Negative experience: Definitely not a holistic doctor, seems to just be a marketing term, unless being open to Chinese medicine counts as holistic? My wife has seen a herbalist for preventative treatment for her chronic asthma, but Dr Glasman prescribed the generic steroidal preventative inhalers instead (?). Obviously this has nothing to do with trying to find the root cause of the asthma, nor taking a holistic approach to even treating the symptoms. Just a waste of time, Dr Glasman is no different to any other GP

Dr. Glassman is truly an outstanding physician who exemplifies what it means to provide patient-centered care. Negative experience: I booked an appointment solely for an allergy specialist referral for my persistent cold allergy. The advertised short appointment fee is $80 and a bit longer one for $150 (with no specified time). The GP swiftly provided the referral in 5 mins, but upon reaching the counter, I was charged $150 for exceeding 15 mins – quite shocking. To add to the frustration, the referral I received was outdated, rendering my $150 payment worthless. Despite requesting another referral, I was informed that I must book a new appointment due to their standard procedure, which seems utterly ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Omni Care Medical for over a decade now. I have dealt with Dr Glassman mainly whom is the best doctor l have ever seen. He is very caring, extremely knowledgeable and very good at what he does. Frank Perri is excellent also. All the staff have always been excellent with how they handle their patients, have always helped me when I’ve needed to change dates or times for appointments or even me just being late to my appointments. Nothing has ever been an issue for them. I would definitely recommend Dr Glassman and Omni Care to anyone looking to find a new Dr, psych or any of the other benefits they offer. They all have a very caring nature and l will definitely continue with them and l always recommend people to the surgery.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Glasman is an extremely professional and compassionate GP. His immense knowledge and understanding of mental health issues is particularly remarkable. He is also one of the very rare few GP's who will actually listen to a patient to gain a full understanding of what ever health CARE you are in need of and will advise you accordingly. So many Gp's are far to quick to give you a prescription for antibiotics even if they are not sure if you actually have an infection, or just give you a script for anti-depressants or other medications that will actually not help in the long term. Not Doctor Glasman. He's a consummate professional while also making you feel comfortable and and makes sure you understand everything about about any health decisions. The reception staff are also very kind and efficient and lovely, always greeted with a big smile from them, which goes a long way. Great Practice. Paul

Negative experience: Dr Glasman is great, but everything about the admin and reception at this place is terrible. Their website doesn't say how long they're closed for (or that they're closed at all) over the holiday period - asks you to call a number which goes straight to a voicemail inbox (that is full, and hangs up on you). Try and call their other phone number, also get immediately hung up on. Also had issues dealing with the not particularly bright reception staff to arrange appointments and get test results.
