Negative experience: Absolutely appalling!!! My children and I have been patients here for over 9 years! We see Dr Gutpa. Now I know he takes his time with each patient, therefore wait times when seeing him is excruciatingly long. It could be 3 hours until you see him. However! Management of his patient times by (receptionists and him) are horrid. One example; Note: my appointment was booked for 2:30pm. 12:29pm: I was sent a text, that he was running behind and to call before coming in. 2pm: Called, was told there was still a lot of patients ahead and will probably be until after 4pm 4:04pm: called, was advised there was still 5 patients ahead of me. Was told that they would call when there was 2 patients ahead for me to come in. 5:25: Called, waiting no pick up 5:51pm - called, was advised i was NOT on the waiting list and there was still 5 people ahead! "IT WAS THE PREVIOUS RECEPTIONIST" Was told that was the situation, there are ppl who booked after me there and I had to wait to see him AFTER them! I can continue to wait at home and they would call when once again when there will be 2 ppl ahead of me. Asked to speak to manager and was told no one was there atm. Great for me right? I'm waiting at home, comfortable and everything right? No! Just because I was waiting at home, suddenly I have to wait more?! Now, as you can imagine, I am furious! After hours to waiting I was told I had to wait longer once again!!! Receptionists here are unprofessional, unapologetic and unorganised. His doctor has been here for years and years. Management know he takes longer then the intended time to treat patients. Why isn't his appointment durations longer so less patients book and you don't have these issues? I'd rather wait a month before I can see him then be able to book and free up half a day to see the doctor! You judge for yourself.
Negative experience: If i have a chance to give 0 star then i definitely give. I took appointment 4.10 o'clock through online and i have waited 8 hours over there to see the doctor. They Don't maintained any serial as per appointment, they allow people as per their willingness.

Negative experience: I have been a patient there for the last five years, and my experience has been good. However, they recently hired two new receptionists who speak very poorly to patients. I called to reschedule an appointment, and one receptionist told me that I was not a patient there at all, despite being a patient for the last five years. For another appointment, I called to inform them that I would be 10 minutes late, and the receptionist said they could not wait, even though the wait time is usually over an hour when I arrive. Also, they always speak in their own language and do not Speak English.

Fantastic experience: I have had a very positive experience dealing with this clinic over the last 3 months. Dr Brendan Wu has been excellent. He has taken the time to explain things and listen and answer all questions I have had, and believe me I have had many! As someone who researches everything medical practitioners prescribe or recommend I have found Dr Wu always right on the money. His care has been first class. I would highly recommend Dr Wu to anyone looking for a good GP.

Negative experience: Kindly visit Assure health if you have an entire day. Appointment means nothing you will have to wait every time you visit. If you are lucky 60 minutes is min wait time with an appointment. Doctors don’t care about your waiting.

Negative experience: It’s very inconvenient to have to wait for a long time when you have an appointment. The appointment interval is 10 minutes. It is clearly not practical for your clinic to offer as such.

Negative experience: Very poor time management. Always appointments are never met on time. 30 minutes delay expected but waiting for hours and hours makes no sense. Staff need to consider that patients have other commitments.Doctors need to be punctual. Really Assure Health clinic need time management training. Also, they stopped bulk billing but haven’t notified unless asked myself. Ratings should have option in negative values.

Negative experience: Waited for the whole day for my appointment, when reached there for my appointment, was told there will be cost involve and there website clearly says no out of pocket expenses if you hold Medicare card

This means that a payment for the consultation is made up front and the clinic claims the Medicare rebate on your behalf, which is then deposited to into the registered bank account with Medicare. Positive experience: Dr Irani has been my Doctor for the past 35 + years in her private practice. She is by far the most caring and trusting Dr l have ever met . She moved over to Assure health at the start of the year and things became a little frustrating at the rules of appointment as sometimes you need to see your doctor on the day not in 4 days time. Anyway things have improved till l see the sign at the front desk that Bulk Billing will end at around the 4th of July. Now looking for a new Dr

Positive experience: By far the best doctor I have been to. He is attentive, caring and thorough. He is always willing to answer all questions asked and explains clearly to help educate. Only giving 4 stars as management of practice is horrid, management leaves only 10mins per appointment when it should be longer. People come back for Dr Gupta because he is thorough and makes sure you get better. Not like those who quickly get you in and out so they can see other patients and make money only to have you come back again. Management please review your processes for this practice!!!

Positive experience: Dr Sanjay Gupta has been one of the best doctor's I ever met. He is really good at handling complex medical conditions. He has comprehensively examined my mom, ordered few tests and figured out the underlying issues. Honestly he deserves a 5 star apart from the really long waits one has to encounter each time.

Positive experience: Dr Sanjay Gupta is the best doctor I have ever had. I very highly recommend him. I would give him 10 out of 10 . He is professional, very reassuring, approachable and always ready to answer any questions.
Negative experience: Most unethical medical practice, They inject the jabs in your body without showing what they are actually injecting in your body. When you ask questions the answer is we don't have time to argue.

We are running a fast-paced vaccination clinic and everyone is working hard to reach the Premier's goal of 80% vaccinations by the middle of November. Booking your next vaccination through vaccination hub is a good option if in doubt. In order to complete the vaccination process in time, we are not able to provide any vaccination counselling on vaccination day.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic yesterday (24/04) the receptionist needs to learn how to be more welcoming and smile (or at least pretend to) when patients come through the door. The doctors clinic is the last place anyone really wants to be, the least she can do is make any patients that walk through the door feel welcomed and comfortable. Show kindness and empathy. After seeing the doctor and getting my blood test referral & X-ray referral, I had realised the receptionist had keyed in my name AND address wrong. It was so wrong.. not just a simple one letter typo. Mind you had I had given her my Medicare card as well for her cross check all the details. I politely approached her to advise her that my details are incorrect and she looked at me rudely and asked, “where and how?” She looked back and forth and could not see where she went wrong.. I had to spell it out for her (literally) and tell her that my surname and street name is incorrect! No it doesn’t end there, when I came out of the doctors office I went to ask her if I needed to grab a number and wait for Dorevitch Pathology - she told me to go and sit “over there” side by side with two other patients and we sure as hell were not 1.5m apart as per COVID safety precautions. I went to sit somewhere else and 5 minutes later she asked me to go sit “over there” AGAIN. I then told her I was pregnant and would rather be safe than sorry by not keeping my distance especially sitting in a medical clinic with sick people not wearing masks, let alone side by side with them. She rolled her eyes at me and walked off rudely. Doctor was great and the wait time wasnt too bad. The pathology lady was very kind and understanding. Just very disappointed with their front desk staff. Definitely needs some improving/be replaced. I ASSURE you that I will not be retuning to this clinic despite how good the doctors are. I will be telling my friends and family to avoid this clinic too. What a terrible experience. A trip to the doctors should not cause someone this much grief. All this could’ve been avoided if they hired the right receptionist.
Fantastic experience: I've been a patient since January 2020 and still am, I had renal issues back then, one day it flared up, very painful, made it there by foot, Dr. Gupta (Sanjay) was amazing, even though he was busy he frequently checked in on me while waiting for an ambulance, the informtion he provided for the hospital was very thorough, this is his performance regardless of the issue, great doctor and a nice guy too. Stephanie is the only reception management I've dealt with in recent months, she's a real sweetheart, even when she's busy or dealing with a difficult patient she's still so nice and sweet and she'll have a chat with you if she's not busy. Overall I find this a great medical centre.
Positive experience: Dr. Sanjay is our family GP and he did an amazing job when we walked in to the clinic with our little boy who was having anaphylaxis. The doc rushed our boy to the treatment room and attended to him immediately. He knew what was happening to the little one and what needed to be done. We are so grateful for the care and attention he gave our son.
Negative experience: Most pathetic centre never recommend anyone
Negative experience: Doctor Sanjay is a good and location is convenient but wait times of over 1.5hrs is too long. Very unfortunate. They need to get more staff and manage their patient load better.

Positive experience: Waiting time is way way too long. Took over an hour to first see the doctor. Then see the nurse. Then wait a Switching between patients. Doctor has knowledge and experience. Place is clean. Nurse is nice.

Negative experience: I came for a Urea Breath Test ONLY and was advised to do a full blood test since they didn’t have my records. I asked Dr Gupta to add my other GP into copies to Dr but he refused to. Keep texting me to book my appointment for results. I booked and when I came there it was 4 people waiting before me. Advised by the receptionist that I should book a telephone consult and could not email me my results. If you wanna claim from Medicare for your consults then better do it right, keep patients waiting for so long and organise back to back appointments so you can make the most from Medicare is not wise. What’s the point of booking when you still have to wait for at least an hour? Will never come back since my tight schedule does not fit the waiting time coming here.
Dear Tam, we are very sorry you had a negative experience with us. This is not what we at Assure Health strive for, and we will be looking into these issues. The results go to your requesting doctor, so your GP must or will receive them. Nowadays you can book a telehealth consult with your own regular GP to get and discuss the result and this is the best way of getting and discussing the results as you are a very busy person. Reception staff cant give results on the phone as they are not qualified as per practice policy. With regards to the waiting period, we see the patient in turns and giving it is a medical profession and everyone has different complex medical issues unlike another profession wait is possible. We also see walking emergencies as well.
Negative experience: Unfortunately the waiting time is too long, I arrived at 0215pm and am still waiting for a check up at 0335 pm. I understand that delays can be expected, but more than an hour is not acceptable. Either patient load should be lessened or more staffing needs to be managed.

Negative experience: There is no point of appointment as you will end up waiting for more than 1 hour. The worst part of the medical centre. They book almost 6 appointments in an hour ( each of10 mins) , just to increase the wait time for the patients.They should book 4 appointment in an hour bcz i will balance out the wait time for the people who have already booked an appointment. I booked appointment for 4:10 pm and got my turn at 6 pm.very frustrating.

Positive experience: Doctor Sanjay is great. A professional and knowledgeable gp. The overall service is okay. I'm abit annoyed with the appointment process. It's pointless to make an appointment because you always end up waiting 30-40 mins after your set appointment time.

Fantastic experience: Been having several complex complex issues and have gone at least 15 times since opening. Dr Sanjay is extremely helpful and listens whereas other doctors would have showed frustration. Booking is easy and reception are always friendly despite being under pressure when there was only one GP at the clinic which has now increased to 2.

Fantastic experience: I want to give a shout out to Dr Sanjay Gupta for being so thorough in terms of checking out my concerns. I have been to different GPs most of whom were females with my chief complaint was always my heavy, very painful period. It was only Dr Sanjay who ordered for me to have an ultrasound which I found out I have a 5 cm dermoid cyst in my right ovary. Which contributed with my suffering for a long time. Negative experience: Unprofessional, waited 2 hours and was then advised by the receptionist that the Dr. will need to leave the practice for a couple of hours so they asked if we would like to re-book? The waiting room was full of patients... unbelievable.

Negative experience: A very bad experience with reception. Called 8 times between 5.04pm - 5.35pm on 21/01/22 no one answering, so had to go to the clinic, to my surprising the clinic was kind of empty just one patient as I walk in the patient the left. The girl in the counter sitting by phone looking at the computer. When I told her I called 8 times no one was picking up the phone. She answers me back she was busy showing the phone and said under staff. it was difficult for me to understand the situation what she was trying to explain me. Over 30min for a call wait to get an appointment not a good example .
