Negative experience: 10/10 doctors But the receptionist makes you feel so small, such a good consult ruined by a rude attitude of the front staff… She was also horribly mispronouncing names of other patients with no real attempt, almost mocking them

Fantastic experience: Dr Edward Petrov, is an amazing doctor who truly cares about his patients. He has gone above and beyond for me over the last two week. Improving the quality of my life massively. All staff are more than happy to assist. Making you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you step into their doctors clinic. Receptionist is friendly and caring. Manager Dominic, also shows amazing leadership and knowledge. Highly recommend visiting this clinic if your in need for care.

Fantastic experience: Great care and service by Dr. Raymond and the receptionist Maria. I was able to see the doctor almost as soon as I arrived, and he was super friendly. It didn't take long at all for him to diagnose my skin problem, and to provide the prescription via sms. He also sent me the fact sheets via email straight away after the appointment. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I took my 16 year old son to see Dr Raymon on Sunday. I had not attended the clinic for years since it had changed hands. Dr Raymon is one of the loveliest doctors I have ever met. He is compassionate, kind, thorough and does not rush through the appointment. His support and care for son was faultless. I can’t recommend the clinic and Dr Raymon highly enough.

Doesn't rush you out of his office (like some) but rather makes sure that "no stone is left unturned" in diagnosing you, giving you solid advice and treatment, based on his extensive knowledge and experience

Negative experience: Really appreciated them fitting me in last minute as I was leaving the country the same day but the consult was substandard. Ended up in the emergency room where I was treated with antibiotics and painkillers yet they’re withholding my pathology results unless I pay for another consult. All about the money and no care!!! So disappointing.

Negative experience: They lie when you make a booking that they have time to see you. You can wait and not get treated. I ended up walking out. They should rename it as "No Care" health care as they just don't care at all.

Negative experience: Overall terrible experience. The doctor I seen was rather dissmissive and seemed to have no idea. I had to suggest something I had googled relative to my symptoms, which he thought was a great idea. After heading to get these tests, the 'nurse' seemed to have no clue on the tests and how to conduct them or inform me as she was watching YouTube videos and googling as I sat there. I walked right out without taking the tests and will be going to another clinic.. horrendous.

Fantastic experience: This is a great local clinic with caring Doctors who can offer many different services in the same clinic. Plenty of seating, drinking water and right on the No.1 tram route. I am a long term patient and I can highly recommend this health practice.

Fantastic experience: I had my COVID vaccine at this clinic and had an excellent experience! The waiting time was surprisingly quick and it was the most painless and easy injection I've had. Dr Petrov was efficient and very informative. The nurses were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Positive experience: Made a telehealth appointment with them at 2pm today and they didn’t get back to me until 6:00pm. I understand that the healthcare system is overwhelmed with vaccinations right now, however, I made an appointment and that should be prioritized.

Fantastic experience: Cant recommend these guys enough. The doctors really have your health as a top priority. No long waiting times. Super accommodating and lovely people.

Fantastic experience: Dr Laughlin is kind and good man who is very thorough with his check ups and treatments, he makes sure to go above and beyond to make sure his patients are receiving the best service (advice and treatment) possible to aid them in their recovery. Dr Petrov has been our family doctor and health advisor for several years our and the newly joined Dr Laughlin is wonderful too. Could not recommend this clinic highly enough.

Negative experience: Called and was told that there was an appointment available showed up on time and had to wait over an hour and didn't even get to the see to the doctor due to other commitments. Could of gone somewhere else and been in and out instead of waiting for nothing.

Fantastic experience: Most GP clinic have cold & disinterested receptionists because they dont have to be nice as patients have little choice. When I walked in, Lana greeted me and welcomed me and she was very helpful. Doxtors are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Realcare since the practice opened years ago. Since then I have moved from the area and Realcare has changed significantly. Now run by Dr Petrov and assisted by his collegue, Dr Laughlin the practice has been rejuvenated and modernised. All services like Podiatry, Physio, Dietitian are all on-site. The only thing that hasn't changed is the excellent care and medical treatment given. My cronic ailment is managed by the doctors who liase with various specialists. Lana who controls reception is excellent. Thanks to Dr Petrov for giving such professional and expert care.

Fantastic experience: I visited this clinic recently and saw Dr Laughlin who was great. Took his time to listen, talked through the issue and explained clearly what I needed to do. Some doctor clinics can feel like a revolving door but not this one. Definitely recommend.

Positive experience: Good clinic, sometimes wait times are a little long but nothing too bad. Reception is always lovely and helpful. Dr. Petrov is friendly, empathetic and highly skilled in general medecine. HOWEVER I would strongly discourage any woman from coming here to ask about contraceptive options or prescriptions: Dr. Petrov made very judgmental and unprofessional remarks when it came to talking about contraception for me, saying that as a young woman my body was "at peak fertility time, that I should really get started on reproducing soon and not commit to long term contraceptives in case I wanted to have children in the next year or so". I'm 22. This resulted in him refusing to prescribe what I was asking for and prescribing me something that didn't work for me, messed up my body's hormones and a year later I had to change again. Women's health should be something that is handled with respect, understanding and support - no shaming or conservative oppression. That's the only bad experience I've had there, but it was so uncomfortable that I will be going to another doctor from now on.

Negative experience: Dr. Petrov may have had a seemingly lovely bedside manner, however I feel that a young woman being told she will just "have to have a family" if her and her partner's contraception fails at her age is completely inappropriate. I also feel that if a woman chooses to consider use of an IUD as contraception, her doctor should weigh the pros and cons with her about it and other options to find the best fit for her health and lifestyle needs, not tell her that she "only has four years to get pregnant and IUDs are effective for five so it is not an option" for her. Pardon me Dr. Petrov, but these are not your choices to make, nor are they even recommendations you are free to make to a patient without invitation. This is particularly inappropriate and unprofessional when when a patient comes to see you to treat an ear infection or anything else completely unrelated to womens reproductive health. I do not recommend this health care professional to women, and I will not be returning.

It's so rare to find a GP like him these days that don't treat you like a number. He has a great sense of humour too which is awesome. They generally always fit me in and are so understanding and everyone there is just great with my two cranky toddlers!

Fantastic experience: Lovely clinic and as per other comments Dr.Petrov is a very nice doctor. They have an open telephone policy to call the doctor directly which personally gives great level of customer service but poor Dr.Petrov does get a bit swamped because of it, might be good to rethink that. But its great to have a doctor that truly cares. I found my go-to doctor if I'm ever sick.
