Fantastic experience: I am 77 and up tilli was 40 had the same wonderful doctor after that I have tried to find another great doctor and I am glad to say after all these years looking I have found a a great caring one in Dr Ajaz I told him he is not to leave unless he tells me and now my husband goes to him too thank you Dr Ajaz

Negative experience: I had a consultation with Dr. Rizwan Akhter and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. I have some spots on my body, and he barely looked at them before prescribing an antifungal cream. I had already told him I was using an antifungal cream that wasn’t working. Long story short, I’ve been using the cream he prescribed for almost two weeks and nothing has improved. He didn’t request any tests to try to find out what the issue really was. Now I need to see another doctor because he couldn’t even be bothered to examine me properly. If you don’t want to waste your money, book an appointment with a different doctor.

Especially Doctor Rezwan, nurse POOJA (big heart) and awesome front desk staffs ADONIA and SANA. Brilliant service I got from them, and they tried their best to solve my problem. Negative experience: I booked an appointment here at 12:50 and as i have been messed around here several times i called ahead of time asking if they were running late. The lady told me i would be seen at 1:10 and there were 3 patients before me. I arrived at 1:05, waited till 1:35 and said to the lady how long it was going to be, she said i would be seen next and it would be 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and then i saw my doctor take another client. I asked the receptionist why she said i was next if i wasn’t when another receptionist rudely interrupted me, she said it wasn’t her fault and to sit down and wait i refused and left. I’m 15 years old and even i know when a client is complaining that you wasted their time you apologise and take accountability for your actions. I have never been so appalled by a clinic before, read the reviews it’s all about how rude the receptionists are and how late they are. Some people need to learn how to do their job. Negative experience: I have been messed around by this clinic several times so I called ahead to see if Dr was running on time and was told to come at 1.10 pm instead of my 12.50 appointment time. When I arrived I was told there were 3 patients ahead of my daughter still. No apology. After more than 30 minutes of waiting I asked are we going to be seen next, was told by one receptionist you are next. The doctor then called in another patient! My daughter then asked why the other patient was called in and was rudely interrupted by the other receptionist that Doctors run late it happens it’s not in our control. We understand that things happen, hence why I called in advance. But you can apologise and be understanding and have good human decency and respect. My 15 year old daughter has better customer service skills than those people. Disgusting customer service. If the doctor is running behind, why not call the patients and let them know or offer to see another doctor if appropriate so then people can wait at home instead of in the waiting room getting agitated. Then no one complains and leaves them bad reviews. It’s common sense and common courtesy. Most of their bad reviews are about the bookings/ receptionists etc. might be time to think about patients instead of profits.
Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from the doctors, nurse, receptionists and all staff. What a rare friendly positive environment! The staff are like a family. One can't help but notice their respect and compassion towards each other. I have seen Dr Ajaz Dr Meraj and Dr Tariq several times. All were attentive and truly caring about my health and my kids' health. I would like to thank Dr Ajaz in particular for his genuine concern for his patients well-being. In my first visit to the clinic I was only after a prescription for my cough. But Dr Ajaz noted that I was too pale. Although I dismissed his concerns, he immediately organized further blood tests, scans and even contacted some specialists. One year later, my health has improved a lot mainly because of Dr Ajaz's immediate action. I received the proper treatment I desperately needed that I didn't even know I need. A rare doctor that cares about his patients health more than they probably do. God bless you and your family.

Negative experience: My sons appointment got rescheduled twice and both times I had taken a day off work. The 3rd time, both my husband and I took off work, I wasn't even told the doctor was not available for face to face and we found out after ARRIVING at the medical centre. The apt was changed to telehealth because no other doctor was available. Then the doctor couldn't do anything without seeing my son. Absolute waste of mine and the Doctors time and my poor child has been suffering for 2 weeks without being able to be seen!!! Such terrible service from the Receptionist - which I got no apology for. The doctor apologised and it wasn't even their fault!! The doctors are decent and caring but the receptionist service is terrible.

Over the past four weeks, I have made several attempts to schedule an appointment for my son, yet each effort has been unsuccessful. On one occasion, I was informed that only one doctor was available and that telehealth services were not being offered due to time constraints. Unfortunately, this lack of access to timely medical care resulted in my son requiring transportation to the hospital by ambulance. It is particularly disheartening to contemplate the necessity of making another call for an appointment, especially when the reception staff indicated that my repeated attempts might suggest I should consider alternative healthcare options. I believe it is vital to address these challenges to enhance the overall patient experience and ensure that families receive the necessary care in a timely manner. Negative experience: The service today was very poor i arrived 15mins before but I sat at the reception more than 30mins. Two clients who came in after me were served before me so upsetting they should at least tell the clients what’s happening and who they prioritise first.

Fantastic experience: First time coming here, the online patient sign up was very quick and easy. The staff are very friendly & efficient. Also Dr. Masroor was amazing.
Negative experience: The waiting time is +45 minutes for your appointment! And don't bother filling forms online because they are just gonna ask you to do it all over again.
Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing experience at the clinic every time I have visited. My doctor, Dr. Erum Meraj, is exceptional. She patiently listens to my concerns and provides advice that is both relatable and suitable to my situation. Her empathetic nature and caring attitude consistently exhibit positivity, making each visit a reassuring and pleasant experience. However, the appointment confirmation system is a bit stressful. I have to confirm my appointment closer to the scheduled time via a text message reply to their message, which I understand is likely implemented for efficiency and to manage no-shows. The reception staff at the clinic have been consistently responsive and helpful. Despite being frequently overwhelmed with calls and the steady inflow of patients, they manage to maintain a level of professionalism and support that is commendable. One minor issue is that they do not inform patients about the gap payment upfront, which can be an unexpected inconvenience. Nevertheless, my overall experience at the clinic has been outstanding. The staff is great, and Dr. Erum Meraj is an awesome doctor who truly stands out for her professionalism and compassion.

Negative experience: I want to give 0 stars to the clinic. The doctors are okay but the reception staff is the worst. I waited for more than half an hour for a ten minute consult. Went to the reception four times as I was getting late for work and asked them about the waiting period, also asked them if I should cancel. All the while they didn’t even once bother to mention that I’ll be charged $30 out of pocket. They don’t mention it on purpose so people book the appointment and then they can charge them later. They called me 3 hours after the appointment Haven’t even put on any notice that patients are going to be charged for the appointment. Worst experience in a long time. Not recommended at all
Negative experience: While I have no issue with the Dr that we see, the reception staff are appalling. We visited the gp and was given a referral to have a CT scan and an x-ray. The CT scan referral was sent through to the clinic but the details of the x-ray were not. The clinic called the medical centre and after being on hold for over 20mins finally got through and asked for the details to be sent asap. An hour and a half later both myself and the clinic again called the medical centre. Once again we were put on hold for over 25mins. We were told that the doctor had the request but they hadn’t yet followed it up. We were both told that the doctor was with a patient and as soon as he was free, they would go into see the doctor and send the referral. 25mins later and still no referral was sent. I called back and after being on hold for 35mins they hung up on me. The clinic had to send them through a fax demanding the referral as well as an email saying the same thing, for the receptionists to finally email it through. Not impressed.
Negative experience: This review is purely on their phone abilities, I absolutely love the doctors here and the nursing staff here are one of a kind but when it comes to calling up....you would be better off going to the emergency room during peak hour and being seen there. Unfortunately the reception here don't prioritise phone calls as quickly (if ever) especially when it's 30minutes prior to their closing time.

Positive experience: Honestly the only good Dr’s here are both Dr Ammar, Dr Khurram and Dr Nargis. I’m new to the area so I thought I give these Dr’s a chance. My 10 mth old son then was really sick and he happened to vomit during his appointment. One of the Dr’s not mentioned here just stood there watching and expected me to clean up the mess. Yes I understand it is my child and I was going to clean up. She didn’t even provide me with gloves or wipes etc and just stood there panicking. How would someone feel if you see your dr panic just cause my son messed her consult room. She ended up asking another dr to come in for further observation. Mmm definitely won’t be seeing this Dr again. Very incompetent. Other than that, Dr Ammar is very professional, gentle and always makes sure we know what we can do to feel better before letting us leave his room. My whole family only goes to see him now. Thank you Dr Ammar! I know it isn’t an easy job dealing with patients but the ladies in reception could probably smile a bit more to make patients feel a bit better
Negative experience: Disgusting service.. no empathy for people coming into the clinic
Negative experience: Really frustrating experience with this clinic. I had a minor car accident and wanted to be seen by a doctor to make sure all was well and being a Saturday I booked in here as appointments were showing up on health engine app. I booked in at 12:10 and it wasn’t until 11:50 I was contacted telling me my patient was cancelled because I hadn’t confirmed the appointment - this was my mistake I hadn’t seen the text earlier in the morning. I called them back immediately and was informed my appointment was cancelled as the doctor was not taking on new patients….. 20 minutes before the appointment. I explained my situation to the receptionist and she was not empathetic at all to the situation and could not offer me any solutions. I will never be making another appointment at this clinic, would rather travel further away from home then deal with things like this.
Negative experience: Booked in appointment for my 2 weeks old daughter for 3:50 pm, as she is small we got late by 7 minutes as she was unsettled. And i kept on ringing them just to inform that i will be bit late, but never answered the phone. When i reached there, i was told doctor is gone and has said you are late so book another time. And i saw the doctor infront of me. And upon saying i have be calling several times for the same, the receptionist goes yeah the phone was ringing but i was bit busy. If time is issue, then what about the times when we have to 20-25 minutes for our appointment even after taking appointments. Useless rules and talks by this practice. Be morw professional.

Fantastic experience: Very very happy with the practice. Very professional staff. Doctors are excellent and so is their nurse Pooja. She is excellent with kids and also with all others too. Her hand is so good at vaccinations. In fact I always take my daughter there when she is around for vaccinations. I don't trust everyone especially with my little one. Negative experience: If you are planning on taking your children here to be immunised please DONT. Today we experienced the most traumatic experience by a nurse named Pooja. I am not sure how this woman is allowed to be around children as she does not have one empathetic bone in her body. We were greeted with instant rudeness and cold nature by her. She stabbed my son so hard his arm flinched and the needle fell out. She did not prepare us for the procedure as I would have known better to hold his arm further. She just stabbed in the needle as though my son was an adult.. he is 4! Once I addressed this issue with her she decided to to put the blame on my 4 year old son stating I should have gauged if he "mentally" ready for these immunisations. No child is mentally ready to have a needle stabbed in their arm, its the empathy and care you take with them during the procedure that determines a less traumatic outcome.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever.Dr Ajaz is rude and disrespectful. He even asked “ if I come and wrote on my referral I attended the clinic only because it’s bulk billed”. What a pig. Don’t bulk bill if you don’t like it. He’s just a waste of Medicare’s money.

Negative experience: Had an appointment today for 10am for my 4 year olds immunisation, I called a day prior to confirm the appointment and the availability of the injections, I get to the clinic do the whole reception procedure sit down and wait for 30mins only to be called in and told by the doctor that they no longer have availability of the doses. Why do they take appointments? Why wasn’t I told prior to my appointment or at the very least when I walked in? I took a day off work and got my kid ready to be there in the morning for absolutely nothing. Terrible terrible service would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ajaz is awesome! Always have a good experience at this medical clinic. Have tried other places when I moved away but this place has been the best so far so it's worth the extra travel time.

Fantastic experience: Visited the Epping Family Medical & Specialist Centre yesterday for an appointment with the Cardiologists which l have been doing for many years now it is such an easy place to get into and parking is so convenient out of the weather and so close to the entrance. Dr F. A. (Larry) Ponnuthural is the specialist who l see, his staff are always so courteous and helpful, as is the nurse who tests me pry to my appointments. Back to Dr Larry a genius of a man who saved my life back on the 21 April 2013 with Coronary Angiography and Stent many years ago. I have had more procedures and many visits to this centre over the years and have never experienced a bad encounter. These people are always on top of their game and morale is high but l can understand why, because they are so professional. Thank you.
Negative experience: Dr Ajaz is an actual saint and worth travelling for. It's a shame the receptionist will rudely hang up on you if said travel means you need to try and book weeks in advance to see him. Nobody deserves that.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and incompetent. Our appointment got cancelled the day of about two hours prior, the staff mentioned I would be getting a phone call to reschedule. Since I was not contacted and no efforts were made on their end I called the practice in two different occasions and still nothing.
Fantastic experience: Dr A Shah gave me some great advice and cared. The receptionists are friendly. Plenty of room in the waiting area and lots of parking spaces.
Negative experience: We've been going here for about a year, At the start it was fantastic, quick wait times, doctors were very helpful and all round was good service. Moving to a year later, absolutely terrible, I've called numerous times to ask when the female doctors will be back in, I always get told next week ring back next week, then I do and I get told they don't know or call in 2 weeks and still get told nothing, They hardly have any available doctors, only DR Shah and he is terrible, he told me that 1 and a half year old kids don't get Athsma (I know they do because my son has had it since very young and needed a preventer and was in hospital with oxygen numerous times and still has Athsma) A few weeks back my son needed stitches and when I told reception staff this, they pretty much said it's badluck I had to do a telehealth appt for the doctor to assess it and then advise me. Just recently my son had an appt to get an athsma action plan, the doctor said he couldn't do it and the nurse will do it (which I've never heard of) and email it today, that also couldn't be done because the nurse hd to isolate now I am stuck in the lurch to find a random gp who doesn't even know my son to fill in an athsma action plan or he can't attend his first day of prep tomorrow. I'm not sure if all clinics are this bad due to covid or just this one but if you are looking for a new doctor's clinic, I DO NOT recommend this one. Don't waste your time !!!!!!! Not happy...will not be returning I'd give it 0 stars if I could
Fantastic experience: I would give this practice more stars if I could. Thank you so much to Doctor Shah for helping my husband out today. Other doctors in the area only advised bed rest but Doctor Shah investigated the situation via telehealth and listened for the symptoms and medication was prescribed. Reception lady was very friendly. I highly recommend this practice for your health needs.

Negative experience: This practice is an absolute disgrace. From the rude, discourteous and incompetent reception staff to the practice manager. Clearly the practice owner doesn't care either as this is not the first review of this kind and nothing appears to have changed. I feel sorry for the poor doctors who work here.

Negative experience: I have seen dr Ajaz ask him for prescription for Nicotine substitute tablets, doesn’t know what he is doing.. better don’t come here if you really need urgent care. No knowledge whatsoever. Waste my time, use toilet no toilet paper . Better find other place.

Fantastic experience: So far I've had an extremely friendly and warm experience. The receptionist was kind and friendly and the doctor, I believe was Dr Ajaz, was thorough and made me feel very welcome and at ease. I could tell he listened and appeared genuinely interested in helping me. After skipping through a few other gps recently due to their lack of thoroughness, professionalism and genuineness.... Seeing Dr Ajaz was like a breath of fresh air!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shah is very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He is very good with kids. Finally we found our new family doctor who is professional and caring.
Negative experience: My gp referred me here to see a gastroenterologist, they book me in reasonably quickly, all is good. When I arrive for my appointment the receptionist makes a mistake so the doctor sees someone else first, whatever, mistakes happen. He sends off for blood work and I'm hopeful I'll have some answers soon as he seems to have some idea of what's going on. He asks me to come back THREE WEEKS later to get the results, the results that were back two days after the initial test. Tries to tell me that my chronic problem is getting better from the last blood test and that one (numbers go up and down but aren't where they should be) says maybe I should have an iron injection and see a gastroenterologist. Amazing. The thing I can't have and the thing I was referred to you for. Apparently the next appointment with an actual gastroenterologist there is two months away. Absolute waste of time.
Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked in we were greeted a by lovely receptionist. She was very friendly and efficient. Dr Shah was fantastic and all the other Dr's at the clinic are as well. I took my daughter to see him and he put my mind at ease. He was very patient, listened and was understanding. I would defiantly recommend this clinic! I have had nothing but amazing experiences.
Negative experience: Hi folks, don't trust on google review of this clinic, negative feedback ARE HIDDEN ONLY GOOD REVIEW SHOWING UP. I really do not know how they did it and if Google knows this? I did posted a feedback, it was there after posting but it then DISAPPEARED (it is amazing that after 3 days I posted this review my 1st hidden review shown up!!!, anyway I no longer need that one as I have this one). I must say that doctors are good, especially Doctor Shah, but the front desk, the first contact point IS VERY BAD, NOT PROFESSIONAL, the young woman puts her personal attitude to client/patient if she does not like you. I have a family member who has already left this clinic because of her attitude, I am still hanging there because I like Dr Shah but do not know how long I could cope. I feel sorry for the clinic owner and doctors who work hard but that front desk person does absolutely opposite, the way she acts to client/patient by putting her personal attitude is actually ruining the doctors' hard work. Would anybody like to contact a business if the first contact point does not do a good job?. I will report to Google if this my review disappears again like the one I did yesterday. Google review for the fairness to community to know about a business, but I do not know WHY negative reviews from this clinic are not shown but only the good ones. VERY UNFAIR TO COMMUNITY. NOTES: IF THIS ONE IS HIDDEN/ DELETED I WILL DO IT AGAIN BECAUSE I TELL TRUTH THING AND COMMUNITY IS DESERVED TO KNOW TRUTH.

Negative experience: I never did a Google review but I am sitting here doing one now because I am very upset for my mother. My mum has recently been at Epping Family Medical & Specialist Centre, she was happy with doctor, but the person at their front desk was rude to her, acts very unprofessionally and put her personal attitude toward my mum as their patient. My mum missed her appointment at other clinic that related to a document from this clinic. She was told by her doctor that their staff called her next day when the document was ready, but this person sent her document to the other clinic without telephoning her to inform as doctor said, therefore she did not attend her appointment. Lucky for her staff from the other clinic is very responsible, they phoned her asked why did not she come, mum explained the situation that she received no call from her doctor's clinic and thought document was not ready. Then she was invited to come although her appointment was late. There is no double almost of our doctors are good, but if their front desk service is not good, the first contact is not professional, patient would be put into a danger. The way this person acted toward my mum shows clearly patient's safety is not cared, this is very dangerous, just image your health results and other related health documents to be handled by this person, would you have a peace of mind? I wonder WHY such a bad character person could be working in health industry? She may probably be a family member of a doctor or clinic owner. In our family, we have a professional working in healthy industry and she was shocked hearing this, she offered to handle the case on my mum's behalf, but mum said she could handle it herself and that she did not want her dear love one to be upset by this person. I hope their doctors and clinic owner know about this fact and no more patients to be put into the situation as my mum experienced.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and professional service. Friendly and cooperative staff and medical practitioners. Doctors thoroughly listens, investigate, diagnose and explain the situation in detail to patient which is very good for the patients. Further, there are parking spaces within premises.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about this new medical centre. Awesome friendly staff greet you. Lovely environment/atmosphere. The doctor is very friendly and very thorough. Explains everything in great detail. Have pathology on site and visiting podiatrist. Both very friendly and welcoming. So.happy to have found a great doctor and medical centre with great staff!!!!.

Fantastic experience: I went there yesterday for the first time after a terrible experience at the Epping Plaza GP Clinic. The receptionists here were lovely. Dr. Shah was so knowledgeable and super approachable. I felt like I could trust them and they cared.
