Positive experience: I used to come here back when they accepted walk-ins. Dr Hannah was pleasant and friendly. However, as soon as I said I won't switch family doctors (as in from my doctor to him), his personality and attitude changed. He became a bit more grumpy and aloof with me in my next visits. So I stopped seeing him. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, though.

Me and my family very happy we’ve been coming to grace family medical centre for years. once we walk in to the centre be greeted with a friendly smile and checked in quickly, efficiently and professionally. We were called quickly by our super amazing Dr George for our appointments. We’re so happy with the staff starting from the lovely nurse, pathology and reception they are all professional and have very good customer service, response to the phone calls politely and quickly. Dr. George is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about his patients. He always approach each visit with compassion and empathy, making us feel heard and valued. I feel safe to bring my two babies to him knowing that he will take care of them and give them the right medicine if required. God bless them all.

Negative experience: I had to cancel a appointment due to family commitments and was told by the Dr Hanna that next time I did that I would be charged, no concern for me or my circumstances only for the money. Well guess what Dr there will be NO next time.GOODBYE Also you need to revise your bed side manner talking down to your patients does not work.

I have cycled through multiple gps over the last few years and never found someone who was giving me the attention and concern to my appointments until I came across George! Absolutely amazing, you really feel his care and his concern and his desire to put you back on your feet at 110%. I’ve honestly never had a GP that was always tuned in and provides every single pathway and plan to ensure I get my health back to great. Also shout out to the rest of the team for being just as wonderful and attentative. The service here is beyond amazing and I will continue to recommend Dr Hanna.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Hanna for a number of years and have always been happy with his medical advice, professionalism, kindness and compassion. Last year I referred my wife who suffers from PTSD to Dr Hanna. He was very good with her and she is now very happy. This year I have had to refer my 88 year old mother to him. He had seen her on very short notice a number of times and assisted with a very quick admission to a nursing home. I highly recommend and trust Dr Hanna.

Negative experience: I was rejected by the receptionist. was told they wont take any new patient. thought medical center supposed to take all patients. I double checked and asked "so I could never come here, because Im new" she said yes. :-( very disappointed
