Fantastic experience: Karim is a great physio! I've been suffering with a tight neck and tension headaches and through some sessions I have felt a ton better! I highly recommend Karim.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from acute lower lumber back pain for over 3 years. I had tried massaging, Chiropractors, stretching and yoga but was not able to solve my issues. A good friend suggested I try Karem Saleh at Physical Health Care in Bell st Preston. After a few sessions of acupuncture in this lumber area, my back pain was gone. I’m now able to flex easier, sleep better and have very little pain on long drives or sitting long periods.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this clinic since 2023 and I thank my lucky stars that I found this gem! I've been suffering fr Chronic pains and fatigue due to long covid since 2020 and is on the verge of hopelessness but the people in this clinic continuously save my sanity. Big Thank Yous to Carmine, Hannah and the most annoying Dylan for your utmost compassion, patience (☺️) and of course excellent healing hands that always give me relief and good night sleep after every visits. I had a good 90mins massage with Dylan earlier and now I feel so happy and awesome with minimal pains that I can function. Hoping and praying that I will recover soon with you guys by my side!! Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience at Physical Healthcare. I’ve been seeing Karin and he is exceptional. I came in nervous about a running injury I had developed and Karin assured me he would get me back up to speed with my running training so I could do the marathon I had coming up. His expertise made me feel comfortable, supported and confident that I would get back to peak fitness. I have been seeing Dylan for remedial massages too, and he has done wonders. I feel great afterwards and it helps me with my recovery after big weeks of training. Highly recommend both Karim and Dylan!

Negative experience: I saw a physiotherapist here as part of a care plan and was put into more pain than I've been in my entire life. Life became close to impossible for me following the appointment and I then had to use the remainder of my yearly care plan sessions resolving the pain and discomfort caused by the physio and I am still suffering as a result of what happened almost an entire year later. In my appointment the physio was digging his hands along my spine causing me excruciating amounts of pain, even letting out grunts and gasps in pain. His response was to say "oh that hurts?" And he just continued without pausing, it was so painful I couldn't even tell him to stop. He then had me lying facedown on my ribs (which were the main cause of my pain) with electro shock therapy going on my back, he asked me to tell him when I could feel the electrical shocks and I couldn't feel it, every time he asked I told him I could not feel it and he continued without questioning it, leaving me to lie on my ribs in pain with electrical shock therapy that I struggled to feel at all. I tried to ask about this and my other concerns and was cut off, dismissed and had the concentration shift to the topic of anxiety. He kept trying to discuss my anxiety which I was not interested in as he was directly contributing to my anxiety, driving me further into my negative mindset. I was beyond disappointed with the treatment and am now struggling to afford to pay for treatment to resolve issues caused by this physio almost an entire year later. I tried to make contact through their website to discuss my problem but I have not received a reply. To say I am unhappy with this experience is an understatement. Edit: almost 4 years later and I am still suffering from these appointments. This clinic has ruined my life, leaving me in a suicidal depression while I experiece the worst most sickening pain I've ever dealt with, I've lost years of my life and spent thousands of dollars trying to resolve the problems caused by this clinic to no avail. I wish I never came to this clinic because it has genuinely ruined my life. I think the person who hurt me from this clinic should be genuinely ashamed of themselves as a person and medical professional.

Negative experience: Coming from the health and disability sector, this was such an unprofessional service by Karim. Initial 40 minute consultation of $95.....lasted barely 20-25 minutes and 15 minutes of that time I spent alone on the electrical pulsating machine whilst he was busy with other things...and then 5 minutes of incredibly painful massage on my shoulder, which he ignored. I now have more pain than before and bruises on my shoulder (not from the suction pads). I was given no plan/exercises, only that I will need physio twice a week for several weeks and not to lift things! I paid my $95 , saying to the receptionist that my consultation was only 20 mins, not 40 mins as advertised. I was ignored. Needless to say, I won't be going back there again.

Fantastic experience: Have been to other physios and they couldn't fix my issue. Went to see Karim here at physical Health and all done. He's so well trained and a fantastic physio. Highly recommend this place and Karim especially.

Fantastic experience: My physiotherapist Carmine is a miracle worker who is honestly interested in your well being and healing. He provides you with a healing plan, therapy, exercises to help with your recuperation and honest feedback with explanations. You can ask him for any advice on your injuries (even past ones that are still nagging ones). Initially you may think the recommended plan including the number of sessions may be excessive and profit motivated, due to your lack of understanding but you soon realise it is completely honest and for your benefit. Sessions will be increased or decreased depending on your healing progress and in the end, you are immensely better and more confident in your movements with great results. Carmine has healed my knee (ACL) and my calf (torn muscle) to my best advantage and though I do not look forward to my next possible injury or ailment, I do look forward to dealing with Carmine for my future healing needs.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend this place high enough! I had a shoulder problem from a bicycle accident for nearly a year. 2 other physio couldn't fix it. After spending a month with Karim I'm now back to almost 100%!! His treatment is amazing and booking was super easy and painless. Reception staff are all very helpful, professional and friendly!

Fantastic experience: I injured my knee and made an appointment with Karim to assess the injury asap, straight away he was able to diagnose an acute meniscus injury and not my ACL which the MRI confirmed. Karim assisted in help managing the pain and swelling and now post op getting my knee back on track! Thanks Karim for the care and quality treatment to getting knee strength back to how I was prior to the injury.

Negative experience: The clinical Pilates isn't tailored to your specific area of concern. You just end up doing the same exercises as everyone else in the small class. I found it more harmful than helpful.

Negative experience: The most useless $77 I have ever spent. I taught the podiatrist more than he knew - like you cannot get codiene over the counter anymore - and no, panadol does not work for nerve pain. Yes, I have tried icing it, yes, I have elevated, yes I am wearing a moon boot, yes, I am doing gentle stretches when pain allows. No medical history taken - I am anaphylactic to all NSAIDS, aspirin, etc, and he didn’t even introduce himself. And his mask was not worn properly. The most incredibly unprofessional medical encounter I have ever experienced. And no, I am not coming back to waste more money next week. Dr Google was better informed.

Fantastic experience: I came to Karim for my plantar fasciitis. He used a special machine that is extremely rare. After one treatment, I could walk on my foot with no pain. I would highly recommend this practice and if you suffer from plantar fasciitis, you MUST visit Karim at this practice and have this treatment. It will change your life!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Physio, his name is Carmi e Vinci, I'm 51 years old very very active, I do 2 martial arts and gym work, I have had a pain in my lower right back for almost a year affecting my sleep and my quality of life, after 3 treatments I'm over 90% recovered, he is my pain reliever for life now. Highly highly RECOMMEND him.
