Fantastic experience: When I first saw Sharon at Spinex I could hardly walk and was suffering severe pain from an Achilles injury. She is the most caring person I have ever met. Her staff are wonderful as well. Her medical knowledge is outstanding as is her recovery program. Sharon is always very polite and very friendly and genuinely cares for me and her other patients. I love how she explains everything thoroughly before commencing her treatment. I can't believe how much I have improved since seeing Sharon, I can easily walk without severe pain and my overall health has improved as well. Negative experience: My 74 year old grandmother had an appointment booked here, which we unfortunately had to cancel last minute due to a medical emergency (i was unexpectedly hospitalised requiring surgery). When her son contacted the clinic to reschedule, they were told they would not honour the reschedule unless I provided proof of my hospital admission. Let that sink in: they demanded access to my private medical records in order to accommodate my elderly grandmother. Not only is this an outrageous invasion of privacy, it’s completely unprofessional and borders on unethical. What kind of business prioritises red tape over compassion, especially when dealing with elderly clients and unforeseen medical emergencies? Needless to say, we’ve taken our business elsewhere, and I strongly advise others to do the same. If this is how they treat vulnerable people and their families in times of crisis, they don’t deserve your trust (or your money). Absolutely shameful

Fantastic experience: I had a very bad lower back pain with radiations going all the way to my big toe, hard to put weight on and also hard to sleep. Doctor recommended me but i had a very less hope because i have multiple level disc bulge in my lower back. I went to surgeon and he recommended me surgery. But i gave a try and with first treatment i walked out without any pain and tingling or numbness. I was in shocked. Where no med worked, no any other treatment worked and with just one treatment i was feeling 90 % better. I highly recommend Sharon. See her i am sure she can do the magic to you and save your back from surgery.

Fantastic experience: Having had a problem with recovery after a hip replacement I found myself unable to put weight onto the leg and walking was impossible. This constant agonizing pain had severely impacted my life and left me feeling hopeless. After nearly 8 months of MRI’s and X-rays and numerous surgeon appointments, my doctor finally referred to Sharon at Spinex Physiocare in South Morang. Sharon and Sam worked together to quickly relieve my pain and allow increased movement in my leg. In turn this allowed them to focus on the real cause of my problem. Their caring and gentle approach of massage and manipulation combined with a fantastic online exercise program tailored to my situation, eased pain and with freedom of movement I found myself able to exercise more to strengthen my leg. I am now walking unaided with very little pain and am confident that further exercise will allow me to return to a normal life. She wants to do what she can to make sure I got the optimal treatment and care.
