Negative experience: I don’t even want to give a star!! I can't understand Tricia Xu. Her answer made me wonder why I need a doctor. She has no patience, no professional answer, and she doesn't answer the question I asked. She made me feel that I shouldn't even ask her questions.
Negative experience: It’s been a while since my last visit, particularly Dr Tricia. I came for some skin issues. She is suppose to have experience in dermatology yet I can tell she doesn’t by the way she types on her computer searching up what condition I have and just assumes based on how I look. Prescribes a cream that’ll have side effects on my skin type. I didn’t end up buying it due to the side effects. All she said “don’t pick at it”, “take vitamin B”. Even though I have a completely balanced healthy diet. She sounded like an old asian auntie giving advice and clueless. Not able to guide me to the right path. Would not recommend to those who are going through skin conditions. Luckily I found a good GP that is worth the distance and $.
Negative experience: Dr Tricia Xu is the worst doctor I’ve even seen. Did not listen or address the issue at all. Got us outta the room in 5 mins. I even had to ask her TWICE to measure the temperature for my baby before we left(thought this is basic?). Where did she get her medical license? Now the symptoms has gotten worse and we have to go to another doctor. Time wasting and reckless. UNPROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
Fantastic experience: Having to wait at a GP clinic is the norm. I generally wait <15 mins. If you want minimal waiting, book in at opening time or straight after lunch time. Contrary to some reviews, I would argue that the doctors are all professional in their own regard, but their style of professionalism may not gel with some people's expectation of customer service. They're a health service, not a cafe. Dr Lin is lovely. Her communication is very to the point. She does have the tendency to avoid eye contact when speaking, but will look directly at you when you're talking. Her brain operates very quickly, so she talks fast, but hears out all your concerns (as long as you can list them) and will give you an explanation for why something is happening and will prep for 'just in case' scenarios. I usually prep a list of all my concerns, so I'm not sititng in the chair umming and ahhing. It can be a bit surprising the first time, but that's just her style. Dr Benny operates at a slower pace and gives you more time to think and express your concerns. He's lovely. Particularily if you haven't got a solid plan of what you want/need . He's good to go to if you want a slower paced appointment. Both doctors are lovely. Different styles of communication. Both professional. Just a bit jarring if your expectations don't align with their style.
Negative experience: Dr Trica Xu is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I had a car incident and asked her to generate a CTP accident report. She types the keyboard so slow and make the whole progress slowly to extend the consultation time. She also added the last consultation time on the current consultation time. Overall, I have been charged 830 dollars for 66 mins. Never came to this clinic. They just want to make money
Negative experience: RE: Dr. Michael Unger of sunnybank plaza family clinnic The event occured at the clinic today afternoon. I had an appointment with Dr. Unger mainly to get a prescription of a six month duration of my regular medication as i would be staying overseas for a long peroid of time During the consultation, i mentioned that i was returning to overseas and request a 6 month duration of medication. At the Chemist, i found out that the prescription was a repeated monthly prescription I thought he might had been missed what i said. I therefore went back to the clinic. Through one of nurse who served me before, i asked if Dr. Unger could correct the prescription and i was dissapointed when the nurse passed me the message saying that he refused to do that. He said that the usual practice was not to prescribe more than a month duration at a time. To my knwoledge , the max duration of medcations was six months i.e i can get all at one time. I have visited this clinic 3 to 4 times with my regular GP and i always got prescription of more than 3 months duration of medications. At the last visit, i got 6 months. seemed that what he said was not true My regular G.P. was on leave so i consulted him this time I was just reasoning with the nurse and trying to work out if i could make a new appointment with other avalable GP. Michael suddenly came out and ask me to leave I told him that i was travelling overseas and why he couldn't he correct the prescription He said didn't hear my remarks on this. Even if he had missed what i had said, it was still not too late now for him to correct the prescription. He didn't try to fix it, in stead, he continuely asked me to leave and was reluctant to reason with me. Being a doctor, shouldn't he have a responsible to make things easy and convience to patients if safety is not an issue. Being a patient, i felt offensive with his arrogant and bad attitude. He was the worse doctor i have ever seen i my life. Update I emailed a complaint letter to the clinic manger. The response i got was positive. They treated t with respect and immediately reissued a new e-prescription with duration of my need. The manager promised to look into the event for any room of improvement. Seem she does weight the service quality and patient's satisfactions importantly.
Negative experience: Dr. Min Lin deserves zero, or even negative, points. I am shocked to have encountered such an extremely rude and disrespectful person. He rudely hung up on my call. I have been waiting for my test results for 7 days and simply reached out to the clinic for guidance. Instead, he yelled at me, saying I was disturbing his work and wasting his time. Excuse me? Negative experience: I had a really difficult time communicating with Dr. Xue. He kept interrupting me and completely dismissed my concerns. He was so impatient and just brushed me off. It was a complete waste of time.
Fantastic experience: My boyfriend had serious eczema on eye bags, bacteria had even entered his eyes. One week after visited Dr. Lin, he is fully recovered! Thank you Dr. Lin!
Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Dr Benny a few times over the years now and I must say, it’s very evident that he’s a doctor who studies a lot and takes the time to understand your situation well quickly without it feeling like he is rushing you. I personally prefer someone who is empathetic but also professional and efficient with their process, so Dr Benny has been a very rare doctor who has impressed me a lot. I recommend Dr Benny to anyone who seeks a knowledgeable doctor who is also very efficient with their skill.
Negative experience: Dr May Meixun Lin was the worst doctor I have ever encountered. She was rude from the minute I stepped in the room. No eye contact, impatient, abrupt and frowning at every answer or question that I asked. I have worked in healthcare for 12years and have a partner who is a doctor, and never have I come across such unprofessionalism and disgusting manner towards a patient. Will never be going back and will stop anyone who is considering going there.

Fantastic experience: First time to this clinic. Bit worried after reading those bad reviews on Google but I went there nonetheless as it's the only clinic available nearby. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly with answering my questions and scheduling the appointment. Went to see Dr May Lin for cold and headache symptoms. She is very professional and she explained all the symptoms and treatment needed in detail. Happy to find a good GP in local area. Thank you all.

Negative experience: Shame on Dr. Lucy for referring my friend to the hospital even though was no need and wasted hours of my friend’s time as well as lack of understanding - Absolutely no empathy or care. I do not recommend this clinic. Based on past experiences from not one but TWO friends. Go somewhere else. They’ll just waste your time and money.

Positive experience: I have generally had positive experiences with the doctors over the past two years, as they have been very nice. However, my recent interactions with the reception staff have been disappointing. I haven’t received a callback from WorkCover, so I called the clinic. The receptionist responded with a dismissive “none of my business” tone and acted like it wasn’t their problem. I then discovered that my work injury claim had not been submitted.
Negative experience: Honestly, I don't even want to give one star because this GP is terrible. Dr. Tricia Xu is the worst general practitioner I've ever encountered. Every time I visit, there's a 20 minute wait, even though they ask patients to arrive 10 minutes early. Last Saturday, I saw Dr. Xu for coughing up blood and tinnitus in my left ear that has persisted for over two years. She wrote a referral for a chest x-ray but ignored my concern about the tinnitus, telling me to just get the x-ray. She then prescribed clarithromycin without asking if I was on any other medication. When I returned today, Dr. Xu said my x-ray was fine. I asked for a copy of the results, and she said she had emailed them to me. When I asked which email she used, she impatiently responded that it was the one I had provided (which was from years ago). Dr. Xu was the most impatient doctor I've ever seen.

Negative experience: Dr. Jun Xue, ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTOR. Do not book him as an absolute waste of time. Came in with back injury which I was bed ridden for 2 days, finally able to see a doctor as my regular doctor there was not available. Just asked a few questions and diagnosed me with a possible dislocation. Not being able to sleep and having to work tomorrow as I can afford to take time off, asked for pain relief to help me sleep and get me through work, his refused to give anything and told me to take panadol and neurofen. Doctor doesn't care or listen
Negative experience: I would give 0 star if I could. Booked in to see a doctor for sore throat and coughing after covid (tested covid negative already and confirmed with front desk that on-site appt is still allowed with the above symptoms). Went in, the doctor asked me what symptoms I have and when I was about to pull down my mask for examination she just said: it’s okay I do not need to examine your throat. I asked her twice on why did she not doing any examination. She just said regardless she would not be able to tell whether my sore throat is due to viral or bacterial infection, it’s not gonna change the treatment plan and she could not tell whether I need antibiotics or not?! And she asked if I want to take antibiotics?! I have never experienced that and if I could choose I will never come back to this clinic.
Positive experience: I have been seeing GPs at Sunnybank Plaza for the past few years and I would like to thank Dr Erica and Dr Ming Lin in particular for all the consultations I have had with them. They are both very patient in answering enquiries and providing information to help with sysmptoms. The receptionists are also very flexible in managing appointments. They would always call if there was a cancellation after the waiting list. Thank you very much!

Negative experience: Dr Jun Xue was amazingly unprofessional, impatience, rude i’ve ever met. You’re stressing me out. No wonder there’s quite lots of bad reviews about your attitude. Please do not see him. Dr Benny Chan was my doctor actually and I highly recommend him but he’s on the vacation so I decided to met a new doctor and that is Dr Jun, he made me decide to look for another GP due to his very very bad attitude. Another thing is, he kept interrupting when you ask something as if he makes you feel you know nothing because he’s a doctor and you’re just a patient, you know what i mean.
Negative experience: All the GP are good in here but Ming Lin, I asked a couple of questions but he didn’t know anything and nothing advise, it looks like he didn’t very care about patient. Still need to pay the gap for 1 mins consultation, it’s very terrible.
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Lucy Liu at this practice. She's been my GP for years now. She's professional, knowledgable, thorough, and proactive. I can always trust her medical opnion&advice. She is also the most caring and empathetic GP I've met. She shows understanding of her patients' suffering, and provides timely help and mental support. I've been lucky to have her as my GP during my hard time.
Fantastic experience: The staff and service were highly professional. I booked the appointment online without any problems. Upon meeting Dr. Shahab Khan, I found him to be very courteous. He confirmed my details and medical history before addressing my health concerns. He was polite and showed great courtesy, making the process clear and easy. I appreciate Dr. Shahab for providing an excellent experience. The establishment is multicultural, accommodating, and friendly. I will certainly return there in the future. I highly recommend it.
Negative experience: On the 11 August, I planned to make an appointment and saw there was still a GP available (according to the Healthengine app) at 4.40pm on the day. I wanted to double check if I could just come over, and made a phone call. However, the receptionist said no loudly on phone and hang up before I finished my words, which was so rude. I am an existing patient and strongly suggesting having another new receptionist who is professional and respectful. This is not the first time the line being cut off in advance.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr Tricia Xu, she saved my life! I have iron deficiency for years. She recommended the colonoscopy after checking my blood test result. I was reluctant to do so at the beginning as I had no symptoms at all. But I did at the end. Lucky I listened to Dr Xu's advice. I was diagnosed of early stage bowel cancer!!! Unlike other GPs who would simply give you some iron supplements, Dr Xu cares about her patients. Thank you so much!!!!
Negative experience: Very very very terrible experience! Don't waste your time and money to here!!! I spent $110 but got nothing result about my condition! Reception are very friendly. However, Dr Chunxia (Tricia) Xu., she is totally not profession for patients' condition. After I told her about my history treatment and past cases. She was impatient to listen. After I explained what happened for me and she said I'M NOT SURE if that's because your work. I said after my work, my shoulder got very painful and even my shoulder swelled up during my work. But she was impatient to listen what I say and stop me. She said everyone have painful about their shoulder and wrist. She also said she got painful with her shoulder as well. It makes me feel she thinks I'm pretentious... and I feel so uncomfortable!!! She even didn't ask where I'm working, the job description, my daily life may occur the result... She just said do you want to do x ray or ultrasound wave... After I said NO, she checked my blood pressure for THREE times for backup.. Idk why they need backup my blood pressure and I didn't ask for it, and it's even not have any relationship for my painfull. but i think she probably have some reasons to help me cause she is a doctor. After the first two blood pressure checked, she didn't even look at it and then just said “this is too big” (blood pressure is strapped to your wrist, I don't know what that's called). “I'll get you a smaller one.”After that, the third time she checked my blood pressure, but didn't told me any result my blood pressure... And this consultation cost me $110 dollars because it's more than 20 minutes. By the way, after checked my blood pressure, she also chat with me where you work, which country is your company... that kind of not any relationship for my condition. Moreover, when I asked her how much they cost, she spent long time to check and told me the consultantion fee, but she said oh, it's not, I saw the wrong one. I said it's ok juat skip it, and she still check... idk if she want waste my time cause the consultation is charge by time.... Also, she asked me medicine allergic, but when I tokd her and show her the picture. she said she done know this medicine.... Anyway, reception are all good but the doctor I met is terrible. This is my first time but also the last time. Be careful if you come to this clinic!
Negative experience: No more bulk billing and they said i pay $50 and rebate $40 from medicare. But they not enough info about this. Still need mask. The other big hospital and other clinics are not required but hear need. And sale mask for $1. Surcharge 1.5%. So i paid the xtra $$$$ today. Not good customer service too. Not come back again.
Negative experience: 每次来,都要比预约的时间晚15-30分钟才能进去。而且里面的医生都和赶集一样,我都说我不舒服了,也不具体细问我的症状,就说我这个年龄不会有啥事儿,说话说得也很快,有时候根本听不清。进去看了没几分钟就出来了,之前来看过很多次,以后不会再来了。 Every time I came,I have to wait for extra 15-30 minutes more than the appointment time. And the doctors inside are just like catching up, I said I was not feeling well, but the doctor did not ask me specifically about my symptoms, just said I would not have anything at this age, and talk very quickly, sometimes I even could not hear the doctor clearly. I went in and came out just in a few minutes, and I've been here many times before, base on the above situation I won't come back.
Negative experience: 前台女生的态度真的莫名其妙,和欠她八百万一样!连好好说话都做不到,无法协调的态度你也配做一个合格的前台吗?现在口罩令放开了去诊所要求戴口罩可以理解,既然有这种要求为什么连个口罩都没办法提供?正常医院都会提供口罩,前台让我去找个口罩再回来,但我是当天最后一个面诊的,也就只有十分钟就要关门了!整个诊所都给不了我一个口罩让我看完病,直接和我说那就取消咯!怎么客人的时间就这么随意的吗?之前每次来排到号都比实际晚至少三十分钟的情况应该也不是只有我一个人有体会吧?我也说明了我愿意花钱买你们的口罩,我只想完成这次会诊,但是他们拒绝了,她们说我们没办法提供,整个诊所全员都戴口罩,我不相信他们整个诊所找不到一个闲置的口罩! The front desk girl's attitude was really inexplicable, like owes her eight million dollars! Can't even talk properly, can't coordinate the attitude as a qualified receptionist? Now that the mask order has been liberalized, it is understandable to ask for a mask at the clinic, but since there is such a requirement why is there no way to even provide a mask? Normal hospitals provide masks,and she just let me go to find a mask and come back, but I was the last one to be seen that day, and it was only 10 minutes before closing! The whole clinic couldn't give me a mask to finish my visit, so I was told directly that it was cancelled! I also explained that I was willing to pay for your masks, I just wanted to finish the appointment but they refused, they said we couldn't provide them, the whole clinic staffs wear masks, I couldn't believe they couldn't find one unused mask in there.

As our practice do not receive any free face mask from the government, we tried our best to remind patient to bring their own. When patient book the appointment online, it is written in our practice policy “Face masks is Mandatory in healthcare settings” and patient have to click “continue” to book. We also sent out reminders “Masks is Mandatory” 3 days and 3 hours before the appointment. We have multiple signs “Face mask must be worn before entering” at the entrance door, reception and waiting room. If patient somehow missed all the reminders above, our staff would direct patient to the nearest chemist to buy one. For your convenience, Terry White is only 1 min away from our practice. If patient choose to deny or ignore our advice above, It is breach our practice policy and COVID-19 restrictions in Queensland. Unfortunately, we will have to cancel the appointment. Patient can reschedule the appointment at the reception, book online or call 07 3344 5885. Please be advised that waiting time could be extensive. If patient is unable to continue the wait, please let the receptionist know and we will reschedule the appointment. Fantastic experience: Dr Lucy Liu is an incredible, one-of a kind GP. Not only is she thorough with questions to formulate a diagnosis, she also listens attentively to the enquiries and concerns of patients. You can feel that she is fully present with you in the session. She ensures many times in the session that she has fulfilled all aspects of patient care. She also takes her time to explain thoroughly the diagnosis, prescriptions, risk factors, contributors to patient condition, prognosis and additional recommendations. She also addresses family member's queries and concerns in the consultation. It was a blessing that she has consultation times on Saturday! I would refer patients to this clinic for Dr Lucy's consultations. The staff at front desk were extremely patient, efficient, calm-and-collected and could speak many languages as well. They were very clear and thorough in explaining the Gap Fee system and were very lovely and professional. The clinic is beautifully set out, very spacious and modern. Thank you SPF clinic and Dr Lucy for providing a very pleasant doctors visit experience.
Fantastic experience: Recently, a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Lucy Liu.During the consultation process, Dr. Lucy asked about my symptoms very thoroughly. She explained the possibilities in all aspects in detail, and prescribed a checklist for me without delaying the condition. During the consultation process, she took her time to see me and ask me questions because she didn’t want to miss any details. I can feel the care and thoughtfulness of the doctor. Such a caring GP is worth the wait, because she is so patience with each patient. It doesn't hurt to wait a little longer. The front desk receptionists are also very polite! Recommended!
Positive experience: 3 star because appointment time was about one hour late…. Too long waiting . First time to meet Dr Jun ? He lacked Compassion and bit rude but I put that down to the Asian personality (ie attitude.) reception was fantastic and very helpful- not sure if I will continue at this practise? Negative experience: Don’t waste your time here, it’s waiting for too long, there is no point for an appointment. Jun xue is so so not well knowledgeable, avoid him if you can! 这位医生居然都不会英文,有够夸张!我实在不敢相信他有医生执照。

Negative experience: Stand clear of this place at all costs. went to see Dr Xu about red spots appearing on my body and face. I'm no doctor and I could even tell it was chicken pox. But no i was told maybe it's covid and do another test. But guess what I ended up in the emergency department the next day with chicken pox. So think about going to a real doctor instead.
Negative experience: Advised reception Vicky that I didn't like the idea to see another Dr to retrieve a sick certificate i seen 2 doctors job done, reception response was, then go to another surgery . I Advised her that she is very rude and she responded yes. I Advised reception that I will give this feedback to the next dr . This may just be my last visit hey
Negative experience: Waste of time and money, Dr Ming Lin is the worst doc I have ever had to visit, poor customer service, how can a competent doc give 1m prescriptions in place of 5m even plenty of explanation, how does he expect the dosage to work? He seems to be a very difficult doc and am giving him half star wont be going back

Negative experience: A very very bad visit, Dr Ming Lin's attitude was very bad, his eyes and tone I deserved to be sick, I am not a prisoner, seeing this doctor made my depression worse. Came home and cried all night, horrible clinic and doctor!
Negative experience: Very rude front desk staff. Waiting area closed so everyone have to hover around the shopfront. Doesn't matter whats your appointment time you will have to wait 15 to 30 mins past that to see Doc without anyone telling what the delay is for. Super stupid organisation.

Fantastic experience: Went to go see Dr Timothy because my neck wasn’t feeling good. Dr Timothy took the time to explain to me why this may have happened what to look out for and had me leaving feeling great. He will definitely be my go to for any issues from now on.

Negative experience: 如果我有看过这里的评价,我大概也会后悔去看那位叫Ming Lin的GP,从进入他的诊室就很明显感受得到他很想要尽快去接待下一个病人。非常糟糕的体验,没有耐心,以至于需要被病人提醒还有报告没看,然后匆匆忙忙把报告看过一遍,基本没有解释。2,3分钟就把病人打发给了前台。这一颗星就当是给前台和善的态度。
Negative experience: Went to the clinic with my wife for a cervical exam. Dr Jun Xue had not been aware of it and was surprised to learn that that's the procedure we needed. Then it took him a while to figure out the difference between PAP test and cervical exam (apparently it's not something he does regularly). After doing the test, he discovered that there might be a problem. Oops. As a great renowned doctor, he assumed that the problem is an STD -- even after my wife had already told him that she'd had the issue many times and years before and apparently it could be something recurring and related to her actual condition. But he was adamant: gotta order an STD test while a married couple is sitting in front of him! This doctor feels that there is no need to ask any background/medical history/clarifying questions relevant to the actual medical condition. Just order an unnecessary test, and when that comes back negative, the solution is to refer my wife to another doctor -- maybe they'll help! Not sure whether he knows what an STD though, but one thing I can say for sure: he's definitely never attended patient interview training at his med school. We certainly will waste our time on this STD test that he ordered in a very insulting manner. Then we will proceed with a formal complaint and, hopefully, learn more about the practice that they're running over there. Update: After going to their clinic, an unknown charge came up which the staff never mentioned. We were never notified about this. Whatever inquiry we have, they always find someone to blame (e.g., QML), but they are never ready to apologise for their mistakes. Talking to them requires secret code, and no one knows anything. The staff do not know how much money their lab is going to charge. The doctors do not know how much the procedures cost. Getting treatment here did not feel safe. This is combined with unprofessional behaviour of one of their doctors not knowing how to conduct their procedures. Have escalated the issue to fair trading and see where it'll take us further.

Negative experience: Went to see Dr Benny Chan re my wife's sprained ankle. Upon checking the ankle he suggested to take an xray and went on to say all the worse possibilities. My wife got very distressed and had a panic attack. But this doctor still went on and on about how bad it looks. He never asked my wife if she's okay. I tried to cool down the situation by saying that if its a normal sprained ankle it should get healed quickly. Benny agreed but again said that he thinks its a fractured ankle. No remorse for his patient's ability to handle such difficult news. Anyways, turns out my wife just has a normal sprained ankle, after going doing the xray. Moral of the story, look after your patients, don't just give them bad news even when you're seeing that they can't handle it.
Negative experience: Dr Ming Lin(GP) is WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST doctor We have ever had. My mother (who is 57) visited him few months ago, she ‘s trying to ask him something in details. during her appointment consultation, this doctor gave a very bad tone and say to her that I am not deaf,you don’t need to repeat to me. As a new patient, my mother just trying to get a understanding of more details and he shows his unfriendly tone and attitude toward the patient. Today I took my 9 years old son into the clinic, his probably called out my son’s name(due to very bad pronunciation, I didn’t realise he called my son), his attitude toward my son started showing. At the time I was talking to school about my son’s absent on the phone, he rudely ask me to get out of the clinic. I don’t know how can he treat patient with attitude like this, every human being need respect, and he refused to rest my son with emergency sickness. Very unprofessional. Very bad attitude, really hope he can go back to the training school to learn more about patient. I strongly doubt his profession in GP industry. WORST doctor I ever met, DR MING LIN, please be very careful to see him.
Dear Rachael, Thanks for youre feed back but why dont you tell the story happened yesterday in this clinic. Dr Lin had called your son's name three times when you were standing by the door, but you on the mobile and did not answer doctor's call. Your mother brought your son into clinic and you were following them and still on your mobile. You started yelling and verbally abusing Dr Lin when he tried to stop you using your mobile in the clinic. Your aggressive behaviour can never be accepted by any GP clinic.
Fantastic experience: Ideal for mandarin-speakers. All the workers can communicate in Mandarin and English. They are always friendly and understanding, happy to explain how a process works to patients. Wait times are generally pretty good given an appointment is scheduled. In-person is also alright. The online scheduling experience is simple and quick. There are small surveys to generally overview your situation before you arrive for your appointment.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and lovely doctors - Dr Lucy Liu, Dr Jun Xue and Dr Hao Lu. In particular, I would like to thank Dr Hao Lu for being so considerate and patient in looking after my son’s case which saved my son from fatal risks with severe bacteria infection. Thank him for actively following up and even calling me outside his working hours. We really appreciate his big help in guiding us through this stressful process.
Negative experience: Because doctor Lin was busy, had to book an appointment with doctor Xue who was the only available one apparently. As a patient looking for solutions, doctor Xue kept cutting me off and asking me what I wanted to do...If I knew what I should do, why would I bother to see doctors. He didn’t have patience to listen what I said or asked but quickly offered me some medicine instead without knowing what exactly caused my illness. Have never seen such an unprofessional and aggressive doctor before like this. The one star review is for the poor attitude of the doctor not for the clinic as a whole.

Negative experience: I went to have a doc check on my itchy scalp problem and she prescribed some shampoo and let me go back should the symptoms didn’t improve. Well, I went back since it didn’t get any better with the prescript shampoo, and guest what I got? “I’ve already prescribed the most effective one. If it doesn’t work, you should go see a specialist.” AND she still charged me the consultation fee for just saying that… I mean, you could’ve told me if the shampoo doesn’t work, don’t come back and go to a specialist at the first place to save me some time and money?

Fantastic experience: Dr Jun Xue was a pleasure to work with. Great bedside manner. Please give him my to feedback. Minimal waiting and had my full attention, The front desk was a little understandably disorganised but the Dr knew what was up immediately and wrote his pathology requests and scripts without making me feel silly. My appt was at 2.40PM 22/12 (I used a different surname on here).Never had such a positive experience in a bulk billing practice.

Negative experience: The doctor was great. No offenses, however, I rate one star because I cannot give 0. The booking time is a joke. Got the GP at 5:25 pm, while the schedule time was 4:50 pm. Plus, thanks a lot for the MAD front desk girl like I own her a million :)

However, we have been working very hard to make every appointment start on time but are still unable to keep every one happy with their time due to the unpredictable medical conditions. If we don't have a book system, you probably won't have a chance to a doctor at your convenience.

Negative experience: 不遇到问题真不知道这家GP诊所能那么不专业到这个境界,全布里斯班没再烂过这家的了。都能去小红书给这诊所开个贴让大家坐坐板凳了。 看GP无非开单子验血或者开个介绍信!这家GP(lucy liu)开出来的介绍信根本没法用,打去医院预约医生,人家说根本没这医生,然后去交涉,lucy liu说你要再预约挂号付费,我才能给你再开一封介绍信。What?我付了问诊费要求开专科医生介绍信,你开给我无法使用的介绍信居然还要我再付一次问诊费?我以为我搞错了,然而Lucy liu的答复很肯定,澳洲就是这样的,我也不知道这医生没在那家医院,你肯定要再预约我,我再给你重新找个专科医生。呵呵!后来看我嗓门大了,她自己找了个台阶说这次开给你,下次自己去网上查好要哪个专科医生再来我这里。这医德也就独此一家了。 然而每两天,我朋友也在这lucy liu开了一张OB介绍信,同样的事情无法预约如出一辙的发生了,人家这医院也没这专科医生! 我原本想看看是不是我和我朋友中头彩总是假介绍信!原来不是,这里留言的类似我们的情况真不少! 来澳两年,头一次GP开的介绍信查无此人的还是头一遭!关键还是接二连三!奉劝要去这家诊所的华人们多三思! 其实我们私人保险有很多全额报销还能说中文的医生,大家自己在保险网站上搜索你附近的GP,点击进去看医生名字就能知道会不会说中文了。 最后说一句中国人何必坑中国人!

Negative experience: The most unprofessional doctors ever. With my first pregnancy, I needed to hear some advice and information about all the pregnancy tests but the doctor told nothing just gave a wrong referral form for the most important test NIPT which I requested to do, made me even not make it on time. That’s meant to be a common sense for doctors to make right referrals how could they make it so wrong. Can’t imagine if they give wrong prescriptions that could cause terrible consequences. What a joke! Definitely will not go there ever again!

Fantastic experience: If you want delicious food, I’d recommend this place. I understand it is not considered a ‘professional restaurant’ but much more of a ‘casual dine-in’. I don’t expect staff to be checking up on me every 5 minutes and be given some special treatment. Honest reviewers shouldn't write a review expecting special treatment from chefs and assuming someone to have medical problems. Do not reflect wholly on the staff but also the quality of the food as well. So be more 'honest' when giving ratings.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ming Lin has been my GP for many years. He is the most caring and understanding person I have ever met. He is patient and is never rushed, no matter how busy it is. He is a person with integrity and I will follow him, no matter where goes. The ladies in reception are friendly and helpful, they are caring and professional. Dr. Tim Wu (Chiropractor) that works in the very same clinic, has a heart of gold, and is the best Chiropractor I have seen. My neck and back is in very bad shape and this wonderful man is a God sent.He i at the top of his game and is very caring, but most of all, he can adjust my neck, so i am pain free. Love these people! Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job!
Negative experience: 体验很差。看的Dr. Ming Lin,想治疗很严重的口臭,第一次去看,他说我可能是幽门螺旋菌,去化验再回来复诊,我去验了,等了好久没有等到通知,后来打电话去说报告到了,但是因为是阴性所以就没通知我。我就纳闷了,我口臭胃不舒服就因为报告阴性我就没病了吗?后来我又主动去复诊了,医生说的又是废话,就是说报告很准的,阴性所以没感染幽门螺旋菌。然后就哔哩吧啦讲了些养生知识打发我走了,每次看诊都没坐够5分钟的。 虽说他们看诊超过10分钟会贵一个价格,但也不至于赶鸭子一样看病吧。认认真真看诊也不至于一会就超过10分钟的,2,3分钟看完真的太敷衍。而且一个报告阴性就表示你治疗方向不对,说那些废话我自己上网都查过试过就是没用才来看医生的。比如他问我排便怎么样之类的,我没有便秘的问题就说还行,他立马就顶回来说,不能还行,排便一定要很通畅,不然也会口臭。其实我也只是保守的说说,就算我排便再好,吃了热气的偶尔也肯定会不规律。感觉他就是自己不知道怎么看诊了,看准一个机会就胡乱诊断。根本不是对症下药。 看到评论有个人也是吐槽dr. ming lin的,我的情况虽没他那个那么恶劣,但是特别理解她的感受,这医生就是感觉专业知识又一般般,但又很自负讲话拽拽的,还没有责任感和医德。
Positive experience: Doctor Benny Chan has great services but the only down fall with the clinic is trying to get an appointment as it is hard to get through to them when you are trying to call, sometimes you won’t even be able to call them.
