Not only is Sharon a wealth of knowledge when it comes to breastfeeding, she is also a kind and gentle woman who has shown me such patience and support when I really needed it. Sharon has helped me fix months of pain and damage by such simple tweaks, that if I hadn’t of visited I would never had known I was doing ‘wrong’. She immediately listened to my concerns and took action to help me. If you’re a new mum or a seasoned mum, I HIGHLY recommend you book a visit with Sharon. Breastfeeding isn’t easy. Fantastic experience: Having lived in chronic pain since my hip replacement in 2010, and last week, the pain became unbearable. Saw a Physio, GP, and told to see Embrace Life. Managed to get in Saturday and was seen by a lovely lady. Her checking on me said I would like to see films before I work on you. Said was my hip not my back. Roll on 2 days visit to Prince Charles hospital, I've a broken hip replacement rod. A big thanks for recognising that the issue was greater than making a buck of someone. Highly recommended

After experiencing significant challenges attempting to breastfeed my newborn after being discharged from hospital and having been given lots of misinformation, I thought my breastfeeding journey was over before it had a chance to begin. Sharon completely turned things around and not only got my baby breastfeeding, but provided me with a compassionate and gentle bedside manner when I was feeling very vulnerable and distraught. In addition to this, Sharon was available for me to message after my initial appointment to provide further assistance and reassurance - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Sharon - I am so grateful.

Dr Jana Kyte is our Chiropractor who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I feel sooo much better after we see her. Fantastic experience: Tony is the kindest most amazing remedial massage therapist. He knew exactly how to fix the soreness in my neck, he was really friendly and helpful and it’s the best remedial massage I’ve ever had.

His knowledge, the respect, and just how he conducted him self was beyond professional. It was the first massage I had from a male and I was abit hesitant at first but he made me feel very comfortable and safe. Fantastic experience: Went in for a pregnancy massage was feeling very stressed being 40+3 weeks pregnant and needed to relax and that night my waters broke and I got my VBAC don’t know if it was the massage or perfect timing but it’s was amazing will definitely be back for a postpartum visit

She is also absolutely lovely, incredibly knowledgeable, and has a way of making you feel at ease instantly. The drop in child health clinic with Sophie is amazing as well, and the two work so well together. I went from feeling hopeless to feeling incredibly supported and successful. The massage consultant constantly checked to make sure I was getting what I wanted to achieve out of the appointment and their Chiropractors are heaven sent! Fantastic experience: I’d like to say a massive thank you to Tony for I have been in sheer pain for awhile now and through this period have had numerous opinions from others ranging from you need new glasses to your just getting old , but when I met Tony this had all changed my perspective on things . Not only was he so welcoming but he was also that person that made you feel that he really did care about you and what you are going through and that he was listening to everything you said . In this decade it is hard to find a genuine person that does this and follows exactly what you have mentioned and gives impressive service with professionalism to then give you the end result your looking for . I walked in broken to the point I struggled to just give my baby girl a cuddle , I managed but was in sheer agony for I didn’t want to disappoint her , to now walking out a fixed man with clarity, peace , focus last but not the least more love for I feel loved if that makes any sense . Once again to all see Tony for he is just not another physio for he has walked the walk ( he has had the injuries ) therefore he knows exactly how to treat then manage . Thanks Tony for getting my life back on track . Peace

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to embrace life for my chiropractic care for years now, first seeing Fiona and now seeing Caireen, I’ve had a great experience with both. The reason for my review is I’ve been seeing Dr Fernanda Thomaz one of the naturopaths for stomach issues, she diagnosed me almost within the first session and after two months of treatment I am on my way to being a new person with my health and my body has transformed so fast and I cannot thank her enough, I highly highly recommend seeing her!

Fantastic experience: I won a massage voucher from the Teddy Bears Picnic at John Oxley Reserve and came in the evening the week before last for a beautiful hot stone massage with Paulina. It was so relaxing and felt amazing. Highly recommend and I can't wait to return for another!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Sharon highly enough! I first met her when my son was 8 weeks old after seeing 2 previous lactation consultants! Their techniques worked for a couple of weeks and then I was back to excruciating pain. Sharon saved my breastfeeding journey! Next weekend my son will be 5 months old and I am finally completely pain free (have been for a month or so now). It was a long road to work through lots of precious nipple trauma but Sharon was happy to answer my multiple questions and give feedback on positioning whenever I needed it. If you’re struggling with breastfeeding and need help do yourself a favour and visit Sharon before quitting. She is a lifesaver!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing, best remedial massage I've ever gotten, Melinda has magical hands and could immediately tell old injuries that's are still impacting my body (without xrays), I walked out of there feeling 10 times lighter and being able to lift my left leg - something that I had gotten so used to that I did not know needed fixing. I highly recommend Embrace to anyone - with previous injuries or if you're looking for something relaxing. I would give you more than 5 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Recently had a remedial with Melinda Roe, absolutely brilliant, from the moment I stepped into Melinda’s work space, I felt relaxed, after a couple of weeks of extra long hours in front of my computer for work, my shoulders and back were super stiff, Melinda released all my tension and knots without make me feel like a piece of dough, the whole experience was super relaxing and she even did some jaw work to help with my sinus. Left feeling super zen and will be rebooking with Melinda for all my future appointments - 5 Stars

Positive experience: Almost wish I could leave two separate reviews. I would be saying five stars for the amazing massages. The staff that worked with me were absolutely wonderful and I had such an amazing experience. But then the experience ended on a sour note at the end due to admin staff, so I feel like giving a one star! I’ve settled for somewhere in the middle (3 stars) to try and be as fair as I can. In regards to the one star part, I was very upset at being blamed for an admin error. I made an initial phone call, provided my voucher details and had the three separate bookings made by whoever was on reception that day. I did a few reschedules over the months due to pregnancy reasons, but other than that, I just showed up each time for my massages and left. But the final time, I received numerous phone calls asking why I hadn’t paid. I had to then spend 15 minutes on the phone explaining that an admin error had been made and that I wasn’t trying to not pay. I was made to feel awful. I had to extensively argue not to be charged, when no error was made on my part. I don’t take issue with the reception staff, who have been nothing but polite during my visits and during the initial phone call. But the senior receptionist was the one who kept demanding I pay and then was quite rude on the phone. There were no apologies on their behalf. They finally gave in and said that I didn’t have to pay in the end. I can’t believe that I had to argue in order to not pay, when it was their error! A really disappointing experience! The error was entirely theirs and if they had profusely apologized, I wouldn’t be leaving a negative review. I hung up the phone nearly in tears feeling like I was made to be a liar. I’m a good person and I follow the rules, and it’s such a sickening feeling to be accused of something you haven’t done and have to spend 15 minutes on the phone justifying someone else’s mistake and explaining things. Errors happen, I wouldn’t have taken any issue with it if the senior receptionist had been polite on the phone or considered apologizing. Such terrible customer service! Such a shame because the massage staff were absolutely amazing and I’d otherwise really enjoyed the experience. Now I will never be going back. And that is really sad because it’s really only the actions of one person, and the rest of the establishment was amazing :( Edited to add - I do appreciate the kind apology phone called I was given the next day from the owner. Was given a free lactation consultation as an apology and the LC was really nice.

Could not recommend her more for the assistance she has provided us. Embrace life have been wonderful with communicating and assisting us with appointments when they became available so we could get my daughter in sooner.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Embrace life since they first opened and have used many of their services including massage, Physio, workshops and reflexology over the years. I’ve always found everyone (Therapists and Counter staff) to be helpful, informative and friendly. I also referred my daughter to Sharon, their child health nurse who put my daughter at ease with her new baby and the information and ongoing assistance was invaluable. Embrace life have always provided a consistently good service and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin. Everytime I walk into embrace life I feel so happy and relaxed with the warm welcome from the beautiful staff. The staff welcome me by my name everytime which makes me feel like I'm not just a number to them. The Doctor who I see is Dr Tim Wu. He is a very down to earth professional gentleman who made me feel at easy from my first appointment. A few weeks ago I was having alot of trouble standing on my right leg, Dr. Wu took his time and made some adjustments on my body, I've been seeing him a every few weeks and I honestly feel like a million $. So happy that I no longer feel like a dead Kangaroo when I wake up in the morning I'm overall very happy ywith my experience with Dr Tim Wu his work has significantly improved my quality of life.

They are personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They work with my newborn and myself. My now 10 week old son has had multiple sessions over the last 4 weeks and his pain has reduced and neck and and head movement has increased. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
