Jackie has supported me through a number of injuries such as achilles tendanopathy and disk bulge. Not only is her technical knowledge superb but she also has the ability to reassure. Mindset is a key part of the rehabilitation process and Jackie has it nailed. If you want an empathetic expert Jackie is a fabulous choice. Thanks Jackie for all your support

Fantastic experience: The staff at Exercise Healthcare Australia are experts in providing research-based advice and creating exercise programs that are specifically taylored to an individual's ailments, weaknesses, injuries or genetic conditions. Since first seeing them upon referral from a doctor following surgery over two years ago, they assessed me and created an exercise program that was specifically tailored to increase my strengh and mobility. I have made huge gains performing exercises such as deadlifts, squats, farmer's walk, bent-over rows, stir-the-pot, dead bugs and many more exercises that I had not even dreamed of doing due to existing ailments, despite having trained with weights for over thirty years. I used to experience frequent back pain but now have a strong core, hips and buttocks which has created excellent stability and corrected the previous weaknesses that I didn't even know that I had. I now don't experience back pain. I only wish that EHA had been around thirty years ago! Or even twenty!

Fantastic experience: I have attended EHA since discharge from hospital 18months ago after having major surgery on both knees along with a major muscle condition, thru regular attendance the staff have brought me along tremendously, I have had 1 on 1 with Cameron and various other staff members all of which have great repour, care and knowledge, also they don't mind a little humor to get you thru. My progress has been slow but steady. 10 years ago my neurologist told me there is no cure or treatment and I would need to be in a wheelchair within 3 to 4 years, I am still walking and driving. Thank you so much EHA.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at EHA, in particular with Jackie Krosch. Jackie really listens and takes the time to understand how the issue is effecting daily life, she is wonderful at explaining the 'why' of everything and has so much knowledge. Highly recommend her. EHA have a good process to set up plans and monitor progress. They do have an app which did not work well but Jackie had explained everything well enough that I did not need the app. The space is clean and modern and the reception staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Easy access and lots of parking.

Fantastic experience: If I could I would give EHA 10 stars. My exercise physiologist Mikayla is fantastic. She keeps me motivated. I am 68 and have never exercised because whenever I have tried in the past I end up hurting myself and need treatment for a longtime. But with Mikayla I have not been sore, let along injured and I am progressing at an unbelievable rate. My balance is better, my strength has improved my coordination is better. I am feeling so well and energised and I haven’t been falling. I am so grateful to Mikayla for this change in me. I cannot tell you how much this has changed my life. Please, if you are experiencing any of the things I have mentioned and if you are aged and want to live a better life and want to age well and be strong, then make an appointment with EHA. You can go through My Aged Care for a subsidy. Do it now before you too start falling. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed to anyone but tomorrow comes fast and you will soon look back and wonder where did the time go. Use it to your advantage.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I’m recovering from a major work accident and the people at Health Care Australia did a great job of preparing my right shoulder for surgery. They are now doing an equally good job of preparing my left shoulder for surgery. They are also improving my overall strength and health after the accident.

Fantastic experience: When I initially came here and started seeing Cameron I thought the knee issue I had would be something I’d have to deal with forever… not the case! Cameron has spearheaded strengthening the focus areas in our sessions to a level of fitness/strength I never would have imagined. We’re now on my second lot of ‘recovery’ if you will, this time for a fairly serious injury I picked up. Once again, the improvement that Cameron has orchestrated is phenomenal. Would not hesitate for a second to recommend the services of EHA Alderley, always accompanied by the vibrant personalities upon arrival and departure outside the sessions!

Fantastic experience: Hi. My name is Michael Dougherty. I am 64 years old and am grateful for my continuing time under the tutelage of Cameron here at EHA for the past two years. I came overweight and with back, neck and shoulder pain. After my time here I have lost about 12 kilograms so far having been advised food is first to down the kilos. I have been taught that the concept of making micro changes in various exercises over time increases health, healing and strength. I now have stronger muscles, more energy, less pain, healthier thinking and am now living a new way regards my well-being. Hats off, hands clapped and much gratitude from me. Michael .

Shoutout to my awesome trainer, Ash, who's not just a pro but also super cool and supportive. In the past, I've been to gyms where I felt lost or endured boot camp-like agony, leaving me unable to move for days. EHA is a whole different vibe. Ash crafted a program that considers my injuries – tennis and golfers elbow, severe lower back pain, and sciatica. It's all about strengthening the right muscles. When I started, my core strength was zilch, and some exercises seemed impossible. But Ash tweaked things, and now I proudly conquer full sets. In just six weeks, I've seen a miracle – less pain, more gains, and the energy to keep going. If you're on the fence, seriously, give EHA a shot. Highly recommend it!
