Fantastic experience: Excellent practice. My 5 year old needed to be seen rather urgently and they were able to accommodate us on a Saturday. Dr Sally Robinson was wonderful with my daughter- very professional and caring.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Sally Robinson since 2022. She is an amazing doctor and a lovely person. She listens and truly cares about you. I feel so lucky that she is my doctor.

Absolutely lovely, personal, professional and caring service from Dr. Irwan Hamid and other doctors as well. Negative experience: Pro Health Kidman Park has always been the worst practice I have experienced in Adelaide. I was born in the area and the way they do business is appalling. From the lack of transparency to the way they manage the Aged Care Process. I begged the doctors to acknowledge the domestic violence and abuse we were experiencing and they turned a blind eye. Choice and control — the elderly do deserve respect but choice and control is allowing abusers to get through the system. Thank you for your response. Your awareness, and using legal & ethical obligations means that you would understand the need to report criminal acts. Domestic violence and sexual abuse is harm to others. Your patient / doctor confidentiality is void in the event violence is present. You asked me to contact you to discuss: I have. A number of times privately via email. I have tried to make appointments with the doctor protecting the domestic violence and sexual abuser. And the appointment was — cancelled I believe because 'I am not the client.' As for your apology. If your ethical and legal team are involved — apologies are not 'taking responsibility.' In the event you want to acknowledge your error in judgement. You can do so here. If you wish to keep turning a blind eye. We accept this of ProHealth Kidman Park.

Positive experience: Very positive experience. Didn’t need to wait long and the doctor I saw had never met me before. He had all my medical history at hand and treat me with courtesy and respect.

Negative experience: Very disappointing. You can never get an appointment on the day you call, even if your wanting/ begging to see any doctor for a serious matter!

Fantastic experience: We have been patients at Pro Health Care Kidman Park for six years now and receive excellent service every time we visit. The GPs give great care with a friendly manner, the receptionists are welcoming and the cost is very reasonable. We never have to wait long for an appointment. Very satisfied!

Fantastic experience: Nurse Natasha and Dr. Pitman are amazing.

Negative experience: First time appointment with Physio, waited downstairs in a noisy area with radio and TVs on. I was ignored and waited for 30mins while the lady I was booked with finished her previous appointment late and then chatted to another staff member. No acknowledgement or decency to apologise for being late so I left and will not go there again.

Negative experience: Can't make a booking to see a doctor for several weeks, don't provide a waitlist for cancelled appointments and won't provide tests results back to you so you can go somewhere else to seek medical help. 1st visit I waited 40+mins as I wasn't signed in by reception. Very disappointed with how this practice operates.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mauro is amazing! We are lucky to have her as our family doctor. We also love our dentist Dr Saumya! All the rest of the staff members including nurses and admin have looked after us well.

Fantastic experience: In for a flu vaccination! Very quick and pain free!

Negative experience: We were booked in for my children’s appointment. Mainly for my daughter’s immunisation appointment, we got 5 minutes due to my son’s school pick up. Apart from the fact they make us wait for 20-25 mins for every appointment. I requested them a lot to take us in the immunisation is overdue due to moving and not getting appointments. Despite explaining my situation and urgency of my medical needs, the receptionist failed to understand or address my concerns appropriately. There’s was lack of understanding and empathy not only caused me distress but also delayed the medical attention my daughter required. As a patient , especially as a parent I expect to be treated with respect and understanding. The lady at the reception behaviour fell far short of these expectations and negatively impacted my overall experience at the clinic. Extremely disappointed and not even coming back. Will never recommend to anyone .

Fantastic experience: PHC KP are an amazing and friendly bunch. Sir Alex T and Franco junior assisted me thoroughly over the years, more noticeably with my hamstring injury. I thank them and suggest all my friends here.

Fantastic experience: Sandro (remedial massage) is absolutely marvelous! Not only is his technique and skill at finding those sore points top notch, his sense of humour also puts his client at ease right away. He asks for feedback on pressure, is communicative but doesn't over talk making it a relaxing experience (even through the 'good pain' haha!). I always leave Sandro's office feeling a million dollars.

Fantastic experience: Seen Sandro this morning and couldn’t be more happier. From working in the mine’s operating machinery and going to the gym my body gets sore. But I know after seeing Sandro it will be all good. Plus the stuff there are great and easy to communicate with.

Negative experience: My husband had the unfortunate situation of needing a prescription filled at your clinic & this middle aged doctor he saw , wrote it out for only half the dosage. So when my husband went to get it filled the pharmacist picked The error up, so he had to go back to your clinic and finally after waiting for ages got this doctor again , Who made no apology whatsoever about his mistake and just grunted at my husband never said a word. Needs to be much more “duty of care “ provided when writing scripts for people’s health and a little bit of common courtesy would go along way. His mannerisms left a lot to be desired.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming to this clinic for 10years now, I have nothing but praise for the clinic from the friendly admin staff through to the caring GPs. I always feel listened to and supported, they are also fantastic with kids.

Negative experience: The receptionists here are mostly horrible - I have been coming here for a couple of months now to see an allied health professional. I was not impressed this morning when I enquired about making a GP appointment. I have recently moved down the road and am looking for a new GP. I simply asked if it was possible to make an appointment as a new patient - with no urgency. The receptionist was quite rude, weird and awkward about telling me that the practice was not accepting new patients - I’m unsure why it was necessary for her to whisper something to her male colleague (who was equally unwelcoming upon my check in) before telling me again that they were not accepting new patients. How about offering a call back, waiting list or something, What happened to respectful, helpful and transparent services? Please note this is not a dig at the allied health professional I see at this practice she is amazing.

Negative experience: As simple as abc for receptionist to take booking. We were wrong! Request was for flu vaccination and a referral letter required for specialist. This is for our young baby girl. Appt made for 0930 and when we turned up appt has changed to 1030?!? And GP refused to do referral as it wasn’t written down in the booking. If this is the efficiency of the receptionist or the doctor we saw today, I will no doubt change the practice as we have been coming here for many many years! Very disappointing and frustrating with the experience today. Edit- Practice manager has rung my family thanks for your wrong advice re the referral to see specialist. I work in healthcare industry and I know to see a specialist GP need to do a referral. Secondly the request was booked and wasn’t captured by receptionist- TWO things flu vac and GP referral letter. Only one put through to a random GP for flu vaccination. (See the 3rd point why couldn’t the receptionist advise us our GP has moved???) It wasted our time our baby girl would need that referral letter which is not completed now and no apologise offered. Thirdly our long term treating GP is no longer working in this branch yet it has been how long when we tried to book her all we got told is she is not available. Again I would appreciate if we can get told she has moved to other branch so we could get continuity care from her for my family’s health. Please do not contact us again we have decided not to come back to Kidman Park. Thanks.

Dr. Chitti Dr. Mittiga and Dr. Barbera and for more then 15 years Dr. Angela Laudato is the one that looks after me and my husband and we couldn't be more happy with her professionalism, caring and dedication.
