She has always given her time generously during my appointments.There is also a podiatrist and dietician at the practice. Jill removed a cancerous legion on my shoulder, including the usual pre and post sample tests. I can barely see the scar. I didn’t have to see a dermatologist as Jill is a specialist in this area., the procedure was bulk billed. A surgeon and an Emergency doctor and now a GP. What a find in Hornsby!

Entire procedure was well done and it surprised me how quick and painless it was, I actually was able to lie down and read a book while it was taking place. Could not recommend enough.

Negative experience: I really wanted to give 5 stars for my first visit to get first covid jab People were lovely : doctor was great manner and explained everything ; calmly answered my question and gave me the jab without pain later and no side effects Receptionist was ( generally) a lovely caring professional organiser BUT.... I brought my mask and sanitiser A patient waited without a mask and wasn’t asked to wear one No QR Codes mentioned No sanitiser offered We have a virus spreading and a deadly variant and this is a medical practice !

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to this clinic after booking an appointment for my first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine. The experience was excellent from the moment I arrived. The gentleman at reception was welcoming and although I was a new patient just there to have the vaccination, Dr Jill Zhang made me feel comfortable and was keen to have an understanding of my general health before giving me the vaccination. She is highly professional and has an excellent manner.

Fantastic experience: Obtained my COVID shot here on 10th May as my local GP was not offering this service. Very professional reception and charming Doctor who explained all issues and risks in detail, gave a pain free injection and looked after my wife and I.

They were extremely helpful and friendly, asked all the right questions, and professionally provided the injections along with the necessary follow up paperwork and information. An appointment has been made for the second injection. A very positive experience.
