Positive experience: The pathology service lets down this excellent medical clinic. It doesn’t add results to my health record. All of the staff are wonderful, kind and professional including the pathology staff. It’s such a shame and maybe they can fix the issue so pathology results can go into my health record

Negative experience: This practice was recommended to me so I Went there asking for help with an ongoing problem, that other doctors have not helped with and got told to LEAVE because NEW Doctor George did NOT want to help at all told me to go back to the original doctor who wasn't helping at all. All I wanted was a doctor to CARE about my situation and they (SHE) DIDN'T. at all. Will NEVER EVER go back there. Very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend enough. I came to this clinic initially for a second opinion as I felt uncertain with my previous doctor. I will never go anywhere else now. Dr Pamela has been absolutely incredible with me. She pays attention to you and listens with interest to every word. She explains things in detail and I felt so confident in her knowledge. After 4 years of searching I finally found a doctor I trust. She has called me numerous times just to see how I am and has promptly arranged for referral to specialist to help me get the treatment I need. She has been so prompt with calling me with results and I have been so impressed with her enthusiasm to help me. She is also just a really nice person and is lovely to communicate with. You can tell she does her job for the passion to help people. The reception staff at the clinic were also super friendly and accommodating. Thank you SO much Dr Pamela and all the team at the clinic. So glad I found you! 5 stars all round!
