Fantastic experience: I am surprised with how flavoursome and filling the Be Fit food options are. I also love that they are protein rich and low calorie. I highly recommend them for a quick meal on the go when you can’t cook something healthy!

Fantastic experience: I have been ordering from Be Fit for almost a year now. I particularly enjoy the wide variety of meals available, including breakfast, lunch/dinner and snack options. Whilst taste might be subjective, bear in mind that these meals are frozen, low carb and aimed at weight loss. Therefore, don't expect super fresh tasting food or large portions of rice or pasta. That being said, I personally really enjoy the taste of the majority of Be Fit meals. They certainly are a lot better tasting that other frozen meals I've tried. I particularly enjoy their Wholemeal Lasagne, Madras Curry and Thai Green Curry. I also recently have been partial to their smoothies. In particular, what I like most about the Be Fit Meals are that they are nutritionally balanced, portion and calorie controlled, whilst also being low carb and high protein. I've found this surprisingly rare in other weight loss meals. This makes the Be Fit meals ideal for sustained weight loss. They have been a substantial aid in my own weight loss journey. I like that you can order as many or as little as you want. You can also order bundles or individual meals. It's very convenient! I have never had any issues with customer service and I will definitely continue to order from Be Fit again. I highly recommend their products for an excellent support in your health and weight loss journey.

Positive experience: Pros: - fairly tasty - hits my macro targets (eg, 20g protein per meal, lower carb) - convenient - 5 mins in the microwave from the freezer Cons: - meals not worth $13 a pop, would pay more like $7.50 (lite n easy is more cost effective) - will need to supplement with salads and veggies as frozen meals not quite offering enough there - not quite enough quantity or calories for my eating plan Verdict - a decent option to combine with your own side salad.

Fantastic experience: I am currently doing my third fortnight of be fit food be rapid program. I did the program a last year and was able to lose over 5 kilos and keep it off. I enjoy the meals but often add steamed greens or a leaf salad on the side for variety. I have tried other fitness meal services but never achieved the same results as on be fit food. Also I found their customer service team to be very responsive and helpful.

Negative experience: I did loose weight on the program however there were several things I found below par and moved to another vlcd meal provider who were much better and actually better value. The issues I had were: Many of the dishes were watery All of the chicken dishes are tough and over cooked making them unenjoyabke almost unedible. The presentation of some dishes is not appealing. Delivery is slow and could be better managed The other provider had similar macros in their meals. They are fresh not frozen. The dishes are more tasty. The food is not watery or tough. On BeFitFood I didn't usually look forward to eating and I felt it was an unenkoyable dieting experience. I stuck with it for a few weeks though as I was getting a result on the scale. But ultimately changed providers (thankfully as I would have given up). I found the portion controll, macros in this diet low calories and low carbs worked for me aswell as the simplicity of pre prepared. The kahpow balls are great, as is the lasagne, meatballs, Dim SIms and Omlets. The cookies are terible. Almost everything else was underwhelming. My final gripe is that I booked a dietician consult. I found it a complete waste of time, eemed like somene untrained just ticking a box, they didn't really motivate, didn't take any measurements and no follow up. I hate giving bad reviews but I really hope they lift their game, because it's a local business with good marketing and some small changes and improvements would make it great.

Positive experience: The meals are great and I had a good result on the first order. I have ordered a second time but not sure I will order again. My issues are around delivery. With the first order, I had no communication as to when it was going to arrive and emailed support group who gave me a time which kept changing during the day. Luckily I was home on the day, but could not go out as planned due to the changes in delivery time. With the second order, I was told a day and time, however the time kept changing, 3 times. I work so arranged for someone to be home but it didn't arrive. I got a sms to tell me it would be arriving the next day. I couldn't get someone to be here. Disappointing Be Fit food. BTW, I live in Tasmania.

Negative experience: Posting this for a friend. The product is horrible. The product actually got stolen. I called them and they would only give me $100 which it cost me $260. The courier decided to leave the product unattended I’m taking it up with consumer affairs.

Fantastic experience: I am really impressed with how fresh and tasty the Be Fit Food meals are, I love the convenience and variety. I received my second box of meals and look forward to trying another box of meals next week. The wholemeal beef lasagna and green chicken curry are a hit! Have currently lost 4kg on Be Fit Food!

Negative experience: I actually got food poisoning. When I looked closer some of the meals had expired months ago. The food is also extremely spicy.

Negative experience: Placed an order last week, waited for delivery to arrive and when it hadn't arrived I called the company and was advised that there was no record of my order and they couldn't find it, confirmed they had received money but no order located, they then advised it would be another 7 days before getting my order not good enough, so cancelled and waiting for refund. Not a good experience!!

Fantastic experience: Yummy healthy meals you can take on the go or have at home! I actually thought it was going to be so much harder to stay on track with my meals and not cheat but honestly it was super easy! I felt full, satisfied and it was delicious! Such a great way to lose weight and eat well!! I lost 2kgs in their 7 day be rapid program!

Fantastic experience: I have done four seasonal challenges and love them. I am a lazy cook so love that all the meals are delivered to my door and I don’t have to think about it. I lose about 2-4 kg in two weeks. It’s fat lose and not muscle lose as I have scales that show me my body composition.

Negative experience: Food does not look anything like the pictures, even acknowledging that these are pre-made meals. Water levels are excessive. Although BFF states this is due to the freezing etc, as someone who has used other organisations, and made my own pre-mades 30 days in advance, its excessive. Also, woe betide you if you want to order while based in WA. Monthly deliveries means having to order a significant amount. Of my 3 orders while there, 2 were late and 1 simply never turned up. Apparently train derailments happen more than I would have thought, and no one knows until a complaint is lodged. Would strongly suggest there are much better alternatives out there.

Fantastic experience: Been on a diet my whole life… the last few years really doing absolutely everything and not getting much results…. I am on my 3rd round of befit food and I’m loving the variety, makes working mon-Fri so easy… the weight is falling off! I don’t even have to think about it. Life Changing!

Negative experience: Ordered from them ages ago and wasn't impressed at all so obviously decided not to use them again. Now, after maybe 2 years of not using them, they are bombarding me with text message offers. Despite the text saying "text to opt out" it doesn't give me the option to text reply with that. Tried logging into my account to cancel it but it's not recognising my details after a website upgrade apparently. Awful service all round and spam orientated.

Negative experience: If I could give them no stars I would! Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago, have been told my order was going to be delivered 3 times. Still not delivered and no communication regarding delays or resolution. Never ordering again, extremely disappointed, unprofessional.

Negative experience: What an appalling, unprofessional company to deal with! After somehow losing my order FOUR times in a row, and promising that it was constantly coming "next Monday" for a month, I have strong doubts about the legitimacy of this company. Not only have they failed to deliver my order over and over again, they also offered no resolution other than to cancel and refund my order until I made it very clear that this wasn't good enough. Extremely disappointed. Strongly recommend you do not trust them with your money!

Positive experience: The ordering process & delivery was all good, can't complain there. I did not realise until the meals arrived how small everything is, being active and on the move i'm going to have to prep extra salad and veg to go with all these meals, if i knew that i would of not bothered and just meal prepped. Taste was just ok.

Fantastic experience: The team at Be Fit Food always gives outstanding customer service. My food was delivered to my home early yesterday when I was at work and I wasn't going to be getting home until late - I didnt want my food sitting out in the hot Queensland sun all day so I gave them a call and spoke to Zoe. She was super helpful and completely understood the situation. Zoe organised for the courier to pick up the box and it is now being re-delivered on Friday at a time much more suitable. Amazing Customer Service . Thank you.

Negative experience: Do NOT waste your money! These meals are absolutely disgusting and inedible! The food is watery and mushy, like it was meant for if you'd broken your jaw and had to eat through a straw! (See photos below of what they advertise as opposed to what it actually looks like) The customer service not much better than the food either, both people I communicated with just copied and pasted the same spiel about adding fresh herbs and spices. I paid over $400 to then have to still spend more money adding things to their "chef prepared" meals!?!?

Negative experience: The meals are incredibly watery... Doesn't matter how much you drain them... They are tasteless and pretty much inedible. The service from company is also terrible. DO NOT recommend.

Negative experience: Price is way too high for what you get, the only reason I lost weight is because I was starving myself, the food is watery and bland, I did 4 weeks! Yes I lost a lot of weight but gained it back after a while and learned nothing from the program, when I reached my goal weight they referred me to the CSIRO website, It was hard for me to maintain and surely enough I failed.

Fantastic experience: This is the second week that I have ordered Be Fit Food and I am really satisfied with the meals that I have received. It is disappointing to see negative reviews as I feel these meals are very tasty as well as satisfying. They may be a tiny bit watery but that is because they are pre made frozen meals. Its inevitable that there may be some water after you heat them up but I would rather that then dry and bland. I think this would best suit someone who is fasting and/or wanting to loose weight. I highly recommend!

Positive experience: I found the lunch and dinner options watery and bland when microwaving, however I placed some of the meals in my airfryer and the meals were actually very tasty. This evaporated most of the water, downside is being left with what looked less than a small toddler size portion. Given that selling points of BeFit food is convenience both in preparation and calorie counting, and considering the cost is on the high side, maybe a side vegetable or salad option to accompany the meals would suffice.

Negative experience: Such watery, tasteless food. Have tried other prepared meals and have to say that this one is terrible. Have had 1 week on this diet now & only reason I am losing weight is because I can only stomach a few bites, then throw in bin. Do not waste your money and definitely do not order the muffins or cottage pie. Made mistake of ordering another week 1 day into it. Hunger isn't the issue, it's the watery bland taste. Do yourself a favour and just buy the frozen diet meals at Coles

Negative experience: Very low quality food. The meals are small for weight loss, but nearly inedible. There is no vegetables and not nutritious. Cancelled subscription and they still charged my account. Won't reorder. :(

Negative experience: Took advantage of a discount and ordered the rapid program. Lots of the meals are watery and bland, the cottage pie tasted like plastic, the muffins are very salty and spongy. I had better quality from Macros and Lite n Easy to be honest.

Negative experience: I paid $200 for a week's food and can't eat it because everything has peanuts in it. Will not be buying again.

Fantastic experience: We finished 2.5 weeks of 800-900 calories (Be rapid program) of their pre made food a day plus our own vegetables. It was great to see how much veg we should be eating and to eat better portion sizes. I lost just under 2kg which I was happy with as I am a healthy weight. Michael however lost an astonishing 8kg and he is continuing to loss weight at a much slower rate because of the changes we have made to our eating habits. Since we have finished we have meal prepped 2 weeks worth of food, we are eating a load more vegetables and we are eating less because we are full. Michael is intending to do 2 weeks of their ‘be rapid program’ every 3 months to get to his weight goal and to keep us on track. So all in all although it seems expensive I think it is definitely worth it and we have seen it as an investment for our health and mindset. We don’t want to grow old unhealthily:) we really enjoyed the food and the variety and the team at Mordialloc was excellent.

Negative experience: Actually feel ill after first meal. All come frozen; watery and bland. Check out photos on the Facebook review. If you want macros and better quality FRESH meals go somewhere else. Can I please recommend that you have an option to have fresh food and not frozen. My meals have chunks of loose ice in them. For 290 dollars for a week I expect more.

Negative experience: Very expensive food for the quality of meals you get. All meals are very watery, the muffins are so crumbly I had to eat it with a spoon .I'm only in day 2 and regretting it especially because my daughter bought it also who couldn't really afford it. I have messaged them waiting for a reply.

Fantastic experience: I am just finishing my first week on be fit food. I was able to see some results even though I didn't eat all meals in the seven days. I lost 1.2kg. I started the week off sick and was still able to eat the meals i got as they are great portion sizes.The first three days I couldn't eat all three meals a day but enjoyed breakfast and lunch. Soups were great for when I could only eat a little and they are very filling. I didn't order Tuesday as I still had some left but will be placing another order this week. My only suggestion would be to offer more dairy free options for breakfast.

Fantastic experience: BFF has changed my whole life. I'm a shift worker with an autoimmune disease and I've been struggling to eat regular, healthy meals between shifts. The food is super tasty and definitely feels like a home made meal. The fact that they cater so well to veg/vegans is a big plus.

Fantastic experience: I loved this for the convenience and it got results. The food was tasty for diet food and despite the small portions were well balanced to leave me feeling full. Down 2kg in the first week aiming to loose 3 in total, I will continue to order every second week to keep me on track and achieve my goals.

Am not after quick weight loss (breastfeeding) so have been ordering the 1200 be lean program and topping up calories (to maintain milk supply) with food from the allowed list. Have lost 4kgs in 3 weeks and no issues with milk supply. Even hubby has started stealing my meals! Have read comments about issues with water content but have never had this issue myself.

Negative experience: I think people are losing weight on this program because they're deciding to skip their meals altogether. Seriously.... Yuk Healthy, nutritious food is delicious, but this was complete slop! Definitely not worth the money. As someone with a busy schedule, and two children , I was really hoping that this would be more convenient than my usual calorie counting and macros balancing that I would do in my own meal prep... But really all its done is make me dread meal times. Do not recommend!

Negative experience: Wow, I can't actually believe all of the 5 star reviews:/ I was very excited to try the food when it arrived but sadly was left hugely disappointed. The majority of the meals were inedible, specifically egg breakfasts and dinners...I think this maybe because the food is frozen, nevertheless the result was wasted money. On the plus side however, I found soups to be quite tasty and the protein balls were yummy.

Fantastic experience: Be Fit Food has been the best program I have tried to regain my health and be stable at a healthy weight. I lost 16kgs in 4 months and have maintained the weight loss a year after finishing the Be Rapid program. Thank you to Be Fit Food and their staff for being so helpful and supportive to not just me but other people I know who have been successful in achieving their goals - whether it was for weight loss or for health reasons. Negative experience: I found you the meals through an Instagram post and thought why not try it for an easy meal prep whilst I'm juggling two jobs and studies. Some meals are nice others could do with alot more flavour. The Thai green curry was essentially taste less and drown in water so I couldn't eat it. At $10 a meal I'm concerned about the water content as it effect the taste and texture. I've visited the shop x2 as the website was very limited on info so I wanted to talk to someone. First lady was nice helped me out but didn't really give me alot of info about the food. But the time I came back a second time it was only then I found out it puts your slightly in ketosis which would have been good to know on my first try. I also only found out on the second visit I'm not supposed to work out for more than 30 mins which everyday I'm about an hour or more in working out. More options for active people should be available. I had to throw out my breakfast this morning due to the taste and water content being a soup essentially it's supposed to be eggs. Not happy about having to throw expensive food out coz of the water content. Lastly having to pay $215 instead of 184.00 because I wanted to select my meals in the box is really steep considering how expensive the food is. It's also not cost effective when some is swimming in water and it's lost its flavour due to that.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit apprehensive, and did find starting a bit difficult, due to the small portion sizes, but have found that once I got used to the portions, and topped up with vegies, i always feel satisfied. Every meal i have eaten, has been surprisingly delicious, though could probably do without the tiny pieces of broccoli on the side, as i do add my own vegies. Delivery times vary immensely. This morning the package was delivered before 0900 (which was excellent), but same day last week, wasn't dropped off until about 1700, and was left outside the front doors of my apartment building, which (thankfully) some kind resident moved the box to inside the lobby. The meals are quick and convenient, and have found myself losing weight steadily.

Positive experience: As an Events Producer I have very little time to prep my own healthy low-fat meals as I'm always 'on the go' and constantly working - so BFF meals are great tasting and convenient for me to whip out of the freezer & heat up at any time and anywhere. Super easy to take with me when I'm running events on the road.

Fantastic experience: It was great to find a company that caters ready made low calorie food plans for vegetarians. Whilst the price is a little high for my budget, I consider it a short term investment for long term health benefits. Ordering and delivery has been a breeze, and the protein balls are a delicious sweet treat. It would be nice to have some more variety from week to week, but the meals are flavourful and more filling that I anticipated. One improvement that would be helpful is oven reheating instructions for those of us that don't have a microwave at home. Thanks BFF!
