Negative experience: No phone manners over the phone, no cares given and lady just hung up on me after she had booked me in. My appointment was discussed out loud for all the patients to hear and I walked away feeling embarrassed as the practice was full. What even is “personal and sensitive information” these days….

Fantastic experience: I have been extremely impressed and happy since moving to this surgery. The doctors have gone above and beyond to help manage my chronic health issues. The doctos have worked through issues and helped guide my health working with my specialist and hospital. The reception staff are also wonderful, a smile, helpful, and caring. Overall, I’m very pleased since changing for the support I've received here. Yet to have a bad visit.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Nurse Anna is so bubbly and positive, it's infectious and she just makes me laugh!! Dr Vani is really helpful and understanding and she goes above and beyond to help me and my daughter!! We wouldn't go anywhere else for our medical needs.

Fantastic experience: Best medical practice we have ever been to. We have been seeing Dr Ebele Chiemeke for years for our whole family and we all feel extremely well taken care of. He is always so thorough, genuinely cares and makes you feel like he truly wants you to be as healthy as possible. Receptionists are always friendly and the nurses are just wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for Dr Abele and Anna. They stayed back after-hours to see my son who had an accident at daycare that we thought might require stitches. I called 3mins before closing and not only did they answer they phone, they waited for us to arrive to help my son. I honestly can't thank you both enough. All of the GPs, nursing staff and receptionsts have been amazing during the 8 years we have been coming here. They have also been very thorough when investigating any health concerns we've had over the years so I can't speak highly enough of this clinic. Thank you all :)

Negative experience: The most expensive place i visited. Charged me close to 100 bucks for 10min.

Negative experience: If you want good health care I would not recommend these guys. There are plenty of better doctors around. It's up to you... These positive reviews have to be fake. I can't believe anyone has anything good to say. This place is dangerously bad, be warned- stay away. I literally had a life threatening condition and was basically told that there is nothing wrong with me. Even after attending there with dangerous high blood pressure they just basically called me a hypochondriac. It's actually quite wild how bad this place is. Thank God I found a new doctor when I did. This place my be fine for cold and flu issues but if something bad happens they will not pick up on it and you could die. This is a warning do not go there, your health depends on it.

Negative experience: GROSS NEGLIGENCE!!! I was left untreated or informed for over 6 months for a condition that was quite possibly life threatening !! Cannot manage the care of patients Cannot manage the care of a veteran and also refusing to treat once confronted about the issue!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Dr Ebele enough for being a very understanding and efficient doctor. I've suffered from the worst flu with annoying fever with chills and persistent cough that gave me sleepless nights. I'm thankful that Dr Ebele prescribed me the medicine that can finally get me through the night. Dr Ebele is also very thorough in his consultation to ensure that my symptoms are not caused by COVID-19 with the proper PCR test. Besides, Dr Ebele followed up with my medical condition after two days. That's impressively dedicated and caring medical consultation that I've ever received! Highly recommended! Thank you, indeed.

Positive experience: Dr Vani and Dr Ebele are really excellent. No longer bulk billing for all. There could be improvements in the practice where it comes to scheduling and making people wait for planned appointments, overbooking one doctor in particular and communication issues with office staff due to language barriers. I want to give it more stars, but just can't on balance.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kan Gupta is a thorough professional and you can trust him with your life :). I trust him with blind eyes, follow his instructions and have come out of the woods every single time. If you looking for a trustable and professional GP, i cant recommend Dr Kan Gupta enough.

Negative experience: So much fake reviews here, but I would avoid this clinic as much as I can, so long too wait, the reception just ignore you, the doctor seems like doesn't have enough computer skills, the consulting meaninglessly long, the chemist there is cheap though.

Negative experience: States they are bulk billed however I have always been charged. Dr always asks about my occupation - what has that to do with my cold? Turns out it's only bulk billed for pensioners and health concession holders.

Negative experience: Well, I want through an entire 2 year undertaking under the supervision of Dr Kandulan Gupta. He first verified my diagnosis, which took many weeks. I took into upon myself to book with other specialists to save time. I was on a terrible regime of drugs throughout this time. Eventually I was able to organise an interstate docture who could prescribe appropriate to my circumstances. We entered into a shared care arrangement and filled out numerous forms to accomodate the situation so whereby the GP, Doctor Gupta could prescribe legally under legislation. It seemed that everything was sorted and in place and my mental health improved dramatically. I began achieving HD’s at University, my self employed business increased profits, my gym, eating and sleep were improved substantially. As a stroke of bad fortunate occurred, I began subject of an ATO audit. And faced struggles with my university work. My relationship of 4 years began to deteriorate. So to compensate for the elevated requirement of exective function, organisation and focus - I made a direct request for an early dispense of my medications to deal with the crisis. Unfortunately this only made things severely worse. As Dr Gupta decided he was “uncomfortable” prescribing anymore and sent a letter to my specialist requesting him to take over the medications from now on. I was nice but angry inside. I would need to find another GP based in QLD to provide and submit applications, all upon a first consulatation which is extremely if not impossible due to the S8 nature of the drug and the dose involved. I consulted with over 15 GP’s who all turned me down and I turned into a doctor shopper it felt like. I really needed help and care for Dr Gupta and he dismissed me at once, without any remorse or empathy for my situation. I provided ato audit notices, financial summaries, correspondence with tax lawyers and a written letter experession my need to higher function at this period of my life. Moreover, as Dr Gupta ceased to dispense my medication, I failed 4 unit at University, lost my 4 year relationship with my partner, failed my ATO audit, lost my Psychiatrist due to “lack of experience in these forms of hardship”, faced financial hardship, my businesses began to detriment alongside the customer experience, my gym and exercise declined amongst my nutrition goals. I gained 10KG of weight and face suspension at University due to lack of study. My life was falling apart. No considerations were made by either doctor to assist with allocation towards another physician. I was left isolated with no duty of care provided. I was forced to afford a $695 p/week rental and had zero medication to assist with digging myself out of this hole. I offered an apology letter (for requesting an early dispense due to the situation I was in) and as a medical student was with Dr Gupta - he spoke about us being a family and help would always be provided. He said he appreciated the letter of good faith. Yet, next appointment, he merely pointed at the letter stating his “discomfort at providing further script” and offered no other reasoning. Like he couldn’t even verbalise his reasoning. The set back I faced in finding another GP to prescribe was enormous. No first consult GO will be willing to prescribe an S8 to an unknown patient. I felt like a doctor shopper by seeing 15 GP’s on the off chance one would agree. Unfortunately, no GP could empathise or undertake the task through no failure of mine. Some did consider it but were thrown off by their bosses, ethics or the dosage requirement. With all that I was struggling with, I kept record of it and was met with “depression questionnaires” which I surpassed with ease as my issue is in executive function and front lobe defect. I compensated out of necessity to deal with my life falling to pieces. I did all the right things. I consulted with the general practitioners and psychiatrists. I was honest with them and went as far as to detail negative inputs utilised as a last resort in face of my failed attempts at receiving help.

Fantastic experience: Recently I had to undergo a course of Shockwave Therapy for my heal pain at the practice. All the Doctors and nursing staff were very supportive and my pain is gone. Would highly recommend the practice.

Negative experience: Worst clinic around the area 2 separate times I've made appointments the 1st they had no record of it and the second was cancelled bec I was 4 minutes late... would not recommend this clinic to anyone especially in an emergency

Fantastic experience: I went in today as I was in crisis. They sent me to the nurses station, and Anna stayed with me the whole time. If it weren't for Anna, I wouldn't be here today. Anna calmed me down and made me laugh. She radiates pure joy and sunshine. She is definitely a very valued member of the Warner Lakes Family Practice!

Negative experience: Think I’ll go elsewhere next time. Doctor was 40 minutes late for my appointment and no apology or acknowledgment of that fact was given and this wasn’t the first time I’ve waited a long time. If it was a walk in and wait clinic I’d understand but I booked the set time for a reason.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Farzin is an excellent GP. His profound knowledge of his patients allows him to consistently provide valuable advice. We greatly appreciate his expertise and guidance in managing our family’s health. He is always very caring and patient with my toddler.

Fantastic experience: This medical practice is run by husband and wife doctors plus they have other doctors working for them. All of them are good. There is an onsite dentist plus chemist and plenty of free parking on site.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. I have seen many different doctors in my lifetime but none come anywhere near Dr Kan Gupta; he is the most inconsiderate and self centred practitioner I’ve ever had the displeasure of knowing. He was sick during our first appointment and didn’t wear a mask, instead he was coughing into my face, then said it’s my fault for making him work. I found the entire experience disgusting and felt like an inconvenience to him. Please beware.

Negative experience: The doctors at this practice do not care or listen if you are in pain and will not prescribe you any pain relief. They just tell you to take paracetamol and ibuprofen even though you tell them that they don't work.

Don’t try take patients off medicines that work for them because you think something else will work better and being a veteran I can’t afford the new medications. Arrogance

Dr Ebele is the best doctor I’ve ever had, and has seen me through my first pregnancy with my firstborn. I have finally found a doctor I can trust, and feel comfortable with, especially regarding my health decisions. Wouldn’t see another doctor!

Fantastic experience: I started going to this practice a few years ago and have been seeing Dr Chiemeke. I have found Dr Chiemeke to be extremely helpful, understanding and always producing positive results. On my recent visit Dr Chiemeke was on holidays so I've seen Dr Gupta. Once again I've found Dr Gupta to be just as helpful and very wonderful to deal with. He is a great listener and caring doctor. Fantastic experience: Credit to Dr Gupta and his team for managing to provide a great service during COVID and staff shortages. This is hardly surprising though, as I've been going to WLFP for years, and as a patient have always been treated with respect and courtesy.

Negative experience: One of the worst reception experience ever. She was literally yelling reaching to a point where I had to tell her I am feeling uncomfortable as she sounds rude. Being sick and calling for a doctor appointment, you expect some kindness which really helps.

Fantastic experience: I had an appt with Dr Kan Gupta yesterday and follow up today. He really listened to the issues I was having prescribed what was needed and sent me for an X-ray to check if there were underlying issues. I now feel the best I have felt in weeks. He has a caring manor and is quite funny. He made me feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Dr Kan Gupta was fantastic. finding a new doctor can be hard but he was great. unfortunately most of the reception staff are incompetent. had a phone call that was over 1.5hourd late. so cancelled for the next day only to be late again then I rang asked whats the problem and then to be told there was no booking made.. very disappointed on the service from the reception. was on time to an appointment only to have 5 people go in front of me because the same lady hadn't put me down to go in. luckily one of the the other receptionist had notices this ladies mistake and let me go in 35 mins later then I should have been.

Negative experience: Dr. Kan Gupta must have been one of the worst experiences with a GP I have ever come across. Appalling, absolutely devastated with this mans approach to medicine. Apparently he felt the need to let me know how childish I as, that he didn’t care when I was taking my medication since I was little and that “why are you bringing your parents into this?” Asking me over and over “your a grown woman? Aren’t you?!” And meekly replied obediently “yes”. When I left I said Thankyou, too which he felt to say “yeah, sure. Now go.” You sir don’t belong in a practice for care. How dare you. Both doctor Gupta Khan and Vannie are not appropriate for anyone looking for an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Warner Lakes doctors and nurses are very thorough, friendly and helpful and have gotten to the bottom of my family medical issues swiftly. They treat you like family. Positive experience: I would definitely recommend Dr Kan Gupta. He is kind and patient and takes his time to explain things thoroughly. It is a busy practice which means you do sometimes have to wait but Dr Gupta is very helpful.

Negative experience: I went to Warner family practice for the first time last week to get the covid shots for 2 of my children as it was the first place I could get them in. Walking in I found the receptionist to be quite rude and it seemed like she thought was more important then the patients. When we went down to the nurse station the nurse was quite abrupt with my young child who was quite afraid of needles. With and obvious effort from myself and my other child should to keep him calm she was quite firm in telling him to calm down or “she’ll be hurt” When in reception for the required 15 minute wait after the shots Dr Kan asked us to come in. I assumed being new to practice he was trying to meet and greet. While in there the doctor was rude and condescending. While answering his medical history questions he asked if the kids were up to date with their immunisations. I said yes. And when he asked me if they’d had their flu shots I said no, he gave me a full blown lecture on how their not up to date with their immunisation cause they haven’t had a voluntary flu shot and he was a doctor and I wasn’t and he actually knows what he’s talking about. And if I “truely cared about your children” I was to do it. He used “if you truely care about your children” a few times. And out of nowhere tried to talk me in to a completely different vaccine which isn’t “covered by the government” then rambled on about how I can’t expect everything for free. - please note the only time I spoke was to answer his history questions. I made no comment about the cost of this vaccine. I feel that he was trying to guilt me into a vaccination in order to make money for the practice. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not being going back. Absolutely disgusted.

Negative experience: Very low on the nice scale, don't care if you are in pain and they talk down to you, the girls there are nice there and like to help out the front desk.

Negative experience: A little bit annoyed after my appointment today. I have been seeing Dr Kan for nearly 10 years between Warner and Bridgeman Downs. I understand they have moved to operate as a mixed billing clinic now, however after waiting 1hr & 20mins past my booked appointment time today, I was charged $70 for less than 5 minutes in his office to get a prescription repeat. I'm not annoyed that I got charged, just the amount that I got charged when it clearly states that any appointment less than 6 minutes is about $30. I will be looking for a new doctor.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous. My son recently needed two teeth pulled out. The reception staff were so helpful and efficient and got us an appointment immediately. On the day of the appointment my son was made to feel both calm and supported during what would north ally be a stressful time for a 7yr old boy. We were in and out in less than half an hr. Super impressed with the whole team and experience

Fantastic experience: Dr Kan Gupta is a dilligent, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor who has a genuine interest in the well-being of his patients. Highly recommend this medical practice.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr Gupta many times over the years and he has been excellent.I recently saw Dr Ebel as he was on for the weekend.An absolute all round good bloke,very thorough, compassionate and a great sense of humour.

Negative experience: Disgusting behaviour - There is a serious problem with the receptionists at this practise, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference if I were talking to them about the health of my 14 week old baby or a hotdog order. They are completely incapable of expressing any care or empathy. I called last week to request an emergency appointment for my baby who had a high temperature/ fever and had been vomiting an unusual colour. I was casually told that the earliest appointment would be in 4 days as there was only one GP working at the practice all week and they were fully booked. Firstly; I have never heard of a practice being so poorly managed that they only have 1 doctor available for the full week and Secondly; It doesn't take a genius to work out that should there have been something seriously wrong with my Daughter, we would have already met the consequences prior to our 4 day later appointment. I of course had to seek help elsewhere. Following on from this I called today, again hoping to book an appointment for my Daughter who now had a nasty looking rash on her face, only to be told that my Doctor is away for a week and no other doctor can see her either so our earliest possible appointment would be in 5 days time. When I explained what difficulty I have been met with when trying to get my Daughter in to see a Doctor I was told I should try somewhere else! My actual Doctor and the nurses at the back of the practice have always been lovely and helpful so I am surprised if they support the treatment that patients are dealing with from the receptionist. Safe to say, I will never return to meet this ghastly receptionist ever again.

Negative experience: Something has happened in the last 12 months, most of the doctors have been replaced with new ones and the reception staff have changed. The whole vibe is different and not great.

Fantastic experience: One of the best medical practice's I have attended. Both Doctors that I have seen are extremely caring, professional and bubbly! Highly recommend Dr Da Yae Lah - thank you!

Fantastic experience: Have always been able to get an appointment when needed. Front desk staff are nice to deal with- which is a change from other places I’ve been to! It’s a great local service, always clean and most importantly, BULK BILLS! I’ve seen a few of their doctors and have had good and bad experiences with the ones I have seen. I still give the practice 5 stars though. I won’t name and shame however you can read the other reviews and make up your own mind. Though I will recommend the caring Dr Da Yae Lah. Doctor appointments make me nervous and she is warm, easy to talk to and listens.
