Fantastic experience: Dr Adil Al-Hobaishi is one of the best GPs we've ever had in Australia. He is very knowledgeable, caring and sweet. Genuinely tries to help and follows up with regards to any issues or concerns. Could not recommend him highly enough. The clinic is also very nice, clean and the staff are very kind.
Negative experience: The worst clinic, especially the receptionist by the name of Annabelle. The reception ladies are very incompetent and rude and I doubt they are educated in this field. Literally had to call them 8 times in 2 days just to get a precription forwarded to the right number. In addition, Annabelle was trying to argue the point that we are providing the wrong number, instead of apologising for hercrepeated incompetence. I am even going to take this further and complain to higher medical authorities to look into this clinic. Meanwhile a sick patient was left without his tablets for 2 whole days!!!
Fantastic experience: Good staff and very good doctor listen all your problem and gave good medical diagnosis.
Fantastic experience: The doctors here are great overall, but the reception staff could be more professional. I noticed that some patients speak in their native language, but the receptionists reply in English, despite knowing the patient’s language. This might make it harder for some patients to fully understand. A little more effort in this area would go a long way!

Negative experience: I would give 0/10 for doctor Ashraq she made her clients wait for more than 40 mins so if you have an app at 2:15 she will be seeing you at 3:30 it’s so bad should be on time imgine if you have something else to do after you need to cancel anything you have after, I would recommend her to be more organised with her app don’t make ppl wait for ages please,she’s very slow slow slow
Negative experience: We had an extremely disappointing experience at Broadmeadows medical centre. Receptionist displayed blatant discriminatory behavior towards people of different racial backgrounds.It is such disappointing to see people behaving like that and lacks humanity.
Negative experience: This is the second time we have tried to make an appointment with this office. We called the day before to receive the walk in details and they office admin told us to come before 1pm & didnt book the appointment.The following day we arrived at 12:30pm & with a baby waiting for 45min already atleast 10patient went there my baby was crying alot i told the receptionist but they didnt care omg poor people no humanity. Highly not recommended.

Negative experience: I was calling the medical centre to check if the doctor was available today. Before I could finish my sentence, the receptionist hung up on me. This behavior is highly disrespectful and unprofessional. The staff needs to be educated on proper phone etiquette. If they do not enjoy their job, they should find one that better suits their attitude.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Rafid Hamdan for the last 18 years. Myself and my kids come to this practice and I could never imagine myself seeing another doctor. His always supported us and always made us feel that we are in good hands. Highly recommend!!!
Negative experience: That receptionist was just awful, didn't even let me get a word in when I was trying to ask something. I mean, why hire someone who clearly can't deal with people in a respectful and caring way? Seriously disappointed, and I'm not alone – tons of reviews mention the same issue. Negative experience: Based on the amount of negative reviews about the reception, this medical centre needs to hire good receptionists. The receptionist that I was talking to on the phone was very rude and lacked empathy.
Negative experience: Horrible, horrible receptionist who lacked empathy and did not even let me finish my sentence when I tried asking a question. I don't know why a business would even hire someone who doesn't have the necessary skills and personality to deal with patients in a respectful and empathetic manner. Beyond disappointed, and I'm not the only one who thinks this, as there are countless reviews by people who have complained this issue. The fact that this is going unheard by this centre, shows me how little this centre cares about patients.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr Adil at Broadmeadows medical centre and I highly recommend any patients to see. Great service and care with the patients. Also, the girl on the reception was very organised and she helped me very quick on my paperwork. I would definitely give five star for both Dr Adil and the reception girl which I can’t recall her name.
Negative experience: Called the clinic as I needed paperwork signed by a doctor and let the receptionist know I’ve tested positive for COVID-19. Receptionist said come in for an appointment with Dr Adil Al- Hobaish as he is the only one who can do the paperwork. The receptionist made no mention of any COVID-19 protocols I needed to follow when I come for my appointment. I came for my appointment the next day, checked in, and went into the doctor’s office. Let him know I tested positive for COVID-19 and needed my paperwork signed. Doctor Al- Hobaish immediately kicked me out of the clinic, asking me to leave the building and go sit in my car. He blamed me for coming inside the clinic and told me I should have made reception aware. I was shocked by the unprofessionalism. I told him the receptionists at your clinic did not mention anything about such protocols as sitting in the car, neither did the clinic have any posters with such information. I was blamed for making an online booking and showing up in front of all other patients in the waiting area. I in fact told reception the day before about my diagnosis and was simply doing as she told me. The doctor continued to be rude and unprofessional, as he asked about my symptoms in the parking lot. He said he will give me my paperwork in my car, without even asking me which car was mine. In addition, the doctor made no effort to social distance and kept standing right next to me. The way I was treated was absolutely horrible. I am in no way trying to purposely spread this disease. If I were told the correct instructions from the start, I would have followed them. This clinic needs to take some ownership for their actions and have consistency between information about protocol amongst the staff.

Negative experience: Card tap machine broken. Well well well. I was there two years ago and the story was same. Plus charging way over then the government’s recommended fee but it’s okay because it’s a private clinic we as customers should not be getting sick or just avoid booking here. Disgusting behaviour. Just a recommendation to management please write on your HOTDOC page that we are accepting cash only so “patients please go to atm first before seeing doctor” and don’t book us via HOTDOC
Negative experience: I have no problem with the doctors, they are very good at their jobs but I’ll definitely be leaving this review for the receptionists. The receptionists are so rude and they need to work on their communication skills. Literally every time I call them I feel like almost having a stroke because of their bad customer reception, poor customer service, their long phone wait especially when you have an child who is not even a year old that this suffering from a severe high temperature and they have the audacity to hang up on you after putting you on hold. Negative experience: The resection person is very rude and the I had phone appointment at morning and my fill was so bad the doctor until 6 pm didn’t call me and when I called medical the girls was rude .
Negative experience: The receptionist are so bad and so unprofessional and they disclose patients information. They used my contact details for someone else and I have been receiving all the text messages about their health and I have called and told them that this person is not me, they said will fix it without even the apologies and hang up the phone. After few weeks I receive a call form a doctor taking me through some test and it wasn’t even for me it was for the person who they used my contacts for. Like seriously is it this easy to use someone else’s information while it should never be exposed to other people? Be more professional please this is health not a game.
Negative experience: The famale doctor here is very rude she yelled at me asked if I could read in a rude tone then was rude to me all because I parked disabled scooter in a parking spot but she wanted to drive down the ally side of the building keep in mind there was room for her to do that. I even said sorry but she kept talking down to me. Have reported her hcc hope her license get taken.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Dr Adil Al-Hobaish and he was friendly and professional. One of the better doctors I've seen for a while and giving detailed answers. Definitely happy with his consultation and he was very helpful. This clinic also does bulk billing.
Negative experience: So bad i took my 7 month old baby having trouble breathing the reception refused to let me see a doctor for him after i told her the hospital told me he need to see a doctor

Negative experience: Very bad experience with them. Book flu vaccination online for my family and kids 1 week in advance. 30 mins before the vacination time they called that they cant do the vaccination why on earth you can inform ahead. Very very poor management.

They lacked sympathy and empathy towards the patient. Mona had no remorse in turning away a patient. It’s unfortunate how unprofessional and unethical this clinic is. They lack medical core values.

Negative experience: Terrible communication with reception staff. Went for a Saturday appointment and was advised out of pocket cost was $90 as it was weekend. Suggested I book on Monday the 26th so I don’t have extra out of pocket costs. Went to see the doctor on the 26th and was told again $90 out of pocket costs as it’s public holiday. No cooperation or communication. The receptionist are irresponsible and blames their faults on each other.

Negative experience: Dr. Thair, a piece of advice from me to you: treat people with respect and not hastily. Don't treat people as mere numbers for profit. You don't listen to the patient well and don't give them the chance to talk, as if you're trying to dismiss them as quickly as possible. Additionally, those who draw blood for tests fill all six vials completely, even causing the patient to lose consciousness. People should be treated well, not randomly.
Negative experience: I respect what they do for the community but I need to adress issues so maybe it becomes better place for all. I had a very painful ear ache after consultation he gave me ear drop and antibiotics. I asked him shouldn’t we clean because I believe it’s full of infection he said it’s not necessary. Then the pain became worse so I went to Eye and ear hospital nurse checked first and said ear drop doesn’t work if you don’t clean the infection. It is very bad experience for me. I hope they can do better for future consultations.

Negative experience: Just spoken with receptionist. Worst receptionist ever. Was very very rude. Asked politely how long nurse would take and receptionist yell saying I had been asking every 5 minute when that was the first time I asked for. I don't think that receptionist wasn't well trained enough or knows how to work and I am super unhappy with the treat I got right now.

The booking system online was easy to use and great that there was available appointments right away. I will happily recommend this practice for standard consultations. Positive experience: A bit dissapointed that people in the waiting room weren’t wearing masks (aside from over their chins) and some staff weren’t wearing them correctly. Not a good precedent to set considering current circumstances... Otherwise staff were nice enough and the vax was fast and easy.
Positive experience: A good bulk-billed clinic in the area. Reception staff were busy fielding phone calls and checking people in but also friendly and efficient. Dr Adil was very nice and professional, he listened to my concerns and was helpful with his explanation of how to treat my condition.

Negative experience: Hi everyone this is my worst experience first time in Australia. I never seen in any medical Center only where acceptable cash. I went there for collecting my blood results for pregnancy and she asked me you have to pay $50 cash for collecting the results. And even i didn’t see doctor for results still she asking me that we accept only cash. She give me idea you can go to the nearest bank for cash then come back… really we already driven for 30 minutes to come here…… for own results we have pay… Definitely worst experience never ever see like this medical Center in whole Melbourne. Soo upset how they deal with patients…..
