasn’t given medication for how red his tonsils were and how bad his chesty cough was. These doctors don’t deserve a placement to look after human beings absolutely DISGUSTING HUMANS

Fantastic experience: I have seen Monica the physiotherapist, for a number of sessions now for an ongoing issue. She has been very professional and takes the time to explain my concerns and even provided me with a home excercise rehab. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who wants personalised care that is unrushed.

Negative experience: Have been coming here for years and I can easily say they have some great doctors here., but their wait times are ridiculous, they are never on time with the booking time. And like 5-10 mins late would be acceptable but sometimes I’ve waited for more than 45 mins for an appointment. Abit of a heads up that my doc won’t be on time via a quick phone call would go a long way soI don’t have to rush to get there.

He listened to my frustration over the current health system ( FYI I was being pushed around and pushed away from another medical centre and the hospital in my area the day before) and gave me the best solution in my opinion for the pain of the varicose veins that I got. Thank you Dr. Khalil really appreciate your help in this matter. Will make this our family permanent medical centre.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, yesterday was my second bad experience with Dr Michael. I found him to be rude and unhelpful. I tried to understand the process to get a referral(s) to receive sessions covered by medicare. He did not seem to want to spend the time to walk me through the process and was seemingly frustrated by my questioning. He wasn't able to answer some of my questions, and instead kept repeating himself in an unhelpful way, which still did not provide me with answers or clarity. Unfortunately, I found his approach to be condescending and abrupt. I will not be returning to this clinic.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this medical centre I’m after my own clinical notes and there is a fee of $50 to get them sent to my email Sounds like a joke I asked the lady in the office and she said that’s how the onwer doctor Michael has set it up.

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Jessica took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. Negative experience: Avoid this medical centre, absolutely disgusting behaviour! Extremely disappointed with this medical centre, I had been seeing doctors in this clinic for approx. 2 years. I haven't needed to see the a doctor in over a year. I booked in to have a telehealth consult in regards to the COVID-19 vaccine (please note there was plenty of availability). The booking was accepted, however they never rang my phone. I tried calling the reception 30 mins and 1 hour after the schedule consult and the line was busy. I finally get through 5 hours after the originally scheduled consult the reception spoke with the doctor who said that because I wasn't a 'current patient' I was not illegible for a telehealth call, due to 'government rules', which a totally made up excuse. I explained the purpose of the call was discuss the COVID-19 vaccines, that this is my GP, I haven't need to see a doctor in over a year and that I'm trying to avoid face-to-face consults as per the lockdown guidelines. The receptionist said she understood but that the GP was not going to take the call. Extreme lack of professionalism, absolutely disgusting lack of humanity. You have been warned!

Negative experience: The facility is clean and the wait room is comfortable. They provide a lot of services. 2 stars because I made an appointment. Got to the appointment early to be sure. Waited 40 minutes. I watched 2 people leave since they couldn't wait due to other commitments. Doctors seem to be rushing and didn't give much care IMO

Negative experience: very bad experience and I didn't even get to have my appointment. I booked online unaware that it would require a longer appointment but there was plenty of time available when I made the booking for them to have adjusted it. I got a call at closing time the day before my appointment telling me it wasn't possible and I would have to wait until next week to get it done when I am unavailable. they are very inconsiderate and should check there online bookings when they receive them and should be based on when people make the appointments to be able to get them first in first served not just fitting in as many as possible. VERY INCONSIDERATE CLINIC. It is a receptionist job to check and book appointments, yet I am told they don't check most of them. pathetic client care. Really not happy with this clinic.
