Fantastic experience: Have been coming to body for life on and off for years, even since moving 45 minutes north of the river. Always an amazing experience no matter the issue I bring to them. All the therapists are professional, friendly and wonders with their abilities. Elkin has achieved incredible results in only a couple sessions for my postpartum aches, pains & restrictions, making this time so much easier and more enjoyable. Frequently recommend Body for Life to others and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: Today I saw Stanley for a remedial massage and he is a true miracle worker. He has such a large wealth of knowledge about the muscular systems and problems. I left feeling as if a 100 pound weight had been lifted from me. I highly recommend! The reception staff were so welcoming, helpful and lovely. The whole experience was magical from start to finish and I don't say that lightly.

Fantastic experience: Ive been attending chiropractic sessions with Dr Mikayla Ieraci for over a month now, I can honestly say that the pain i have been experiencing in my neck and lower back for 10plus years is finally becoming a distant memory, for the longest time i have dealt with pain where physio and other chiropractics have not been able to treat. Dr Mikayla is hands down the best chiropractor that has ever treated me, she has listened to my issues and got to work right away. She constantly checks in throughout the session and asks if to much or to little pressure is applied. She is very careful with her adjustments, trust me your in great hands with her. The Dry needling she also performs is something i recommend, stubborn trigger points are finally being treated and i feel more relaxed and at ease. Seeing as i work at a computer desk and not able to move around as much as i used to. My neck tends to lock up and cause me some very annoying pain and headaches. Keeping up maintenance on my neck with these sessions is life changing. I highly recommend an appointment with Mikayla to anyone who has been suffering with back and neck pain or any other issues. Fantastic experience: After many many years of seeing multiple physios, chiros, and osteos I took another chance and saw Dr Mikayla from body for life. I am so glad I did because I have finally woken up without neck pain for the first time in years!! Dr Mikayla is so thorough and really wants the best for her patients. She is the queen of dry needling and trigger point therapy! She is so informative and I look forward to my visits!

Fantastic experience: Clean place , relaxing . All professional remedial massage therapist . Also have Chiropractor, Physiotherapist if you need that kind of expertise . All the chiropractors graduated in Murdoch University and they are all ver good Chiropractors . If you are wanting more relaxation and muscle recovery , they have Cocoon ( lying down infrared sauna) , which is soooo good . And for a big group of people wanting a group recovery , they have a group recovery room which can fit 8 people .

Fantastic experience: I first visited Dr. Mikayla Ieraci (Chiropractor) on 9-Sep-2023. I had severe pain in my lower back & I could barely stand straight or walk. She treated me with a lot of empathy, she was extremely well-informed and professional. She gave me clear guidance and medical advice on how to manage the pain & how to recover from the injury. I started following up her advice and since then I have continued to regularly attend follow-up sessions with her. Thanks to her continued care I feel a lot better now. I would highly recommend Dr. Mikayla for any chiropractic treatments.

After the great idea of participating in a marathon I’m in the hurt locker, went in for a Normatech session and then an ice bath! Feels are good 1 day post run. Negative experience: Went there (chiropractor )for lower back pain it all went well until the last visit. I’m now going elsewhere to someone more experienced in there field. I’m not the only one that this has happened too. If your going to charge people your fees please charge accordingly to there experience

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility, amazing equipment, great service. Have had 12 sessions with the wellness cocoon and have experienced significant reduction in inflammation around my injured knee joint. Feel extremely relaxed and refreshed after each session, will definitely be continuing with this treatment.

Negative experience: Wont be back - waste of a $100.00 - 23/07/2022 Average massage - wanted/booked a deep tissue - could only get a very very light massage which basically was to my skin only (supposedly because I take half an aspirin).....and I'm not talking blood thinners, such as warfarin or apixaban.

Fantastic experience: I saw Raquel yesterday and she was absolutely fabulous. This was my 1st massage and I was nervous but knew I needed a deep massage. She put me at ease straight away and communicated to me throughout about how much pressure she would use. I was able to chat to her (or stay silent at the sorer bits!). The receptionist was lovely too, clinic was very welcoming and clean. All in all a fabulous experience, I will definitely be back.

Negative experience: Swindler. Totally lied! You never tell to people know the first visit can’t claim from health insurance even I asked reception and massagist they both answer me can claim from my health insurance. I don’t mind pay more but I can’t accept someone who is lying!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a massage with Jay last night, and it is legitimately the best massage I have ever had. He knew exactly where my problem areas were and I walked out feeling brand new. And had the best sleep in a long time. I couldn't recommend Jay more. This will be a regular appointment for me now!

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend - I was seeing the chiropractor and she’s amazing, shame for the reception staff. I go and as I’m waiting for my appointment I’m having a conversation with my son and all of a sudden we are being to loud? If your main focus is massage then don’t offer other services. Never had a problem until now. If I can’t have a normal conversation with my son while waiting for a appointment then I’ll take my time and money elsewhere.

I have been treated by them at this practice and I leave not only feeling better from my neck pain and headaches but I learn more about my posture and things I can do at home. Fantastic experience: I visited Body for Life recently with a sore back, I had an idea that it maybe because I didn’t stretch enough after exercises this causing muscle stiffness, muscles were so stiff all over. A Remedial massage with dry needling by Leah worked like a treat, very intense but, worth the pain. I am now a member and am going to move forward to take care of my body. I recommend regular massage.

I have been going to Cryrotherapy for over a year and the physical and mental benifets of this treatment for people who are suffering from chronic illnesses is amazing! Going on a weekly basic has drastically improved my sleep and muscle and nerve pain and inflammation.The staff are so wonderful and professional and the happy hour prices and tailored packages are so affordable.
