Negative experience: While the receptionists at this clinic are absolutely lovely, understanding, and clear with their instructions, it’s unfortunate that they often bear the brunt of patient frustration caused by other issues. Appointments consistently run 30 minutes to an hour late (if not longer), with no acknowledgment or consideration for those taking time off work for medical care. Dr Nandi, in particular, struggles with time management and could improve their approach to patient etiquette. These problems overshadow the excellent service provided by the reception staff and need to be addressed to improve overall patient experience.

Fantastic experience: Went from GP visit to Blood tests within 35mins. Can't fault, also clean and really friendly staff

Positive experience: I’ve been going to the clinic for many years and although there’s been many changes with doctors and decorations, I’ve always experienced friendly and helpful service.

Negative experience: Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Md Muzammel Haque, and unfortunately, it was not the best experience. I found his manner to be rude, which left me quite disappointed. The appointment itself lasted only about a minute, and I was frustrated that it couldn’t be done via telehealth, which would have saved me the 40-minute drive. On a positive note, the reception girl was very nice, and the person I spoke with over the phone was polite and answered all my questions clearly. - J

Positive experience: Today's visit was at first unusual, I was informed by the receptionist that the G.P. was running late, I was give a choice of leaving and she would call me, I chose to wait. The Doctor I saw gave me clear advise and options. Normally the wait is not very long.

Fantastic experience: Thank God I found Revita… Seriously…I’ve switched medical clinics quite a few times over the years trying to find a bulk - bill practice that has doctors who actually care about my concerns rather than rushing me through appointments and talking over me. I’ve always felt like the GPs I saw hated their jobs and didn’t even want to help me or listen to me, or explain anything, or do the tests I wanted. So far the two female doctors that I’ve seen since my first appointment here at Revita a couple weeks ago have been so lovely and today, her name was Dr. Kazi I believe…she took the time to explain to me thoroughly what my blood test results meant and what normal levels are, etc, difference between certain things, what I can do about it. Other doctors in the past didn’t even take even such BASIC care of me. The way she speaks is with much kindness too, very calming and caring. Even both the girls at the reception desk that I’ve seen so far are so lovely rather than cold and blunt at other places. Thanks so much guys, I love this place I used to hate going to the doctors.

Negative experience: Its a nice clinic, wonderful doctors but the reception. They avoid calls. You will be on hold that they intentionally put you on to avoid taking any calls. The management should review this.

I had some pretty shocking health news recently and Dr Millington went out of her way to help me the best she could, and even called me later to follow up to see how I was going after the news. You cant buy this type of help, these Doctors genuinely care about you. I am writing this in tears as I have never had anyone outside my family be so kind and supportive to me, ever. Dr Haque may have saved my life, and Dr Millington saved me from a nervous breakdown. Thank you Dr Haque and Dr Millington. Fantastic experience: Nice friendly staff and Doctors, went on a Sunday afternoon not very busy and parked close to clinic. This clinic is open 7 days a week and bulk billed not many of those these days. They also do skin checks and minor surgery as well.but not on weekends The nurses are very friendly which helps when you’re getting something cut out. Would recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: First appointment here. Doctor was 30 minutes behind which usually I don’t mind if I receive good quality care. However, this the doctor seemed disinterested, lacked empathy and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. I had pending test results which was organised to be transferred from another clinic. The doctor said ‘how do you expect me to look them up, interpret them, this is a job for the receptionist to add to your profile not me, I only have 10 minutes with you’. Although a frustrating circumstance I expect from a GP to remain professional and help with a solution not a ‘can’t do’ attitude. Also as I booked for a ‘new patient’ appointment I was concerned that they never asked for my medical history, took a basic set of vital signs or current medications I am on. I was made to feel like another number, not a person. Very hard to find a good GP. Not a good first impression.

Fantastic experience: medical diagnosis for my treatment from Dr Bikash Nandi was the Best for my diagnosis of mass on my chest. Continuous support and best counselling for my treatment . Revita is by far the most professional, contemporary and well run medical centres ever visited. The consulting suites are polished and super clean, the doctors and very helpful staff ensure your experience will be a most positive. Will not go anywhere else nor recommend any place else.

Negative experience: 4CYTE I went to 4CYTE path at this clinic 4/5 and I’m still upset about how I was treated. While I was waiting with my number, the pathologist came up to me, did not say hi nor smiled but just opened with “do you wanna come in?” I said hi, asked how she was etc but she interrupted me to ask what I’m in for. I gave her my referral and explained I needed a copy of the results to go to another doctor, and that I needed three things done which she sighed at and seemed bothered she needed to do work. She did not guide me through any of the tests, was rough with taking my blood and at one point she said “I assume you’ve done an ECG before”, which I hadn’t so I said no. She didn’t even explain how an ECG works afterwards. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time and that her bedside manner was non existent, I felt like I was bothering her by being there. After a bit of silence when the ECG machine was finished, she said “ok that’s done you can get dressed that’s it”, she didn’t smile once, barely looked at me or acknowledged me. I said thanks when I left and I got no reply. I felt really gross leaving this practice, I’ve never had this poor of an experience going to pathology before.

I chose these doctors because they are bulk billed and near where I used to live, there is usually only a small wait time (if any) which is very different to other bulk billing doctors I have been to. Negative experience: Booked well in advance, took time off work, confirmed attendance day before, arranged and paid for transport only to have my appointment cancelled about an hour before while already on the way to the clinic. Not only didn't get the medical assistance but also out of pocket financially due to this situation. Ironic that the clinic website policy states there is charge for patients that cancel with less than 4 hours notice.

Negative experience: Doctors are usually quite late, once had to wait over an hour (I was the first patient for the morning - not sure how that works), I had booked in 2 additional appointments to get scan results back. Each time the doctor said they weren’t back but once I called the scan place they had been sent prior to my 2 appointments before… waste of time and just wanting to get payment from Medicare. I also got 2 rounds of iron infusions the doctor both time when putting in the cannula he was rushing, blood spilled and it was the most painful experience I have ever had. One positive is that the nurses are super lovely and will make you feel comfortable at all times. Bulk billing doctors need to improve their standards. In response to your reply back! - This is how the medical centres service made me feel (I’m allowed to feel that way). Yes I believe that the doctors wanted to get a payment by Medicare rather than providing efficient and effective service to a patient. Both times the doctor said they would request my scans and call when they were back in (regardless of the result) this did not occur at all, and lead me having to go to another practice over three weeks later to access them, were I did get the results (Cheers for that). Lastly, the fact that your centre cannot take constructive criticism to improve your service to the public and would rather tell a patient not to come back is disgraceful! After my last experience there is no way that I would EVER come back and have my time wasted by at the very minimum 34 minutes… whenever I need an appointment and be provided with the worst bulk billing doctor experience and service. The public honestly does NOT deserve the lack of service, disrespect and inconsideration that the service has. We as the public have important things going on and you don’t know everyone’s situation. Next time actually consider the patient as rather than a number and a tick of the box. I wish you all the best!

Positive experience: After the expansion and renovations the clinic is looking very bright, clean and welcoming. The staff are pleasant and helpful and my first experience with Dr Kazi was very positive.

Negative experience: Without fail, almost every time I visit Revita I am forced to wait well beyond my appointment time. However, today was JUST ridiculous. I waited 50 minutes to see Dr Nandi without any notice from the receptionists. I would assume this to be the bare minimum if you’re aware that the doctors are running 50 minutes behind schedule. However, they decided it would be a better idea to entertain themselves behind the counter, rather than follow up on the situation. To top it all off, when I finally got to see Dr Nandi he did not apologise for the wait time. I was treated as if nothing had happened. I have never experienced customer service this disgraceful before. It is truly awful and I still can’t believe that Revita actually allowed this to happen. I will never be returning to this clinic. I urge all staff members to take up a few classes in customer service in their spare time.

Negative experience: On multiple occasions, I have booked long appointments only to be called in by the doctor to advise they can’t assist me as I’ve only been booked for a standard appointment. This happened 3 times in a row despite me calling up and confirming the appointment. At large, the doctors I’ve seen lack general care and the service seems uninspired. I can appreciate this is a bulk billing clinic and this is the service to somewhat be expected, but this is healthcare folks, really need a human lift here.

Negative experience: The doctor “Bikash Nandi “was 40 minutes late, (with no patients in his room). Once he called me I complained about the bad customer experience and then he refused to see me even though he knew he was wrong. I provided feedback in a respectful manner, but then was denied service. Another patient was having the same experience as me and agreed that the doctor was out of line in refusing to see me. There were there a lot of witnesses. What an unprofessional doctor. I tried to change my appointment to a phone appointment after I was waiting over 20 minutes and saw that no-one was coming in or out of rooms, but I was not allowed to do this. Then the receptionist said they would charge fees even though the doctor was running late 40 minutes. I feel like I was just a number at this clinic; not a valued customer.

Negative experience: While I appreciate that Revita is a bulk billing practice, I do expect some level of respect for patient time. If I book the first appointment in the morning, Dr Nandi is usually 30-40mins late, not even having seen another patient before me. I then had booked a Telehealth appointment for 4.10pm yesterday, and waited 2 hours and 30 mins for the call. Wasn’t called until 6.40pm??? By that point, I’d been to the gym, cooked dinner, and was eating with my family by the time he rang. I just think there needs to be a little more care and respect for showing up on time, or trying to be timely.
