Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with the wonderful crew. Very friendly atmosphere starting with Aleyna on the reception and every single one on the floor. I had a pretty bad car accident and I wasn’t able to walk straight and couldn’t use the stairs without holding on the handrails. With help of Apo now I’m able to move around and be able to go up and down the stairs easily. They were very helpful all through out the treatment. Thanks team

Fantastic experience: Hi, I have attended physio sessions for my tennis elbow injury from my workplace. I had a good improvement since I started in Auburn Physiotherapy. The team members are very friendly and flexible and I was able to make appointments accordingly to my schedule and flexibility. I was in a great pain when I started here but now I am pain free. Thanks to my physio Aparajita (Apu) for giving me special strengthening exercises for tennis elbow. Now my pain is gone and I achieve good strength in forearm and shoulder muscles.

Fantastic experience: This practice is awesome! I tore my ACL and meniscus in June and had knee surgery in August and Aparajita has been great with getting my knee back into shape. I started seeing her in July after my surgeon asked me to get prehab, which I think was helpful for recovering from surgery. As part of rehab she has me doing a variety of strength, balance and dynamic exercises and is always funny and encouraging. I like that Appu explains the theory behind each exercise and which muscles they target. Vijay and Aleyna are also great, they make you feel welcome whenever you walk into the clinic :) Attached is a photo from a hike I did 4 months after surgery, it was definitely because of this rehab that I was able to be strong enough to do it :)

Fantastic experience: Absolut top of the line Physiotherapy. I (German, 32) came in with planar fasciitis through a work injury. Aprajita, my therapist, is just so dedicated of getting my heels right and loves her job. The improvement in my heels is extraordinary good, I gave up on them already. Not to forget is Alina, the receptionist, which made a smooth and professional organisation with paperwork and appointments possible. Heads up to the boss Vijay, he ensures an environment of being welcome and you know the patient is absolute priority.

Fantastic experience: At first, I was hesitant to try physiotherapy as I thought my plantar fasciitis would go away on its own. After some months of no self recovery, I just walked in at Auburn Physiotherapy clinic and inquired for their services. They were able to accommodate me and from the first session, the exercises made me more comfortable in walking and the pain got less. Aparjita has been my physio therapist ever since and she identified my being flat footed is the reason that I am more vulnerable to have foot problems like plantar fasciitis and calcaneal spurs. Through a series of exercises, my walking and balance improved - after every session, and now the pain become tolerable plus my feet muscles got stronger. I am very happy with the positive results and is motivated to continue doing the simple but effective exercises at home. Thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: This is my second time coming back this year for physiotherapy for a separate injury. I was experiencing shooting pain through my left leg and spine.I had an MRI done and found out that I have a buldging disc but after a few sessions with my physiotherapist, Apu, Im feeling much better. Shes given me exercises to do at home to help relieve the stiffness in my lower spin and that has helped quite a bit. Now when I go to the gym, I dont have feel any pain afterwards. Apu is very cheery and professional and we always have a laugh when I come in for an appointment. ✨️

Negative experience: My dad (Manuel) got physiotherapy here for his knee just under a month ago, which was his second session there. He was left with burns from a machine they used to heat up the muscles in his thigh to help with the pain in his knee. This picture was taken today 7th November, almost a month since then, and the burn wounds still haven't fully healed yet and look like they will leave scars. Greater care should be taken when using heat on patients and they should be asked if the heat is too much or if they are comfortable. My dad just trusted the physiotherapist Vijay and unfortunately it was only when he got home that he noticed his thighs were still very red and complained of the pain, after which they eventually turned into blisters.

Negative experience: I visited Auburn Physiotherapy for Bell's Palsy treatment and was extremely uncomfortable with the experience. During the first session, the physiotherapist Vijay did not ask for consent before touching my face, neck, and back. He repeatedly called me "bacha" (meaning "baby" in Hindi) and made unnecessary comments about my age, assuming I was a student. This was both patronizing and inappropriate. He also browsed my phone without permission and sent an exercise YouTube link to my husband's WhatsApp without asking, which was invasive and unprofessional. In the follow-up session, the therapist's behavior was worse. He was physically too close, touching my face with his hands and letting his lower body touch my legs while I was seated. He continued to call me "bacha" (baby in english) repeatedly, adding to my discomfort. Despite feeling uncomfortable, I initially didn’t speak up due to shyness. All this happened in front of my husband and newborn baby. When my husband confronted him about the lack of consent, the therapist admitted he forgot, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. This experience has been distressing, especially while recovering postpartum and dealing with Bell's Palsy. We have switched to another physiotherapist and urge others to choose clinics that respect patient boundaries and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: First of all thank you Auburn Physiotherapy for treating my ankle. I rolled my ankle while going down the stairs and failed to diagnose the actual problem for couple of months. I was in so much pain throughout due to the misdiagnosis and no proper treatment. After just one session with Vijay Mallisetty, ankle ligament tear was identified. With proper treatment and strengthening exercises my ankle pain got so much better. He is experienced professional and really personalized the treatment to suit my needs. Fantastic experience: I have reached out to Dr. Vijay with immense lower back pain. The pain used to trouble my everyday activities and couldn't sleep well. Upon initial checkup, Dr. Vijay also explained me about my other condition (flat foot) and due to which my pain was being exaggerated. The root cause identification is something very important for any treatment. Dr. Vijay guided me with excercises, do's and dont's to handle flat foot and back pain. He also advised the footwear to use. Upon 5 visits there is drastic difference in my pain. I have slowly started to sleep for longer time and also am able to carry-on my activities without any pain. Physiotherapist Aditi has provided me back massage during visit. Basically the clinic has great staff to support women's issues and to make sure women feel comfortable to get the treatment and massages. I would totally recommend this place and Dr. Vijay to all friends who are in pain and needs physiotherapist .

Fantastic experience: Recently I was diagnosed with a critical disease Bell's Palsy (facial paralysis). Left side of my face was paralyzed. I felt the immense mental pressure for having this some sort of embarrassing facial deformity. Getting treated by Mr. Vijay the head of Auburn Physiotherapy not only helped me getting better physically but also his comforting words and humble behaviour supported my mental health immensely. I got 90% recovered in less than two weeks and GP said this the fastest recovery he has ever seen. Although, I took multiple measure to recover from this horrific disease including taking steroids, remedial facial message and facial exercises, taking sessions from the Auburn Physiotherapy did helped me to recover faster. I am very grateful to Mr. Vijay for helping me in my critical time and boost my mental health.

Fantastic experience: Vijay and his wonderful team have given me a new life. A different specialist doctor recommended I have surgery on my lower back as I have slipped discs which was causing sever pains in my legs from years of soccer and office work. As I wanted to avoid surgery I asked my GP for a recommendation and he recommended Vijay and his team. Vijay took the time to listen to assess my lifestyle and injury. Once he understood he provided me a progressive stretching and exercise program that I use to help combat my injury. He also recommended changes to my lifestyle to help me. The other staff are also well-trained and knowledgeable. The front-office also does well in reminding me of my appointments and had no issues with re-booking when necessary. 10/10! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Great team to look after any small issues to look after. Recommend to get checked as soon possible to fix any minor issues so it will not become major issue. No one wants to suffer with pain and go for painkillers when it can be solved with simple exercises recommended by dedicated physiotherapists. I will give 10/10

After a month of lower back pain I can now go through life relatively pain free, I can't express what a miracle this feels for me, I honestly didn't think it would ever be possible. But in just 3 sessions and armed with some home exercises, my back was so much better in a much shorter time. My therapist Vijay, was an incredibly open-minded, understanding and empathetic person who was super efficient in dealing with my problems and helping me to obtain optimum fitness. I am very impressed with the way the problems is analysed and how personalised the exercise program is. Vijay, spent time explaining to me the underlying cause of the problem so I fully understand what need to be corrected and can better manage similar issues in the future. Vijay and his teams are very friendly and welcoming too.
