She listened carefully, diagnosed the issue accurately, and resolved it with such expertise and compassion. I always feel well taken care of under her guidance, and her dedication to her patients truly shines. She's just what the doctor order.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sandy Yang and arrived punctually. However, due to my own delay, the doctor was delayed by 30 minutes, resulting in unnecessary waiting. During the consultation, I did not proactively provide details about my situation nor did I receive many useful suggestions. This led me to doubt her professionalism, leaving me greatly disappointed with the overall experience. It’s really terrible!

Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to Mascot, I visited Dr. Pasquale Rositano for the first time. I found him to be very gentle and personable, with a solid understanding of my heel pain issue. He offered effective solutions without any unnecessary upsells. Overall, it was a positive first experience.

Positive experience: Dr.Yang is very caring and patient. She never rush and respond to all my questions in details. Hope the reception can manage the appointment time better in the future. They booked my telehealth appointment on Friday but the doctor was too busy to call me. The reception didn't call me back to reschedule appointment. I contacted them on Saturday again and the fee got increased to $100 at weekend. Hope they can contact us to reschedule next time if Doctor is fully occupied.

Fantastic experience: My current GP at this practice is Dr Wendy Wong. I can’t speak highly enough of Wendy as a thorough professional. She takes time with me as a patient, and is holistic in her care. She’s very warm & friendly, and most importantly always empathic and understanding. I’m sincerely grateful to her for taking such good care of me, and to the practice staff for always being courteous.

Positive experience: I would give 5 stars to Dr. Sandy Yang, she is a great Doctor. I have been seeing her for over 6+ years. She does not rush the appointment, takes time to listen to your concerns, helps come up with a solution and also looks into specific needs if it is not something she specializes in. The only negative about this practice is the wait time, unfortunately there is always a wait as appointments run every 15 minutes and often go over time.

Fantastic experience: I called in as a German tourist with an acute UTI with fever. Dr. Yang gave me an appointment the same day. She examined and advised me very attentively and carefully. Negative experience: One hour waiting. Every time I go off the same story. I only go there if I need a lady minute appointment over the weekend as there are no other places open. I'm pretty sure they don't follow the appointments queue. I also hate that when you pay with card, even if it's debit, they charge you an extra fee. They say that the bank charges it. I don't have time to check with the bank but it sounds dodgy as it is the ONLY place that has charged us with extra fees when issuing with debit card. If you can choose another place go for it. Unless you are willing to wait and wait. It's a shame because the doctor on weekends seems to be good.

Negative experience: My appointment is at 3pm and I arrived at 2:45, waiting for more than an hour and saw the doctor at 4:10. This is ridiculous and waiting my time. The patients before me was talking to the doctor for 45 minutes and as I know they paid for the standard consultation which is 15 mins. The doctor is nice and helpful but just the waiting time. I’ve been seeking help with the reception and the girl didn’t answer my questions or maybe she can’t fully understand English. It’s a bad experience and I’m not going back again.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Rositano for a year now after sustaining a work injury. He is a knowledgeable & caring doc who consistently shows compassion & genuine interest in my wellbeing. He takes the time to hear me & acknowledges my concerns and also provides education to help me better understand my condition & the workers comp process. Highly recommend him as a physician.

Fantastic experience: Dr Yang is the best doctor that we have ever met. We are from Melbourne traveled to Sydney, and that day we panickedly looking for an after hour gp for my daughter on Sat evening 6pm. Lucky that we were able to meet Dr Yang to check up for my daughter, give her medicine, calm her down and Dr Yang even reached out to us via phone call 2 wks later to tell us the test result, and check-up if she has recovered. Thank you very much. We much appreciated that.

Negative experience: Long wait times always. Booked appointments for my first pregnancy but Dr Yang had no clue about linking Gp shared care to the affiliated hospitals. Just read checklists and referrals off her screen after she had googled it. No actual knowledge. How can you not know which hospitals your patients can give birth at? Same poor experience as others with pathology and results. I had to call the pathology labs myself to obtain my own results to only find out from the labs I had gestational diabetes and low iron, which the GP did not inform me until a few weeks later. And yet again she did not know where I could get an iron infusion. Incompetent and lazy.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Emmanuel Carpio and the staff at Ur Family Practice. Dr. Carpio in particular was open, empathetic, and efficient, exactly what you want from a GP.

Negative experience: My experience with the practice is negative. Reception said there’s delay every time I go there. Dr Yang has not provided any values and only read off website information for both normal consultation and discussing X-ray scan and ultrasound scan.

Negative experience: Peter Thai isn't helpful at all, all they want is to get you as many visits as they can so they can charge more

Fantastic experience: The best GP I have ever seen! Everyone is so caring and professional, and I can’t feel more comfortable with them.

Positive experience: Dr Thai is considerate and reasonable. He explains the procedure well and not like some other doctor treating you like a piece of meat. Also hope some of the front desk staff can be more sympathetic and patient enough to explain thing to the patient.

Negative experience: Despite a very good review about the practice and doctor, my condition wasn't carefully diagnosed. Consulting was done just in a minute I entered the room.

Negative experience: Don't go to this dodgy practice you have been warned their Waste of time and money needed a simple medical done for transport work all they did was waste my time with two appointments with nothing done they have dodgy money schemes going on be careful they care more about the $$$ than caring for the people.

My husband’s just diagnosed with rectal cancer and Dr Yang tried her best to trace up all the reports for us, it’s way above our expectation! She even called the surgeon’s room personally for an asap appointment. She has recommended the best surgeon to treat my husband. Dr Yang, Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us.

Negative experience: I booked online,but still waiting more than one hour with my 6 weeks baby.When it was my turn, the starff asked me if I can let another patient see the doctor first!!?

Positive experience: Dr Pasquale Rositano was great and i will be coming back to him as my regular GP. He showed genuine concern over my health check and made sure I was aware of the information in great detail. Definitely recommend. 4 stars because they charge $2 for masks so make sure you bring your own.

Negative experience: Denied access to a GP and then to compound the frustration, I was denied Telehealth support by this clinic. Receptionist didn’t mention anything over the phone about requirements or telehealth when the appointment was made , instead making a sick person walk all the way to the clinic and be denied. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone, they have started to charge private rates after 4pm. Oh the last thing is, I saw her with stomach pains 4-5years ago and she said I had appendicitis. I went to emergency and they rid my appendix. After inspection and lab tests of my appendix, it was found that there was nothing wrong with it. Total waste of time!

Positive experience: I made an appointment online with Dr. P Rositano on Tuesday 08/03/22 - 10.00 a.m and it was cancelled because the doctor was sick. I renewed the appointment online with Dr Sandy Yang for Wednesday 09/03/22 -10.20 a.m cancelled again, I don't know, why...? Is it the weather ?

Positive experience: Went there for 5:20 PM appointment. No fuzz.

Negative experience: This is the most uncomfortable that I have felt with a doctor. The way that the doctor spoke to me made my feel like she was accusing me of faking my medical history. I will not be returning to this medical centre. Make the travel to My Health at Rockdale Plaza for an infinitely more pleasant experience.

Negative experience: This was the WORST experience I have ever had when it came to a GP. Upon arrival, the clinic smelled musky and old. The chairs had stains on them. When I walked into the consulting room, the doctor was too busy conversing with another young protege to pay me any attention or greet me. I went there to get a simple prescription but the doctor couldn't provide it. But what was worse was that they then subjected me to tests that had nothing to do with my medical issue to begin with. Finally after 40 minutes of being treated like a guinea pig, I went out to get my invoice but was told to come back another day because the invoice wasn't ready and the doctor hadn't printed it yet. All the while, I could hear the doctor conversing with her young protege in the consulting room. So now I can't claim from my personal health until they issue me an invoice. Please do yourself a favour and don't go there. The doctor is unprofessional, unknowledgeable and incompetent.

Positive experience: Very unusual practice. I presented my Medicare card issued by the Australian govt and they asked for my photo ID. I have never been asked for my photo ID in 56 years of obtaining medical treatment by any doctor. When did this become a legal requirement? What is the source of that legal requirement? Does it mean that if I do not have a driver's licence they will refuse to treat me? Other than this unnecessary privacy breach, my experience was positive. The. Doctor listened, understood, and even offered an alternative treatment for a chronic illness.
