Fantastic experience: I went to see Will with a particular painful problem involving arthritis in my neck that would flare up after exercise to the point I would have to stop going for a long while for it to calm down. As you can imagine this was quite depressing and made it virtually impossible to have any confidence in doing exercise of any kind. Will patiently listened to my problems, did the analysis and worked with me through a series of exercises that allowed me to get back into the game. I am so very appreciative of his expertise in helping me through a problem that I thought was insurmountable. I highly recommend this organisation in dealing with any physio issues. Fantastic experience: After 2 months of pain during running, an appointment with the team at SportsPlus has clearly identified what was causing my pain, and I have a plan for recovery. My plans to run the GC marathon are back on track and I couldn't be more happy!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Ruth for rehab post surgery on my ankle and she has been fantastic. Really knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I’ve also started seeing Jason to strengthen and support my rehab journey and I’m really enjoying the sessions he puts together.

The cheerful atmosphere and professional approach of every single member of staff are what keep me coming back. An excellent practice.

Positive experience: What started out as a reduction in pain from my injury thanks to Matt, deteriorated when he went on holidays and I was flicked to another physio, who then flicked me to an exercise physiologist. Neither of these addressed my underlying symptoms nor provided a pathway back to recovery.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous treatment for a dodgy knee from the lovely Rebecca. Straight to the problem with pain treatment and exercises to do at home. Suggestion to attend ' Needy Knees ' group exercise once a week was a good one. Ben has taken me through an hour long programme twice now and knee muscles feel strengthened already .

Negative experience: The person didn’t know the names of the muscles, couldn’t use the computer right and did nothing at all. Then they charged me an outrageous amount of money and won’t stop spamming me with emails.

Fantastic experience: This is a great practice with knowledgeable and helpful staff in a very welcoming enviornment (shout out to the reception staff :)). I've been her for both physio and small group pilates sessions. Currently am receiving treatment for a woeful knee from the wonderful Rebecca, with a plan for both at-home and in-practice treatment. Attendance in the 'Needy Knees' group exercise with the excellent Ben (and a side hustle with Freya!) has helped with strengthening lazy muscles. Thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: Ruth at Sports Plus quickly identified a suitable set of exercises to help with my recovery and Sports Plus use an excellent phone app to demonstrate the correct exercise technique and it provides the opportunity to record when you perform the exercises and score how you felt after each one.

Positive experience: Today, I visited SPORTSPLUS physiotherapy for an appointment with Ruth Page. This is my second appointment with Ruth and as with my first appointment. I was made to feel very welcoming and relaxed by the friendly and genuine interest in helping me improve my well-being. I found Ruth and the team at SPORTSPLUS physiotherapy genuinely friendly, willing to listen and intelligent understanding of at least my ailments. I would without hesitation, recommend SPORTSPLUS Physiotherapy to anyone who has an interest with improving their personal health and well being.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I have met in this clinic is delightful, from the receptionists to the senior physiotherapists. I am so glad my friend recommended them. I am a physiotherapist’s nightmare who only visits when I am broken and don’t follow instructions properly but the talented staff still manage to rehabilitate me. I can’t recommend them strongly enough.

Fantastic experience: After an injury last year, I attended SportsPlus for an assessment. Since then, Ruth has been working with me one-on-one in a Pilates reformer exercise program. The sessions have catered to my needs, focussing on strengthening my weak side. Sessions have been challenging but enjoyable. The sessions seem to improve my movement in the days after, and my lower back no longer aches.

Fantastic experience: I have had excellent professional treatment from both Elyse (Physiotherapy) and Ben (exercise physiology) and can highly recommend this practice. The staff are knowledgeable and skilled, communicate effectively, and provide easy to follow treatment plans. Delighted with the progress after long standing pain, and especially appreciate how Ben was able to provide modifications when the first options were initially too difficult. Made the difference between persisting and giving up. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been very satisfied with the level of help with post op rehab physio, followed by physiotherapist assisted Pilates in a small group. More recently I had a few sessions of neck and shoulders physiotherapy after which a “golden oldies” circuit group was suggested. I am currently enjoying working out in this group which is run by a physiotherapist who encourages individuals at their own recommended levels. All staff professional and otherwise have been very impressive.

I went through 2 sessions with Will. Fantastic job, he treated my ankle and ensured to provide some exercises I could do as a follow up.

However, it turned out to be great fun, very enjoyable, helpful; especially good was the focused individual assistance from physio Ruth and her colleague. Since then my pain is gone and I have been going to their regular Needy Knees sessions that have been truly amazing as I am now much stronger and mobile than ever before. I highly recommend the while team, especially Bec and Ben.

Fantastic experience: I first went to SportsPlus for physiotherapy sessions due to a sore knee. I worked with Will to address the issue and am very happy with the outcome. I now regularly go to SportsPlus for small group exercises. I absolutely love the sessions with Ben (and I absolutely dread the thought of joining a commercial gym). The group sessions are small, fun and, most importantly, have helped me to keep injury and pain free (a great achievement in my 50s). I feel very supported by the team! I have found that their intuitive, intelligent approach and gentle but firm manner has supported the foundation of my healing. When I felt it was too hard or I was sore after Pilates, the instructor’s continued encouragement, warmth and fun kept me going. And so I kept on and continued healing and then the fitness came and the toning came and all the while my confidence grew. Highly recommended. The facilities and equipment are top notch and there are always new additions and improvements.
