Fantastic experience: I can confidently say having been in the medical industry for over 25 years that Dr Nick Titheridge was one of the best GPs I’ve gone to or have come across professionally during this time. He never made you feel like he was rushing. He was extremely knowledgeable and Able to articulate international best practice information. He was thoughtful and very efficient and showed that he actually gave a damn which so many GPs in this world do not very well demonstrate. I highly recommend and have no hesitation to see him again and in fact will likely change from my previous GP. Keep up the good work, Nick. You were brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Been a patient of Dr. Kieran for some time now and could not fault the man. As an LGBTQ+ male he is an excellent healthcare professional for any specific needs in that area, but really think he would be perfect for anyone. He’s attentive, responds to any correspondence he receives (ie. requesting you to book an appointment) and is incredibly reasonable and mindful of his time and the support he gives me. He’s always been super transparent around when he’s doing on holidays and making sure we have things in place if needed and provides reasonable and collaborative lines of communication around ongoing matters. So lucky to have him as my GP.

Negative experience: Of all the GPs of seen this was so disappointing and exorbitantly expensive Reception staff were lovely however during my appointment I was not asked about my symptoms or concerns. Blood pressure and other basic tests were not done. I felt judged and disapproved throughout There was no seek to understand my views or knowledge and I was not asked how I’d like to approach my medical journey. I was schooled through an online document I could have googled myself. It felt like a checklist of items to get through, rather than any care or interest in my well-being or desires. I left and immediately booked in somewhere else to get and care and support I need. If you’re happy with cookie cutter/ baseline approach then great, but if you’re after any more than that I’d look elsewhere. For a clinic charging double the price of other places, I’d suggest to save your money

Fantastic experience: Hoping they keep bulk billing (for some practitioners). I first found next practice through their bulk billing incentives trial for healthcare card holders, and will continue to go as long as they continue the trial. I switched from Prahran east medical and referred all of my family and friends here!

Dr. Marcus Chen's professional knowledge made me feel confident and reassured. Nurse Kiki provided tremendous assistance with my child's vaccinations. I also had a microneedling treatment here, and Sheri was patient and meticulous, explaining the pre- and post-treatment care step by step. We have decided to make this clinic our family's go-to for future medical needs.

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed as a new patient of Next Practice Prahran- from the reception staff, the amazing, thorough, professional and caring doctors to the warm, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere within the clinic. Fantastic experience: I visited Next Practice for the first time today. After attending the same clinic for over 16 years, and becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the level of care, I decided it was time for a change. My experience at Next Practice was positive in every way. It was the first time I have felt ‘seen’ and ‘listened to’ by a GP in years. I was impressed by Dr Kieran and his level of understanding and his genuine interest in past and present medical conditions. The reception staff are welcoming and friendly and the clinic is clean and nicely decorated. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. I wish I’d made the move sooner.

Negative experience: I had to contact this GP practice 3 times to ask them to chase lab results for me. I wasn’t advised of extra costs to Melbourne Pathology and got an invoice in the post. Would have been useful to know! Really poor service, will not be going back and would not recommend.

The reception girls were so lovely and personal, the clinic is very Zen and feels very relaxing.Dr Kieran is so friendly and he went over and above that showed me a new level of sevice that was lacking with my previous doctor. I highly recommend next practice and Dr Kieran, everything was seamless and well explained, also I was able to book an appointment that suited me and parking was very easy .Thankyou so much for making me feel at ease and for the top level of care at a much more affordable price. I even had to pop back an hour later because I forgot to ask a question in the initial consult and he was more than happy to assist.
