Our comment from Nutrifinder.net about Caritas Medical Centre:
Caritas Medical Centre in Riverwood is renowned for its commitment to exceptional patient care and professionalism. Many patients express their gratitude for the friendly and caring environment fostered by Dr. Tarun Chauhan and his dedicated team. Clients highlight the thoroughness and compassion exhibited by Dr. Chauhan, noting that he takes the time to understand their health concerns and provides effective solutions tailored to individual needs. The entire staff, from reception to medical professionals, is often described as helpful, approachable, and consistently friendly.
However, some users have experienced frustrations with long wait times and difficulty securing appointments, particularly during busy periods. Instances of perceived poor communication regarding appointment guarantees have also been noted. Despite these challenges, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many affirming their loyalty to the practice due to the high quality of medical care provided.
- Pros: Excellent patient care, friendly staff, thorough examinations, personalized attention, long-term patient relationships.
- Cons: Long waiting times, occasional communication issues regarding appointments.
Caritas Medical Centre remains a highly recommended choice for those seeking dedicated healthcare in the local community.

Fantastic experience: I want to express my gratitude for the excellent care, I received during my recent appointment with Dr Chauhan. The service was Professional, Friendly and consistently of a high standard. Thankyou to Dr Chauhan and entire staff for providing a great experience

Fantastic experience: Over the years of attending Caritas Medical Centre, I have gained a great trust in Dr Chauhan, and the staff there. One is always treated as a person and with great respect.
Thank you so much for your trust in our practice team.
Fantastic experience: great doctor and great staff can not be happier with excellent care they provide.
Fantastic experience: Dr Chauhan is by far the best GP I’ve come across. After years of searching for a GP that is understanding, unbiased and well-researched, I am so glad I have found Dr Chauhan. He takes the time to understand your symptoms and concerns through various diagnostic methods and comes to a solution that is safe and effective based on your personal circumstances. Dr Chauhan’s astounded me with his extensive knowledge across a multitude of health and wellbeing areas. If you’re tired of your traditional, mundane, textbook GP, then consider visiting Caritas Medical Centre and making an appointment with Dr Chauhan, as the high level of care he provides his patients is very hard to come by.
Fantastic experience: Dr Chauhan is an extremely friendly, professional and courteous doctor with a welcoming manner. The staff are also very helpful and always friendly.
Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional services.. Never missdiagnosed a condition..very careing doctors
Thankyou for your support
Fantastic experience: You will find no other doctor in Sydney as caring and as smart as Dr Chauhan.
Fantastic experience: Great staff and exceptional medical treatment.
Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 stars. Recently this practice has been terrible, it used to be good earlier. Beware ppl if you complain or point out how the service has been bad they will block you. We complained about a no phone call for a telehealth appt and now they banned us from visiting. Dr was speaking highly about how they care for my son etc but now refusing to immunise my son just shows that its all about business and no intention to serve the community. Also strange that our family has been seeing them for couple of years but they treat my 18month old as a new patient with private fee, I am who charges kids ever? The way you treat people takes away all the good work you do.
Reiterating the same reply as given to your husband - This post is neither factual or fair for many reasons. A commitment to provide a telehealth consultation was provided and certainly met on the same day in line with our high standards. The failure to understand the clear messaging conveyed by our dedicated staff that a specific time for telehealth cannot be assigned due to prioritising face to face appointments and other triage considerations is also noted.
Negative experience: Very bad service. Expected call today but did not . They said they will definitely call but no call

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would! My 10yo had an appointment, we waited close to 45mins, I needed to pick my other children up, so I cancelled my appointment in the office and they are now charging my child a $40 fee for doing so before he can attend another appointment! A child is being charged $40 for a service that was not received! Unbelievably, incredibly disgusting practice! I will be making an official complaint against this medical practice! No compassion for anybody!
Negative experience: Went in today as was closeby and my daughter was having difficulty breathing. Was turned away for not having an appointment. I understand needing an appointment, but there's a lot to be said about medical staff turning away a child in need of assistance.
Negative experience: Very inconvenient. Have tried to come a couple of times on a weekend, could not be seen. The head Indian doctor even came into an appointment I had with the nurse, my very first appointment with the practice, and told me off for being a few minutes late (literally) quoting that because I was late, "other patients were going to abuse the nurse because of me". I asked the nurse later, "seriously? I'm so sorry" and she said, "no no, I'm not, it's fine". Each time I've been to the office, I've felt unsatisfied with the practice. I would not recommend this place. Riverwood medical Centre across the road are much more patient friendly and I've had a great experience there. EDIT: In response to your reply - I hope you realise that your response has been a reflection of your arrogance and rudeness - it is very condescending. Firstly, I was not 30 minutes late - I was 5 minutes late and it took over 30 minutes before I was seen. So if the following patient was seen during my spot, it should not have affected anything in the schedule as we effectively "swapped" and it did not warrant a rude comment from the doctor who made it a point to come into my appointment to tell me off in front of the nurse (and not in a nice way). But here's something for free because you've lied in your reply - please don't take long waiting times and dismissing patients as a compliment. This is a medical practice, not a restaurant. If people can't be seen by their regular doctor, or have decided to come to you and cannot be seen, the consequences are greater than not getting into a restaurant. I would say that your long waiting times and lack of service is a sign of your failing to meet the needs of your patients, and hence you will be unable to better service new clients and make existing clients unhappy. There are obviously multiple reviews that highlight your ineffective token system and the rudeness of some staff. In fact, if you run with the analogy properly, high quality restaurants take bookings, build in a grace period for those that are slightly late and offer much better customer service. So stop comparing yourselves to food or restaurants (as you've done here and in other responses to reviews). It seems you need to reflect deeply on accepting some harsh truths. You've sugar coated your reality of the situation.
Thank you for reaching out with your feedback. It is greatly appreciated as we take quality improvement opportunities seriously. Regrettably, there is little constructive feedback you have given. That’s the limitations of using this google forum. We prefer direct feedback if you are committed to service improvement.
Nonetheless, lets address your concerns in their proper factual context.
At your first consultation you were over 30 minutes late. There was no forewarning and this does, as was pointed out to you, in case you weren't aware, impact not only on the nurse's consultation experience for you, but also for others. Other patients get very angry when due to the lateness or not showing of a patient, they suffer delays - very frustrating as you point out. We care about our staff safety (that’s an example of how much we care for our staff, imagine therefore how much we care about patient experience, think about it). So quite rightly, we have to communicate this to a patient, to be completely fair, especially if they might actually make it a habit, which as it turns out, you did.
So second time you have arrived, you arrived late, once again. Another patient was taken in, and you experienced a delay, and are clearly frustrated, being on the receiving end. Your frustration is therefore entirely unreasonable, to be fair, when you have assisted it.
Thirdly, you talk about arriving on the weekend and you "couldn't be seen". Thank you for highlighting the high demand for our high quality service. Just imagine, you go to a restaurant, its empty and you get served straight away. Do you wonder why it might be empty? Down the road is another restaurant, very busy, always full, can't get in, so "inconvenient" you might say. But what do their regulars say? Why do they keep coming back? So the question is, do you prioritise convenience over quality? We certainly value the latter and that’s in keeping with what the vast majority of our patients want. Reflection on that might assist you understanding the status quo. Noting the demand, we have also addressed convenience…
We are pleased to announce that Dr Stephanie Kirk is a new doctor to our team having started with us 2 days ago. She is compassionate, caring and highly skilled and effectively doubles our capacity. Having run a successful high demand practice for over a decade, there is a reason our regular patients consult with us and we often reach capacity some of the time. They tell us it’s the quality and compassion of our care - let our service demand be the judge of that. If you reflect deeply, perhaps you will understand that. Many of our patients do , and when they need doctors and staff who care, they know to whom they have to turn.
You were never told off. The communication was polite but firm. However we will be delighted to sugar coat the message in future. Perhaps we could smile and say it. It’s a tricky one, how to tell someone they made a mistake without them feeling offended. Happy to work on that in the future. You are important and other patients and staff are also important. By you not committing to your appointment agreement, you demonstrate to us that you do not care about our service provision and other people - though that was perhaps not your intent.
So before you blame external circumstances for your experience, to be fair, you need to reflect a bit more deeply on how your own actions may impact on yourself and take greater responsibility for the role you play in your personal outcomes. And we're happy to sweeten our message further if you think that will help you make a change.
Negative experience: They banned me for speaking up to one of their new GPs a couple of years ago after the last one i had was co-operative. Theyre lucky i held back most of it. They cant handle any criticism. Its called the truth.
Fantastic experience: Friendly, informative, have time with their patients , and always make you feel comfortable , Thank you
Fantastic experience: On my wife's recommendation, I reluctantly came to see Dr Tarun because I was still going to see my doctor in the suburb where I used to live and I'd been going there for for over a decade. What a wonderful experience!! It's no wonder that my wife and children absolutely adore him. I cannot recommend highly him enough.
Thankyou for your support. We greatly appreciate it.
Fantastic experience: I came across this Medical Centre years ago and never looked back since. Dr Chauhan was on his own then and was such a caring person. His service was complimented by his wife/receptionist(Saranda) and they were such a great team. With their move to the present location, their practice has grown and remain efficient and caring. Dr Chauhan takes the trouble to properly investigate before referring his patients to a specialist. a highly recommended centre to go to.
Fantastic experience: Best Medical Centre in any area. The staff are amazing and Dr Chauhan is the best Dr you could ever have!
Fantastic experience: Devon Ibrahim my wife and lots of my family members are Caritas Med. Centre patients for long time because of excellent and professional treatment especially by Dr. Chauhan. Also a lot of thanks to the receptionists and to Sarandha for their help.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional, experienced GP
Fantastic experience: Very good doctors great careing people
Fantastic experience: Caritas Medical Centre is a fantastic establishment worth to be highly recommended. From the GPs and to all the staff, whether in-person or remote consultation, they combine such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of professional medical care. Dr Tarun Chauhan is incredible as not only he has taken great care in monitoring my erratic high bp in spite of lockdown/Covid situation (thanks to their online booking system and Telehealth), but he is likewise lovely to speak with at every appointment. He is very patient and would explain everything in layman’s terms. Really thorough, very detailed and you will never feel rushed. Thank you all for your hard work, patience and dedication especially during these times. We need you!
Fantastic experience: The best medical practice I have ever come across, professional, sincere and caring, they will thrive for the best outcome for their patients, they take the time to listen to one's concerns and address the issues, I have been with Dr Tarun Chauhan for years now and can honestly say he is one of the best Doctors I have come across.

Fantastic experience: Very informative and helpful staff. Donna was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was my first time at this practice and I will definitely go back in the future
Fantastic experience: Dr Chauhan is by far the best GP I have ever had. Great manner in how he goes about helping me, very thorough and knowledgeable and understanding of my unique personal situation and needs. The reception and admin staff are fantastic, as is the practice nurse Donna, their psychologist and podiatrist.
Fantastic experience: If you need to be vaccinated. The nurse that works here is second to none. She will answer all your questions and is insanely nice. The staff are fast, safe and efficient. Which I needed.
Fantastic experience: Dr Chauhan and his team are friendly and supportive. I’ve been a patient of Dr Chauhan for over 10 years, he is approachable and provides up to date medical advice in an easy to understand manner.
Fantastic experience: We are so lucky to have dr. Tarun in our life, he is very skilled, knowledgeable ,professional experts and high quality care. We strongly and highly recommend him to others. Thanks Caritas medical center.
Fantastic experience: Visiting Dr Chauhan since 2009, he is very patient, good listener, emphatical, dedicated and provides solutions to not only physical but for mental health as well.
Fantastic experience: Friendly, caring, professional staff. They took time to address my 20 year old son's concerns over the phone and made everything easy for him at his appointment. It is very reassuring to have such high quality medical care in the local community, during the difficult circumstances of Covid-19 and lockdown.
Fantastic experience: The nurse who gave me the Astrazeneca 11/8 is extremely efficient and gentle. Her product knowledge was excellent. Dr Andy - Very caring and diligent. Receptionists polite and also efficient. Would recommend them all.
Fantastic experience: helpful, easy and safe process
Fantastic experience: Due to lockdown I had a telehealth appointment with Dr Chauhan. I used their website to book an online appointment and was pleasantly surprised to get one only 2 hours later. Dr Chauhan was very patient during the call and had genuine interest in fixing my problem. Came across as very polite too.
Fantastic experience: The vaccination process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly, the nurse was very knowledgeable. All in all an excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: A well presented professional Medical Centre, well trained staff to great you, knowledgeable and understanding medical personal
Fantastic experience: What a wonderful GP. All GP’s should take notes from him.
Fantastic experience: Excellent medical and customer service!
Fantastic experience: Sorry I really thought I did something to the post previously a while ago but here it is. My deepest apologies for late post to the team at Caritas Medical Centre. Dr Chahun and his team had been overwhelmingly fantastic and Dr Chahun was and is a very innovative people communicator dedicated his life to saving patients from life and death matters to tiny inconveniences and out of pocket costs that may incur and occur to all of his patients. He would only choose the safest medicine for me without a slight chance of risk and I remember he used a tiny surgical blade to peel if the wart on my feet just to save me from Podiatrist costs. Who does that!!! He also told me to come back for more peeling later depending on my condition. Extraordinary indeed!! Plus he would explain to me from medical book pages and let me see the text or illustrations like he had just read and saved them for me before I went into his clinic. He always put himself in place of his patients and feel the same way and act not only to protect me from illnesses but also to make me feel at ease that nothing is gonna go wrong with the feeling that Dr himself is by our side, protecting anything bad from happening to us. No one dares eye on me to give trouble and the Dr would never take a single slightest risk for me for all his actions. It's like Dr Chahun wrote the manual for the 'professiinalism' if not created the word himself before anyone else. His kind voice is the most beautiful song you can hear in this world. I know this because I had seen him for the past 12 years or so and always felt safe and comfortable for any matters even to get a medical certificate or a referral. He has a profound network of elite specialists that he himself examined and tested sending referrals before to make sure we are in safe hands. His team had been efficient all the way and especially Mrs Chahun had been extremely efficient in managing the clinic along with Dr Chahun. My thanks go to Mrs Chahun and her team to convey efficient and effective medical services that are unraveled in Sydney. You get one stop shop that makes sense all in one place there to look after you. All you need is make an effort to drop in there the earliest you could and keep your appointments to value the Dr's excellently kind practice!! I had and have been recommending my friends to Dr Chahun whenever chance arises without any hesitation and I shall do so for the rest of my life wherever I live!!! There is no Dr in Sydney who got honours in medicine from an Australian University and owns a Medical Centre himself to give all the time I need in the world plus all the medicinal knowledge and inspirations accumulated not only through his practices but also seeing both of his parents right before his eyes growing up and the carefully selected medical network he inherited from his parents. Where in this world would anyone can find his fate. He treated me like a brother throughout our relationship. He is an Angel sent by Medicine God of western medicine to prove that perfect doctor exists on earth!!!
Fantastic experience: Methodical, Structured and Disciplined approach to patient care. Great reception staff and prompt follow-ups. Dispenses time to patients and listens. Also great with children and escalating quickly for further specialised care if need be.
Positive experience: I was unable to get into my Dr, so I was a walk in at this center. The three hour wait was tough seeing as I am unwell, however, the Dr was the highest of caliber medical professional I have come across as a fellow medical professional. His genuine care and approach was very unexpected, and it was worth the wait.
Dear Megan
Thankyou for your kind words of support. We are glad we could help you as a walk in patient with your usual doctor unavailable and thankyou for your understanding that with walk in patients there are waiting times in order to provide the quality care we hope to provide. Our second doctor was on leave this week and with him on board next week things will return to more of a normal with morning appointments available too! We hope you're feeling better soon.
Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this medical centre for 7 years, it is the place where you get the best care ever. Dr Chauhan it is the most qualified and experienced doctor i've had, helpful and caring, taking the time to listen to your problems and giving the best advice. The office manager, Sarandha, and the staff are ever so helpful and accommodating with the appoinments.. i recommend this practice with confidence
Fantastic experience: Dr Chauhan saved my mums life. Before my family and I started coming here my mum was always sick bed ridden for months on end, we never thought she'd see her 60s. Shes a different person now thanks to this clinic. Dr Chauhan and his team are kind, compassionate and just genuinely concerned for their patients. The wait times for us are worth the service they provide. We moved out of the area and still drive down to see them. Great Doctor great staff, we recommend them to all our family and friends.
Many thanks for your kind words of support.
Negative experience: 1 days ago we went there to visit them, they rudely rejected us. Even after confirmation of walk-in over the phone for morning visit. Even requesting twice to let us in, they didn't listen seeing our child is sick. We had to rush to other centre. After 1 days(Today) , baby got severe, and is admitted in hospital Worst centre to visit ever....
We are sorry for your experience.
The initial call made to our practice was around 10 am. Presentation at the surgery was at 1215 pm. No guarantee of an appointment was given. We regret this was not understood.
An alternative given my full capacity was offered to review with our
practice nurse and this was declined. This was a co consultation with our doctor.
We hope your son is feeling better soon and once again please accept my personal apologies for your difficulties.
Dr Tarun Chauhan
Practice Principal
Negative experience: It's a Difficult pill to swallow, but this medical center is worst place to visit.
Negative experience: Worst experience ever in my life, I called reception before going to this medical centre. Girl over the counter said, “We do bookings for afternoon and walk-ins for morning”. I requested to book an appointment as we wanted to make sure we don’t miss the spot in morning, she said, “don’t worry, if you come now it should be OK, we can’t book you for mornings” I went there with my family for my 3 months infant (was really sick). When I reached, girl rudely said, “Sorry we are booked”. Even I requested , “please let us in, an hour ago over the phone you confirmed I can come now so why you are not letting us in?” She said, sorry we booked for the day, afternoon is appointment only and we are full, you can tomorrow morning. Seriously , this is how a medical centre or a doctor’s surgery would treat their patients. A Big NO. I highly recommend not to go there, they are not humans but a money making machine. If I was a doctor, I would never work for these type of surgeries/centres.
We are sorry for your experience.

Fantastic experience: People this is the best Dr you are ever going to see. Dr Tarun Chauhan's patience is second to none!!!. He is kind, helpful and knows the best Specialists, Xray etc people to send you to if you need further help. Caritas's token system works well. I don't want to go to a Dr that sees me in 5 minutes. I appreciate that Dr Chauhan spends time with his patients. He has another Dr at his practice ...... Dr Stephanie Kirk, with whom you can make appointments if you wish. She is lovely and also very knowledgeable. Caritas Medical Centre also has a Physiologist, Physio, Podiatrist. Dietician, Excercise Physio and a Practice Nurse to mention a few. My parents went to his parents (retired Dr's) when I was a kid. After moving back from the country after 30 years it was a breath of fresh air to find such a wonderful Dr. Caritas also Bulk Bills something I hadn't had in 30 years either. The reception staff are kind, caring and approachable at all times. Couldn't suggest a better GP.... Dr Tarun Chauhan is the best.
Dear Viv, thankyou, on behalf of the team, for your most kind words and taking time to express them. We greatly appreciate your support and thankyou for the privilege to be of service. Times are always challenging and it's words like these which make such a meaningful difference to our day.
Positive experience: Waited for 2 hours to see Dr Tarun Chauhan but I must say that he was worth the wait. I have been looking for a good GP for a long time and I am glad to have found Dr Tarun. Although I waited that long, he spent almost an hour with me and my bub anyway and addressed all my concerns about my little bub and explained everything to me thoroughly. I have never come across a GP who's willing to spend time with you and entertain all your questions and doesn't rush so they can move on to the next patient. I can see that he values giving quality service and care to his patients. He made me feel comfortable and has put my mind at ease about my bub. Highly recommend Dr Tarun!
Dear Lea, thankyou for your support of our efforts to provide a high quality service for all our patients. We provide an appointment service through our skilled and experienced practice nurse Donna for immunisations, weights, progress checks and much more. Feel free to contact our reception staff to make a convenient booking.
Fantastic experience: By far the best doctor and medical centre i have been too in long time, i have referred multiple freinds and family to the clinic and they have received exceptional service as well
Thankyou for your support. We greatly appreciate it.
Fantastic experience: best doctor ive seen. has diagnosed me very well and spends the time with you and doesnt treat you like a dollar sign
Thankyou for your support. We greatly appreciate it.
Fantastic experience: Great practice.
Thankyou for your feedback. Certainly we are a busy high demand quality practice. If you were say to arrive later in the day, then it is reasonable to expect some wait if there are a lot of patients who have arrived before you. Although we spend quality time with patients it is not accurate to state we spend an hour with each patient (we see a lot more than 24 patients per day and we make sure we get plenty of exercise and enough sleep, so the calculations don't work out, to be fair - but we understand that you were frustrated) . The reality is that our patients certainly value our care both those with complex as well as simple medical conditions and they continue to value and appreciate our personalised care which takes time. Although an individual's needs for something quick is certainly foremost in their mind, additional consideration must be made for the needs of others which may be complex, devastating for them and require more than a 5 minute consult and hold a waiting patient up. Imagine someone in our family died and we saw our GP and needed that extra support - at Caritas Medical Centre, we are here for that. The short and snappy as well as the long hard yards where other fast food medical services may not dare to go. Think about it, to be fair.
Perhaps this approach may not meet everyone's needs, it is not our practice to have appointments as we emphasise quality rather than quantity and the majority of patients who see us respect that and request the same and see the value in that also. Our recent patient feedback for accreditation against the rigorous Royal Australian College of General Practice standards is a testament to that. Our doctors and staff scored highly on all aspects of compassionate clinical care and skill.
Being new to our practice you may not have been aware that we do offer a streamlined appointment service for certain simple items utilising the expertise of our very popular and capable practice nurse, subject to her availability. Our practice staff are delighted to assess if that service would meet an individual's particular circumstances. We thankyou for coming to see us, your patience, the opportunity to respond to your concerns and wish you the very best in your journey to better health and apologise for holding you up.
Negative experience: Terrible receptionist.
Fantastic experience: Great doctor that is understanding and professional
Thank you for your genuine feedback. It certainly encourages and inspires us to serve you well.
Fantastic experience: Dr Chauhan has been our family Dr and friend since taking over from his mum who was also our family Dr. Have always been treated amazing and would never go anywhere else. Treats us very special as a person not a number.... thank you
Thankyou for your support. We greatly appreciate it.
Fantastic experience: Friendly and detailed doctor
Thankyou for your support. We greatly appreciate it.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Chauhan is the best one among the 3 GPs I've tried. He respects people's time and he is genuine about caring for his clients. Highly recommended.
Thank you for your kind words which we will convey to Dr Chauhan. We are inspired by your positive feedback. Thank you very much for taking the time to post.
Fantastic experience: My family , friends and I highly recommend! Dr Chauhan and his team .Dr Chauhan and his team are very professional , thorough , caring , respectful and the list goes on...Dr Chauhan spends so much time investing your health issues , and nothing is never a problem.Dr Chauhan always goes that extra mile . There is always many of patients to see Dr Chauhan . It all speaks for itself , when myself , my family , friends are waiting there at 6am .We would not choose to go anywhere else. Dr Chauhan and his Team are a great asset to Riverwood ! How lucky are we.
Many thanks for your kind words of support. It certainly keeps all of our team inspired. We hope to serve you and all our loyal patients in the years to come.
Fantastic experience: After a long search, we finally found an amazing Gp. He is so professional and so thorough as well as human and caring all at the same time. He doesnt rush us and takes the time to address all our concerns. We defiantly need more caring doctors like this in our system. Thank God the search is over!! His staff are also really super and so accommodating. What a relief to find this type of Dr's practice.
Thank you for your very kind words Maryam. Your appreciation inspires our commitment to care. From all the team at Caritas Medical Centre.
Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! Dr Chauhan and his team of efficient, friendly staff is an absolute asset to Riverwood and I would not go anywhere else! Dr Chauhan has cared for myself, my parents, sister, aunts/uncles and now my own children for many years. His patient, friendly, and investigated mannerism is what makes a great GP. Dr Chauhan takes his time to investigate your health concern unlike many local doctors who hastily write a prescription and send you on your way. If the line up from 6am is anything to go by, I'm sure you would agree this is a sign of a wonderful GP.
Dear Patricia
Thankyou so much for expressing your heartfelt appreciation. It certainly means a lot to Dr Chauhan and all our hardworking staff at Caritas Medical Centre and inspires us to continue striving to serve to the best of our ability.
Its refreshing to receive a genuine review from a real patient !!
Fantastic experience: Don Saunders my experience with this Centre prompts me to state categorically I would not go anywhere else unless there was absolutely no other choice. Professional service, and a genuine concern for the patients is what I have experienced every time I have had to attend the Centre. I would go further to say I always leave here feeing great confidence in the treatment I have received and believe the attitude of all the staff has that old time doctor patient relationship that is a rare thing these days. In and out at the other at most other Centre's as if the next patient is more important. This is his job and he treats it as his duty, Duty of care are not just words here they mean something!
Thankyou for your support. We greatly appreciate it.
Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but excellent service from this medical centre. Dr. Tarun Chauhan is extremely proffessional, friendly and very thorough with examinations. You just have to look at the queue at the door every morning to see how popular this practice is.
Thankyou for your support. We greatly appreciate it.
