Negative experience: I was emailed another clients test results and personal information.. Extremely disapointed with Dr Siddika - I had a telehealth to get my blood results and I asked for a copy, she said she couldnt email them to me & I physically couldnt leave the house to collect them.. but here I am receiving other clients results?? I also emailed the clinic and they didnt respond. UPDATE: I have emailed 3 times and yet to have receive a response.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this practice for years now. I wanted to make an appointment today (Saturday), the receptionist advised that they now charge for weekends and that it would around $70-$100 to see a Dr. Sadly, I will be changing medical centres.

Negative experience: Very pathetic service from front staff. Charging excessive amount of money. It's just rip off on name of medical centre. I highly recommend to avoid this clinic.

Negative experience: No care as so ever. No apology for the rude careless attitude from the receptionist to the manager and sadly even the doctor

Negative experience: Very rude and blunt wouldn’t help at all. Wouldn’t look at my health record. Wouldn’t prescribe regular medication but would prescribe addictive medication. Avoid if possible.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited to meet the doctors and nurses as an exercise physiologist and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I booked the appointment at 5pm and I was there before the time..doctor was constantly taking walking patients. I do understand they have to take that one as well. But I thought that would be one to one. One with the appointment and one with the walking.. Otherwise what's the point to booked an appointment. Waiting for behind in scheduled different story but not managing and who booked in advance if they have to wait longer then walked in one then what's the point to booked in advance... They have keep arguing for no reasons. I don't know if I am thinking wrong or the system needs to be change.

Negative experience: The doctors there are amazing and i woule give them 5 stars but I don’t know what is up with the receptionists there because everytime I call up I’m placed on hold to the point where I give up and just hang up. I am on the phone currently and it has been ringing for the past 20 minutes and no one has picked up. It’s a major inconvenience for people who work and are unable to go in person and enquire.

Positive experience: I regularly see Dr Cherry here who is very pleasant and thorough. I have been very pleased with the care provided by her at this practice. It is convenient for my family to visit as it is close to home and they allow walk ins for emergency visits. Pathology here is lovely as well. Have been underwhelmed by the care provided by other practitioners here, can be rushed or not taken seriously. Temperature at the practice is overwhelmingly warm too, not sure how staff can stand to be in there all the time.

Fantastic experience: Went in with my husband who had an appointment, I asked if we could get our yearly flu shot while there, it wasn'ta problemand we both receivedour flu shot. So happy we didn't have to go back again.

Negative experience: They called to move my appointment earlier (9am) … got there at 9am only to be told the dietitian is running late. So I wanted to cancel the appointment and go home as I have other appointments to go to. But was told I have to pay a cancellation fee to now cancel ‍♀️ Receptionist is rude and not understanding.

Fantastic experience: Claremont Meadows medical centre has to be hands down the best Medical Centre I have ever been too the doctors there generally care about you and go our of there way to fully investigate your presented illness whether,physical or mental , especially so Dr Sandar Zin and Dr Cherry Mon and as I am not fond of needles Christine the Pathologist who takes bloods ,who is A very friendly person who is an expert at making you so distracted whilst she is taking your blood, you actually don't feel the needle go in

Fantastic experience: Amazing service and great Dr's. Dr Zin and Dr Alisha are both so kind, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. They won't rush you. I like the ability to make an appointment or if needed just walk in a wait. Pathology on site is convenient and other services offered like dietician and podiatrist etc is a bonus.

Negative experience: Not professional, and very slow and expect if you are waiting for a doctor to be waiting hours and you see patients come after you go in and out until they see you.

Fantastic experience: Always have had positive experience here. Communication is great. The doctor we see always goes above and beyond to make my kids comfortable. The facility itself is clean and has multiple doctors on site. Also getting blood tests and vaccinations at the clinic is very convenient too. Overall happy with the doctor we see. One time I saw another doctor at the practice..would rate that experience just 1/5.

Negative experience: The receptionist is rude both in person and over the phone. I booked in for an iron infusion, she told me the cost but nothing more. When I walked in to GP she had no idea why I was there and proceeded to tell me the nurse wasn't there and to book in 2 weeks. When I requested a new date with receptionist she said "oh you thought (giggle)". I had to have time off work to come in and she did not even offer an apology. The doctor was lovely but you need a new receptionist, I will not be returning.

Negative experience: Today I seen one of doctors in this medical center,I booked online appointment prior 1 week but when I visit today than I have to wait for more than 45 minutes for my turn, meanwhile another patient came to see same doctor and mentioned he’s having appointment at 9:30 mine was at 9 but doctor serve him first. When I raised that question why this happened receptionist make a rude reply and mentioned that appointment is just for database it’s doctor’s choice that when she likes to see which patient and put someone on hold till the time doctor like,While replying she’s been so rude and shaking her head like …. Can’t explain. Never expected such service in a medical center where they book appointments for database only .. not to serve patients according there appointment It’s according doctors choice

Fantastic experience: So nice to go to a medical centre where you are treated with dignity and respect and have Drs and Nursing staff that genuinely look after you and don't simply rush you out to churn through the waiting list.

Negative experience: The receptionist is extremely rude over the phone and in person. She got all my details incorrect from day one which resulted in having payment issues with the in-house pathology lab. All of that inconvenience could have been avoided if we just focused for one second and filled in the details correctly on the system. A $20 cancellation fee applies if someone didn't show up for their appointment. So by any chance, if you got caught up in an emergency or with your toddler ( like me ) and you might not be able to commit to the appointment, don't even bother and book here. I saw the doctor couple of times and I'm already leaving a bad review after the third time for all the inconveniences I was put through!! Coming here was just a huge waste of time! Never again.

Negative experience: Saw a GP about few months ago. The receptionist was very unfriendly and impatient, poor customer service. I waited 40 mins even though I had already booked online. Dr SOSE SIDDIKA was very impatient and refused to refer the examination I needed. My specialist also doubted that the examination should have been done beforehand. Do not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Great practice they take bookings, bulk bill and do walk ins. I can highly recommend Dr Siddika as a caring empathetic knowledgeable GP who doesn’t rush her consultations and listens.

Negative experience: This is in regards to Dr Siddika! My son went there with the flu, he had done a rat test, that was negative. He has lung issues due to having pneumonia once and also asthma, she refused to see him, wouldn't even listen to his chest! I have had dealings with other Drs around there and they were good, avoid HER I find her lack of duty of care worrying! Shame on you!

Negative experience: Hopeless medical centre. Pls do not visit this centre Receptionist is racist giving false information about waiting time , calling doctors and putting patients infront whom she knows.

Negative experience: This service has tight budget ,doesn't have budget for mask. I drop my mask and Sunday admin said they cant give one mask and told me may be try iga or bakery may they can give one. This medical centre can compromise patient care but not one mask. disappointment where health is business.

Negative experience: Terrible. He is no different to a GP... I would not recommend him.

Positive experience: Had an 11am appointment. Waited about 45 mins. Pointed out that there was a sign on the window saying new patients got a free flu vaccine. Told the receptionist and the GP this so I didn't have to pay for it. Which was nice. However had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment for just a flu shot. Practice was busy so it was understable.

They use a very easy to navigate app for their appointments that you can use on your phone and their centre is run very well! Every centre I’ve been to usually runs behind on their appointments a bit but I like that the app shows you how many people are ahead of you. A special thanks to Doctor Jasmine for looking after me. Also thanks to the reception staff for being so helpful, clear and kind.

I have been extremely impressed at the care myself and my children receive from the doctors and I highly appreciate the care from the administration staff Ashley. The only downside is often the appointment times have started to fall behind the booked time I have suggested but overall I have been happy.

Negative experience: Was extremely slow. I arrived 10 mins early and checked in for a 10.30am appointment with the nurse. She saw a baby for vaccination then around 10.55 she called in 1 person for covid shot. I checked app and I changed from 3rd in cue to appointment attended. Another 2 people saw nurse for covid shot. I checked with reception about my appointment showing I had already been seen by nurse. I was given a form to complete for flu shot. A man who had a 10.45 appointment was called in to nurse. All the time I was seated directly outside nurse door. Nurse saw me holding form then enquired to my name and I showed her the app with appointment time of 10.30 showing I had attended the appointment. Finally I was called in at 11.20am spoke with Dr then had nurse administer the flu shot. This was extremely slow practice and the app cueing system I believe when your file is opened shows you attended. This had happened to me in the past also with a phone consultation I waited 3.5 hrs as the app changed to appointment attended when it had not been. That occasion I had to ring practice 3 times complaining. Something needs to be done about your cueing of clients and only open file when you are ready to see that client as they get taken off the patient waiting list. This is very frustrating and has wasted valuable time due to this problem.
