Fantastic experience: Every doctor I've seen there have been very caring, thorough and knowledgeable. Very good with my kids as well. You don't feel rushed out the door. Very positive experience.

Dr Dusan & Dr Vasudevan, have treated me with utmost care, listening to me, giving me suggestions, and most importantly calling me if plan of care required a change. These Dr’s are empathetic and focussed on me getting the best outcomes. I have never felt forced to accept a treatment plan without being well informed. Fantastic experience: My son was rushed in the Sydenham Clinic Last Sunday with a serious head injury due to falling off a swing. I must say the level of care that was provided was absolutely above and beyond Kelly The Receptionist that was on duty and Dr Pranav Sharma i can not highly recommend enough they both were so compassionate and provided the upmost care for my son and us as frantic parents up until the ambulance arrived. Thank-you so much to the wonderfull Practice manager and staff.

Negative experience: Just spent almost two hours waiting to get a vaccine. Wait times here are extremely unnecessary and unreasonable.

Fantastic experience: We would like to extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude to Medical One - Sydenham for all their help and amazing patient support when we came in as an emergency with my husband after he went into anaphylactic shock from being stung by a swarm of bees. A huge thank you to Christina for her help and support and calling the ambulance for us. She’s an absolute gem! Thank you to everyone that helped us in such a frightening time.

Fantastic experience: We have seen 2 Doctors here, Dr Pete and Dr James. They are both nice Doctors. Down to earth and not up themselves. Makes a difference when you are there for personal health reasons for you and your family. Reception staff are nice too, no issues.

Although I have predominantly worked with Dr. Michael Hocking, whom I highly recommend, I have seen other Doctors in the practice and they have all been great. I feel heard, my concerns are taken seriously and addressed. I feel that my overall health is well looked after. The Medical Receptionist’s are always kind, considerate and accomodating. Their online booking system allows me to book in appointments at a time that is convenient to my busy life and having The Sydenham Pharmacy and Melbourne Pathology in the same building creates an environment centred on efficiency for their clients needs and busy lives. I highly recommend Medical One, Sydenham location, for a respectable and patient focused general practitioner team.

Fantastic experience: I have had a couple of instances with my children of requiring urgent doctor assistance. The staff at medical one are brilliant to deal with. From the reception staff who immediately took us to a quiet room for my son to rest. To the nursing staff who quickly attended to us and engaged with my son to keep him calm while getting his vitals before finding us a doctor to attend. To the doctor who attended us and with kindness and patience made the time for us, treated my son and gave us the advice and information we needed. Thank you so much

Negative experience: Since increasing fees, it is not financially feasible to go with 3 children, and needing referrals, immunisation, and medical certificates. Nice enough practitioners, but there are many others in the local area who can provide the same level of care and support.

Medical receptionists are far more customer service focused than the Taylors Lakes receptionists. The receptionists look as though they want to be there. Special mention to Kelly. Your service is amazing and its people like you whom have confirmed my transfer of my files to Medical One Sydenham as being the right decision. Thank you.

I have received vaccinations & vitamin shots by the nursing team & been seen by various doctors when my usual doctor is away & have been very happy. They even have doctors that can help with “alternative” pain managment treatments.

The clinic is good for all age groups, Also very convenient having Melbourne Pathology across the hall, A chemist and other facilities in the building. This will be the clinic my family and I will be going to from now on.

Negative experience: I seen dr parvoo a few times his first interested isn't the patient it's in the person I'm with at the time my mental health hasn't been good since getting a feeding tube to which he fogged off hens I don't look depressed depression isn't always visible

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this Clinic for 15 years plus I have found that all the Receptionists I have dealt with over all these years have been very courteous helpful and caring as well as all the Doctors. I have recently come out of hospital and needed to come to the surgery to see the Doctor who was very understanding and caring. Tanya the Receptionist could not have done enough for me she was compassionate and thoughtful and just today her help was invaluable as I have Covid and needed her help. I believe these ladies do not get enough thanks even through Covid they were all fantastic they go above and beyond our expectations and I put that down to their wonderful Practice Manager Leeanne who I have also dealt with on numerous occasions. Well done ladies you all deserve accolades plus.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Hansa this week with a very bad case of the flu. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and caring. I loved that her style of management was to listen to my concerns and come to a conclusion together. I’ll be definitely back to see her as my regular GP.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Medical One, Sydenham for a number of years not only for its convenience with the pharmacy and Melbourne Pathology in the same building, but also for the professional staff and doctors that work there. The reception staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. The nurses are caring and the doctors are thorough. My entire family, from my elderly parents to my adult children, also attend the clinic for all their needs. We have never had a reason to search elsewhere.
