Positive experience: My first appointment (foot fracture) with Johnson was really helpful & appreciate the support. He wanted me to book twice a week which I understand is ideal but I outlined more than once that I could not commit to twice a week and felt really pressured by subsequent email, phone and text messages to stick to twice a week so I cancelled and booked elsewhere - I’m not pressured there and the care is just as great. Johnson also wrote a long letter to my doctor explaining that I had cancelled all the sessions which I appreciated because I could explain to her how I felt pressured to book in more than I was capable of. It’s important to make sure clients feel empowered to make their OWN choices. While it might be great to fill in your books as a business and provide the best care - you shouldn’t make clients feel dependent on you & pressure them to commit to more than they can, especially with the cost of living pressures.

Fantastic experience: I had the best outcome with Aryan and a nagging shoulder injury. He gave me exercises to strengthen the weaker muscles causing the issue. Over my past 4 week treatment plan, these exercises were adapted and updated as the shoulder improved. I highly recommend Aryan and the team at Essential Health Physio!

Fantastic experience: The team at essential physiotherapy are fantastic. Their help has been invaluable. I began my journey struggling to complete daily activities and on constant doses of pain meds. Now only 5 weeks later I am off the meds, I can function again and I am also starting to get back into the activities I used to enjoy. Aryan therapy is great he is comfortable to speak with and thorough with his examination and goal setting. He worked out a tailored plan to help me regain my mobility. Props also to Gina for a friendly face to greet me at every session and lovely service. In practice, all the time I tell patients 'find a GOOD, reliable physio' if you have pain and mobility issues. This experience has made that all the more clear. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for your wonderful work.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best care from Essential Health Physiotherapy. After 1 week post knee replacement surgery I felt l wasn't coping well at all emotionally because of the pain and didn't think I was doing exercises as instructed by hospital physio. My call to Essential Health was answered and within an hour Jeffrey from the clinic came to my home and helped me immensely. I'm now at week 3 post surgery still good days and bad but a big THANK YOU to Jeffrey who is always encouraging me to keep positive and get me back on track with exercises. His is very knowledgeable and such a gentleman. Thank you also to the lovely ladies at reception.

His caring, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable approach gave me the confidence to tackle another chronic issue and see the dietician, Clara, who was similarly friendly and able to share practical and easy to follow advice. The reminder texts for appointments and amazing admin team (Gina is lovely!) make the whole experience positive and motivating.
