Firstly, the receptionists are super lovely and friendly , the physiotherapist I have seen, Laki is very professional and thorough with my initial consultation and further appointments. The chiropractor I have seen Dr John is equally as professional and I highly recommend him also, I especially love his cheerful nature, always smiling face that for a moment has me forgetting my discomfort. Very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Soaring Health Thomastown for 6 months after trying several Physiotherapists. The staff are extremely helpful, kind and courteous especially Tanya and Nadine the CAAs. My Physiotherapist is Rejena whom I have been seeing prior and post my Total Knee Replacement. Rejena has been extremely caring, kind and the most efficient Physiotherapist I have met. Under Rejenas guidance and exercise / Hydrotherapy program my knee is getting stronger. She encourages me and really cares about my well-being and holistic health. I would be happy to really recommend this practice ☺️

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Prices on the front door stated $88 dollars for a session to then be charged $194 dollars for approximately a 30 minute session. Extremely misleading and false advertisement of pricing.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Haley in their Thomastown clinic for last few months to manage my post surgery pain and rehabilitation. Haley made a clear and easy rehab/recovery plan that has helped me in this long recovery journey. Haley is extremely professional and very creative who is also extremely innovative physiotherapist with extensive knowledge. Haley has been working with me to improve my strength and endurance. She has also provided me with great exercises with very clear instructions. The staffs at the clinic are very accommodating and helpful. I could not be happier with the assistance. Fantastic experience: My partner and I have been seeing Dr John since mid pandemic. Other than enjoying the treatment, Dr John always makes for a pleasant experience. He is very personable and always remembers past conversations. Makes you feel like your dealing with a friend. All the reception staff are always cheery and friendly on arrival and after a few visits greet you by name. I would 100% recommend booking here.

I have been seeing Haley (physiotherapist) and my injury is only getting better and better. I feel more confident that I will return to my previous ability.

Fantastic experience: These 5* are for pretty much Dr John alone. He is amazing. I’ve been to many many chiropractors and osteopaths but none have been as quality as Dr John. For the staff other then Dr John and a select few 0 stars wouldn’t be low enough. If you are looking for an amazing chiropractor then I would recommend looking no further then Dr John, as for the other services apart from physiotherapy I would search around and spend my money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. John from Soaring Health Thomastown to anyone looking for an amazing chiropractor ! When I first walked into his office a few months ago I was suffering with aches and pains that had accumulated from over the years. I suffered from sciatica, slipped disc, shoulder injuries from rugby, I had muscles spasms on my whole back and I literally felt broken. It was hard to physically get up out of bed, walking every day was a chore I couldn’t even last walking a full day at my job even though I had to. I would come home grumpy, miserable, you name it I was in a lot of pain. That changed as soon as I went into his clinic and met Dr John, it was the best experience and life changing. He was able to target every issue i had and I felt instant relief from just after the 1st session! After a few more sessions I have never felt better! My back in now aligned after all these years and it has truly changed mine and my family’s life. He has been the best thing that has happened to me in a long time, better than any doctor or pain relief medication. Thank you Dr John for all the help you have given me, for being an amazing person to talk to, with a big heart, I am truly grateful to have met you at the most perfect time in my life. You are now a great friend to me and I will continue seeing you and your clinic for years to come. The staff is also so friendly and the whole experience is worth it! Before I begun my journey, I had many difficulties with performing manual tasks due to my back pain and my back’s deviation. Fantastic experience: Oh gosh, where do I begin!! I met Dr.John at a different clinic and the moment he left that clinic I left too, because he is JUST THAT GOOD! I had back issues due to a car accident a few years ago and my job doesn't help because its physical labor. When I first saw Dr.John, I honestly had no hope in feeling normal, going for walks without pain and just living my best life, i was always crying at night because it felt like there was a knife in my back constantly...but THANK GOD, that has all changed since seeing Dr.John. I use to have appointments so often but as I continued and managed it, I now only have to see him when I see my body forming its bad habits again with posture and so forth. My neck, my shoulders and lower back were in constant pain, and thanks to him that is something I dont have to deal with. Yesterday, I also had an emergency appointment because my jaw locked and I couldn't open it to eat without pain...so he fit me in to his last spot available...I couldn't believe the difference he made in JUST ONE APPOINTMENT.i always walk in frowning and out of that office smiling and feeling amazing... I could go to other chiropractors, but I keep going back to him because I know he actually cares for his patients, he remembers the little details and always makes sure to ask how your doing.HE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!! THANKS DR JOHN <3 As for the Team at soaring health, super friendly staff, the energy is so positive and lively, super clean!!! and they add little details like water, coffee, mentos etc , to make it that much more welcoming. If your on the fence...book and I promise you wont regret it. I tell anyone and everyone about it. IT is soooo worth the 30-40 minute drive.

Fantastic experience: I have been a very satisfied client of Dr Marco and his team of health professionals for over 12 months now, and have absolutely no plans of going elsewhere. I have sustained multiple spinal injuries and suffered debilitating migraines for years and have visited many chiropractors over the years in an attempt to get the relief and comfort I so desperately needed. I was honestly about to give up entirely before I tried Soaring Health. I confidently recommend this practice to anyone who suffers with muscular and spinal discomfort and/or migraines or who is just wanting to improve/maintain their health. If there were 10/5 stars this practice would get it!

Fantastic experience: Having done placement for approximately 3 weeks and being able to observe these guys day in and out I would highly recommend them. The custom service is great, always welcomed with a smile and offered a coffee or tea upon arrival. I’d spent a large majority of my time observing Nav the physio and i cannot recommend him enough, the man is very good at what he does, so much so that I have just booked in to see him.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service, so friendly and calm. I was anxious while waiting for the myotherapist, but the chatty receptionist kept me calm with her questions. The myotherapist herself was so friendly and caring, and eager to fix my calves. Although the acupuncture hurt a lot, it was very nice to receive a call (tho i missed it) to check up on how I was doing. Only negative is I find the website booking hard to use, but I just rang up and booked and that was easy peasy
