Negative experience: I asked for a doctors appointment and for my first appointment I was charged $400 for my appointment and my doctor which I was recommended didn’t help me in the slightest and was not told me he was not licenced to help me in the field that it mentions on his website that he specialises in.

Negative experience: Save your money - avoid this clinic if there is another holistic GP in your area. Doctor Yap was extremely unprofessional, and the entire consult felt rushed - despite the fact that I had booked for the full health check. An already highly unpleasant experience finished off with the doctor talking loudly about me to the receptionist - having thought I’d left the clinic when I was still in the waiting room. As a healthcare worker I was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism that was exhibited. Embarrassing, unprofessional and expensive. Give the GP consults a miss. Edit: I would also like to add that upon posting this review I was contacted by the clinic, in manner that I thought was most unprofessional

Fantastic experience: I switched doctors when I realised I wasn't getting the care I needed for my autoimmune condition and am now a patient of Dr. Matthew Daly's at Reclaim Health. It was the best decision I've made and I highly recommend him as he has extremely good bedside manner, really listens to patients and takes a holistic approach. In fact, my partner now wants to go to him after meeting him a few times. I think that says a lot.

Fantastic experience: Have seen Tyson twice and I won't be going to another Chiro. I was nervous as I have never been to a chiro in my 37 yrs and he made me feel so comfortable. He is so calming and easy to talk to and explains everything so you can understand. I won't go anywhere else and recommend him to anyone I know and met. Everyone is amazing there and look forward to my journey with reclaim health and also seeing what else they have to offer there. Negative experience: Absolutely appalling support from Dr Eileen Yap. Flat out refused to assist my partner with a Mental Health Care Plan to link up to a psychologist - even though he made an in person appointment specifically to receive one. Her reasoning was ‘I’m not your usual GP, how do I know if you’re answering truthfully to the questionnaire?’ Absolutely appalling treatment with blatant disregard and disrespect for the importance of mental health and access to treatment. Just another practice who is happy to take money and not put any attention or care into the individual patients. Don’t bother with this place, no matter how desperate you are

Negative experience: Horrible experience here. I would advise anyone not to see Dr Eileen Yap. Her listed experience on the website she denies in person. She has wasted my time and effort from day one. I told her clearly that i'm needing a new regular gp as i hadn't had one previously due to the nature of my work as a flight attendant. She agreed to take me on as a patient and ever since then has been lazy and full of excuses. Whinges a lot about her having to do her job as well. She asked me to get my whole history transferred to the clinic which I was happy to do, it took me about 3-4 weeks to get every specialist and doctor i see to write to her. Only for her to send me an email saying I didnt agree to send history over...i've been sending relevant history over for weeks and sending follow up emails to make sure they recieved them and i got zero response each time. She agreed to help me apply for NDIS and has now sent me a letter saying (after i spent weeks getting her nessisary information) that shes not going to do it even though i am disabled and injured for over a year. She complained a lot about filling out 3 pages of a basic application form so i sent her an example letter to help her and told her to write it in her own words/as she see's fit and in this letter sent to me shes written ' it's inappropriate for me to submit your answers' - i never said to use my answers and did it to help her because she complains about doing absolutely any work. They have purposely wasted my time to take my money. I'll be getting every cent back and letting ahprah know. UPDATE- The owner deleted their original response to this review threatening me with legal action for my apparent ‘defamatory’ review. They have replaced it with the below which unfortunately for them is proof of defamatory statements about myself. My other reviews have nothing to do with your practise, do not concern yourself with those because I am someone that will never put up with a practitioner of any kind fabricating things about what they’ve done and I won’t sit back while you have taken my money and followed through on no care. I care very much about others and I am grateful to those who write reviews so I can avoid my own bad experiences, I write reviews because it helps the community as does everyone else. Go and post images of these conversations in emails that you speak of that are apparently abusive. As i said in response to your email i have recorded every single telehealth. Everything I have said is 100% true and I have the evidence to prove it. I’ve been nothing but patient and kind to Dr Yap. I think you need a reality check and I’ll make sure you get it after the continued harassment from your clinic to take down my review. You’re more concerned with your rating on google than what you have done to me and the negligence you have caused. My lawyer will be in touch as you have not only threatened me publically but now have publically defamed me.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the service I received today, After arriving 15mins early for my appointment I waited for 20 mins in the waiting room. I approached the receptionist and she left the room to speak with Kathryn. As it turned out Kathryn was running almost 20mins late and was not sure if she could fit my 1 hour appointment due to running behind schedule. I was unable to stay for my appointment as I had to be somewhere at 4:30pm. I would have appreciated a call from Reclaim to inform me about my new appointment time. I hope this review encourages them to call their clients ahead of their appointment if they are running 20mins late.

Fantastic experience: After spending thousands and seeing countless physios for my chronic knee pain. Dr. Sam was able to accurately diagnose and give me reasons to why it kept happening. After being prescribed a great strengthening program I'm finally back squatting pain free and can't thank him enough for his help!

Fantastic experience: I have just had mono threads with aesthetic nurse Marnie Pitts and I'm thrilled! I had threads under my eyes to correct dark circles, hollows and bags. The procedure took only 15 mins and was pretty painless. The results were instant! Two weeks later and I can't believe the difference. The price was super reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a freshen up.

Fantastic experience: For many years I have suffered from low back and knee pain from a sporting injury. This has lead me to being in and out of various chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics, mostly with minimal relief. After being recommended by a friend, I thought I would see chiropractor Dr Chris Tsiakilos at Reclaim Health. From the outset I knew I was in the right hands. Dr Chris Tsiakilos really took the time to explain everything to me in a way that i could understand it. He was very clear with the exercises prescribed and always willing to help me in his own time with anything when i have reached out with any concerns. He really has gone above and beyond for me. He is also up to date with new types of treatments which is really great. I could not recommend a more well rounded and committed chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chris has helped me tremendously. I had a chronic right shoulder injury that stopped me from playing golf at my best. Dr Chris was able to explain to me why I was getting this pain and how this was actually related to my neck which always felt tight and sore. Chris clearly explained how long it would take to resolve and also provided me with simple exercises I could do at home which helped me get back to being pain free and my golf game is better than ever!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Chris for a chronic low back injury I have been suffering from for the last 10 years. After going to many other osteos/physios/chiros without resolution, I couldn't recommend Chris any higher. Fantastic experience: I saw Tyson following the birth of my first child with lower back and hip pain. He immediately knew the cause of the pain and prescribed some exercises, being mindful I was time poor looking after a newborn. I can feel the same pain reoccurring with my second child and would not hesitate to see him again.

I have experienced her healing both in person and also remotely (whilst interstate) and have felt equally healed and relaxed.

Tyson is the only chiropractor in Australia practicing the AMIT (Advanced Muscle Integration Technique) which has helped levitate my neck/shoulder and arm pain, along with myotherapy sessions with both Hayley and Sachie.. Karen, the naturopath is currently helping me with gut issues and I have also had an incredible healing/massage session with Jenny. It's great to have access to a variety of modalities in one place.

She is knowledgeable as well as intuitive, and seems to be able to find tightness I didn’t realise was even present. I highly recommend seeing Hayley, especially if you suffer with back issues.
