Fantastic experience: Very happy with my experience at Our Medical today. my son I was seen and the procedure was done very quickly. All staff were excellent.

Fantastic experience: Even under the pressure of a high volume of patients, the staff and doctors do the best they can.

Negative experience: For staff that don't take calls for bookings, they're never accessible. They provide no instructions or assistance to patients who require external referrals.

Negative experience: Made a walk in appointment at the front desk and was told 10 people in front of me, sure, I’ll wait…... 2 hours later I ask how long and my name and booking wasn’t in the system. Thanks Clean place though

Positive experience: Dr Darko Sulava is the worst GP we have ever seen. He doesn’t take the time to do proper assessments and rushes through appointments. How does someone come in with a respiratory issue and he doesn’t do a single respiratory assessment or any investigation at all. No auscultation or any vitals checks. Didn’t take a medical or situational history either. Tells you to come back in 2 weeks if you don’t get better, so you do come back and then he tells you to just keep waiting to get better. Will be making formal complaints about this doctor. Saw another GP Dr Solomon Nwanze who did thorough assessments and appropriate investigations. So make sure you see anyone BUT Darko.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service that prioritises people in the clinic. Not enough places do that. Also provides bulk billing which is so helpful and hard to find. Only thing I have issue with is no option for Telehealth appointments. Takes an awfully long time and unnecessary travel just to find out about simple test results for 5 minutes. I’d rather be able to find out over a phone conversation.

Negative experience: Drove all the way to hospital and checked in with the app. But after waiting for a 30min after being 4th in que when I arrived, I asked the reception. They said they might close soon and the doctors might not be able to see me even though they advertise they are open till 10pm.

Negative experience: Great doctors but they should get rid of the receptionist, giving the clinic a bad name. Not friendly and rude, really surprised she’s still there when she look like she doesn’t even enjoying the job.

Negative experience: The worst medical centre ever. No doctor bothers to make time to see their patients. The app is such a waste of time and effort, you have to be in range. Reception staff does not bother about the patient’s concerns, only telling you to come back in the morning. Never go here!

Positive experience: People have no patience at a walk in clinic, well come on get realistic. No appointments required will always take time to see a doctor. If you're not happy with the service go somewhere else. I'm happy with the service and i always ask the receptionist how long is the waiting time and she always tell me how many doctors available and the waiting time. Big deal, take your impatient self somewhere else and don't be disrespectful to the staff at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr Canillo is quite professional. You can see his passion in looking after his patients, ensuring that everything is assessed and explaining your overall situation. He even extends a call for urgent matters. Highly recommended. Our Medical Center is like a one stop shop too, almost all medical requirements can be done within the centre, so it's quite easy and fast.

Negative experience: Arrived 5.30 Been in queue 1 to be seen at 7.25 it's now 9pm and still in queue 1 What an absolute joke of a clinic Over 4 hours waiting and only 3 doctors available to see an over crowded clinic No wonder our hospitals are crowded

Negative experience: When you call it says your call will be answered between 9 am to 5pm Monday to Friday but they never pick up calls. I tried different days different timing but no one ever pick ups your call. One day I was running late 10 mins so I called and I enter the clinic my phone was still ringing and I reached to the reception and girl was sitting there and she did not answered the call. Wait times are too long.I went into the clinic at 3pm and got told that dr is booked and dr was going to finish at 7::00pm. Usual wait time is 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs. “They need a better system” Clinic is open till late but if you reach there at 5pm lucky you if you get to see the Dr.

Fantastic experience: I have visited the centre twice now and I have always been impressed by the friendly staff. I was seen by Dr Agaibi on both occasions. He was very welcoming and instantly put me at ease about my symptoms. He was very thorough and professional and his friendly demeanour was well received. I would highly recommend both the centre and Dr Agaibi to anyone that is seeking fast and efficient medical assistance.

Negative experience: I had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Hossein Yaraghi at this clinic. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional and rude, to the point where it felt like I wasn’t even speaking to a doctor. He was verbally abusive and dismissive, making the visit incredibly uncomfortable and distressing. I can’t recommend this clinic as long as Dr. Yaraghi is practicing there—it’s an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. If you’re looking for compassionate, respectful care, I strongly advise seeking a different provider.

Negative experience: The doctor I say at OUR Medical he’s got a very long name. His name is Dr. Shah…… And he’s the best doctor I’ve ever seen in my entire life to the point caring always there to try and help you the best he possibly can.. I don’t know if I’ll be here right now ..DM

Negative experience: If you care about your health, I strongly recommend you to stay away. The worst treatment ever. Even if you have a light flu or you are about to die, you are same for them. They just told you to wait forever. You can tell them many times that you have severe pain, they don’t care. The only reply is “sorry.” Just go and start to study, graduate and become a doctor to cure yourself. Probably it takes less time than waiting here for a hope to see a doctor.

Negative experience: The patient admission system at this clinic is very outdated. They don’t require booking, but if you arrive and they’re full, the doctor won’t see you. This is especially challenging for patients who might drive an hour to get here, only to be turned away. Additionally, no one answers the phones, making it even harder to get assistance. Overall, it’s a very weak and basic system.

Negative experience: my concerns regarding my recent experience at your walk-in clinic. I arrived 1.5 hours before closing time but was informed that check-in had reached full capacity, as only two doctors were available to see patients. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered this issue. Given that your clinic experiences high patient volume during certain hours, I believe it would be beneficial to have more than two doctors available to meet the needs of those seeking care. Additionally, the phone lines are only answered until 5 PM. If turning patients away is a regular occurrence, extending phone hours until closing would allow patients to call ahead and determine whether capacity has been reached, thereby avoiding unnecessary travel. I hope you will consider these suggestions to improve patient experience at your clinic. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Hossein is very kind and welcoming, listened with patience that you feel really heard. He was very diligent about his care approach, advise and ordered a quick test to rule out a concern. I left really satisfied with a plan to follow up to resolve some ongoing issues. We need more doctors like him.

Negative experience: these doctors do not care to find out what’s really wrong with you and we’ll just prescribe you with anything.

Fantastic experience: Dr Vivares is a caring doctor, he cares a lot for his patients. It is imperative to make patients comfortable

Negative experience: Been sitting here for pathology appointment for nearly over 2 hrs now. Pathologist is too slow, average time person is 15 minutes. Which is which unusual and too high. If you have 2-3 hrs spare, then only think of coming to this place.

Fantastic experience: Kind and time saving staff! Lovely presentation of clinic. The receptionist helped me to print our lab prescription letter for blood test I forgot to carry and only had photo of it.

Negative experience: Was great at first but now the fact that they don’t take appointments is getting annoying. I need to go back for results but the last time I went in there was only 2 doctors on and 27 patients waiting so I didn’t have time to wait around all day. Still have not gotten my results as I don’t have time to wait around all day. They should really run by appointments. Will have to find another clinic

Negative experience: In April this year, Dr Solomon did a disgusting Covid test by putting the stick in my sniffly nose first before forcing my mouth open and shoving it in my throat and scratched the hell out of it which caused a throat infection the the night of. The way he scratched my throat was very painful to the point I started crying in the office and he didn’t give a crap. I highly suggest you do not see this doctor or go to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I visited late Sunday afternoon (my usual GP was closed). I needed stitches on my finger and waited less than an hour and got them straight away. Facility was clean and doctor was great and professional.

Negative experience: Very poor care. Dr's have zero interest in patients just the $'s each one they get through as quickly as possible. That's if you can even get in to see a Dr. Just left for the 2nd time as I couldn't even check in because they are at capacity. Will not be returning. All I need is a new script....

Negative experience: Wait times are too long. They need to implement a better system as the wait times are too long. I went into the clinic at 3pm and got a message that i was next in line at 6pm. Fortunately I had left at 4.30pm and glad i had not stayed. The app doesn’t say how long expected wait times are, how many people are in front of you or how many doctors are on site. Positive is it is a bulk billing practice and open until late at night.

Negative experience: We drove from Kalkallo to your clinic early morning to see one of the doc that we know from 10 years . After we arrived there and find the parking FAR from the clinic, we also found out the doc called sick! Now I asked your reception why no one can call the clinic on the weekend she said the phone are not functional on Saturday and Sunday ! How this system on 2024 is normal? I drove 100 km back and foward because no one can contact the clinic . Now I know why you got that review. Your system is disgusting. Shame on u and who give you the licence to run this bussiness! Plus your app is rubbish like everything else .

Negative experience: Horrible Arrived at 3pm with numerous vomitting episodes, we were told (because the app doesn’t tell you) 4 doctors 40 people. At 6:30pm it was dark and we decided to leave after the number of doctors went down to 1 after having been on an empty stomach for 5 hours. Would not recommend

Negative experience: My child had a very terrible rash which appeared to look like the measles and they said I would just need to wait and didn’t isolate us or prioritise her and she was getting worse whilst waiting. We had been waiting for over 2 hours. Absolutely atrocious staff.

Positive experience: The clinic and majority of the doctors are a great service to the community. The check in facility is unique and a great option, however due to the growing popularity of the facility waiting times are over an hour and that's on a good day.

Negative experience: The Doctors are excellent and efficient. The facility is nice and clean. But the waiting time is really long, at least 1.5hrs. The app doesn’t let us know if the clinic is booked out or not if we are not in their GPS range. What if you are driving from far only to find out not taking any more patients? There is no proper medium of communication, most of the times the phones go unanswered. They seriously need to find a better convenient solution for this. Or you are loosing your patients slowly, there are many better medical centers around Caroline springs already.

Negative experience: Been sitting here for over 1.5 hours and yet to be seen. Worst part is only requiring a repeat prescription which is literally a 3 minute appointment. They really need to get rid of the walk up system. Would be good if the app gave some sort of clarity as to where you're sitting in the queue so I can decide whether it's worth continuing to wait when I have better things to do.

Negative experience: Doesn’t accept booking for your doctor of choice, so even if you come at opening time (8:00 am), expect to be 20th in the queue and wait 3-4 hours. On our next visit, we decided to come early to be first in the physical queue by the centre’s door, and we were. Only to find out that despite being there first physically, people behind us are are taking advantage of a “hack” on the app by booking “any” doctor, then changing it later to their doctor of choice at the reception. Because of this, we were suddenly pushed back to 10th in the queue to our surprise and had to wait more than an hour to be seen by the doctor. Same thing happened to the old sickly man second in the queue behind us. This poor man left his home very early and travelled one hour to be one of the first in the queue, only to be jumped by people taking advantage of your poorly designed app that allows people to jump the queue. You need to fix this.

Negative experience: I came at 7:30 AM, checked in for a particular doctor on the reception. I was first in line however, people using the app checked in “any doctor” then went to the reception and changed to my doctor, now I am number 8-10 in the queue , as of writing I can still be bumped further down. Its already 9 AM, I have been waiting for 1.5 hours, being first on the queue. There is something wrong with your queue system, it is very unfair. I will be speaking with consumer affairs regarding this. There was an elderly man with a terminal illness who drove from an hour away, he was number 2 in the queue, he was also bumped and as of 9:30 AM, hasnt been seen by a doctor

Positive experience: Dr. CANILLO is the best! very informative and very thorough! I also like Dr Vivares! Dr Canillo and Dr Vivares are the only reason why I attend this clinic as wait times can be long. Lost a star as the Indian receptionist is the worst! She never smiles, rude and looks like she hates her job. Doesn't suit as a medical receptionist as she have no empathy. I hope she understands that she can be dealing with vulnerable people. Also, not a mum friendly facility, no baby change table in the toilets and no place to breastfeed.

Negative experience: Indian receptionist very dismissive. I came around 1100 for GP check up. Indian receptionist not friendly and appears to hate her job. You need to retrain your staff.

Fantastic experience: Bulk billing, can see a doctor 7 days a week. Our Medical in Caroline Springs so conveniently located. Strongly recommended.

Negative experience: No one take phone calls , Results for pathology supposed to arrive in 24 hours but I never got one . Try to call no one takes call . Doctor offered paracetamol until the results . But they never got the results and too discuss those results and get medicine pay them again and get medicine . If you lucky your report will be in a week or so . Really bad doctors and bad service . Charge 90$ cash each time . Check up completed in 3 minutes .

Fantastic experience: Booking from the app is the best in the business no need to wait at reception,very easy to use,few clicks and done,doctors are friendly too, Pick your own doctor, excellent lots of comfortable seating spaced out very big open area feels like an airport space,very pleasant atmosphere,not shoulder to shoulder, Doctors rooms are pleasant, wait time usually not too long compared to most other medical centres I experienced,lots of doctors to choose from, and they are respectful,this really is the most pleasant Medical clinic experience ever,the other medical doctors and centres should be following this model,very clean family atmosphere, 100% recommend this medical clinic.

Negative experience: I've been waiting for 4 hours, 2 hours ago they said only 3 people are ahead of me , i’ve counted at least 13 people who have gone in before i have. this is unacceptable.

Negative experience: At any clinic, the first person that a patient interacts with is the receptionist but at this clinic it was Extremely arrogant staff who were not knowledgeable at all and refused to answer my questions. It was my first visit and not a pleasant experience at all but the Doctor was kind.

Fantastic experience: Reliable doctors, excellent overall. I know it’s a walk in and there is a long wait but at least you get an appointment on that day. I have a peace of mind with my doctor, he is very good and knowledgeable. Another clinic that is close to my home, you try getting an appointment there and the doctors are fully booked for the day, doctors are on leave for months, etc. not here . If you can wait for a few hours for your appointment, then this clinic is the best. For a drive thru like experience, it is not.

Negative experience: Dr Keerti is highly dismissive. 2nd appointment with this doctor. Tendency to talk over patients and prescribe without listening to everything.

Fantastic experience: Walk in availability is deal breaker. Plus GPs here are well concerned. Moreover these uptra sound, ct scan and so many on the spot options are just amazing

Positive experience: Doctors are efficient. Excellent facility. Clean toilets. Range of services. But most of all Availability for all. Since it's a first come first serve a little bit of wait (waited 1hr). But my other GP that was booked out till 3 weeks time (down the road) had longer wait time AVG 1.5-2hrs even if you had an appointment. Perhaps those looking for faster service go to a mix billing GP. Oh and those missing queue calls, if you have their app they notify you when you are next in line.

Negative experience: Worst place ever, waiting here since 3:12pm till now it’s almost 6:30. Unbelievable. I have been vomiting since 12:30, feeling dizzy, body aches and still sitting here waiting.

Negative experience: I was on the phone to the receptionist regarding a CT scan and asked her to send my results to a chiropractor and she said she is unable to then I asked her to send them to my email address,she said she is unable to do that and transferred me to the imaging department no one answered I called back and explained that the chiropractor needed to see these results and she just hanged up on me,very bad and unprofessional service !!

Negative experience: Hello?!! Why don’t you guys ever answer the phone? Sometimes people are calling to ask a simple question!!!! “We answer the phone between 9am - 5pm only , Monday- Friday” Yeah, BUT you guys never do!!!

Negative experience: I recently went with my mum here for an urgent issue with her hand and had a terrible experience with Dr Dan Wijeratne and one of the asian nurses. When we got to the reception, we were told there were 53 patients ahead of us but after showing the receptionist my mum’s hand, she took us to a nurse, saying it should be faster but we waited for hours. The first nurse’s shift ended, and the new nurse was very rude when we asked how much longer it would be. Even though no one else was in the room or in the waiting area, both the nurse and Dr Dan Wijeratne were chatting in the room and said they had more important jobs when we asked. When the nurse finally called us in, she was angry and started yelling at us for complaining about the wait. Dr Dan Wijeratne was also rude and said if we continued to question the nurse, he would refuse to help us!!! My mum felt so uncomfortable with how they treated us that she decided to leave without getting help. This experience was extremely upsetting. The way the nurse and Dr Wijeratne acted was unprofessional and made us feel disrespected. We will never seek care at this facility again.

Negative experience: Worst Medical centre ever 3hr wait with 6 doctors on they all work in snail pace. Never going back and I highly recommend people think twice before attending this medical centre

Negative experience: This review is specifically for Dental department in Our Medical. Not helpful at all. I was in pain and they didn’t prescribe any pain medication but suggested me to just take Panadol. They try to rip me off by providing me quotation of $8,560.00 to fix my infection. I just walked out and went for second opinion and they provided me estimate under 5,000.00 for root canal treatment. My advice is to stay away from them.

Negative experience: my experience was horrible. I went in expecting to be waiting 2 hours to then get seen. The lady at the front is so unhappy and not helpful, sits there without a care in the world. They expect us to hear doctors call our name when they speak so quietly, mind you the room is so big, it’s not always the easiest. The system genuinely sucks there. I waited 2 hours and after she asks what my name is again and says you missed your queue (spot) because the doctor called me. I did not hear my name whatsoever. Honestly disgusting and she couldn’t be bothered trying to fix the problem with her doctor, she just said your pushed back 20th on the queue so I left, wasn’t going to waste my time and wait another 2 hours. Waste of time, don’t go here.

Negative experience: Absolute joke of a business! If you’d like to visit a doctors office where you wait minimum 1.5 hours and a receptionist who doesn’t do the most basic job of answering the phone, you've found the right place in Our Medical! States they answer the phones from 9-5pm Called at 3pm was on hold for two hours until 5pm! Will NEVER return! Wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Disgusting.

Fantastic experience: The particular Doctor I see is very thorough, seems to genuinely care and takes the time to actually listen to my concerns and always follows through.

Negative experience: I accompanied my daughter today to see any doctor at this clinic. Was prescribed doxycycline while she is taking accutane which the pharmacist said that is not recommended. Read that it might lead to serious harm if taken together… doctor is a quack! Lucky there’s still a caring staff that keeps a look out for patients.

Positive experience: 1.5 - 2 hour wait as expected as this is a walk in only clinic but I'm happy to wait for a bulk billed appointment. I saw Dr Jecelberth Canillo who was fantastic. Handy having imaging facilities onsite also. Lost 1 star due to rude receptionist when I (kindly) asked a simple question about the check in process as it was my first time attending. Wasn't a good first impression but Dr Canillo made up for it.

Negative experience: The worst clinic ever. Time wasting all the time. I have checked in at 1:30pm and waitting there for 2 hourse and get disappointed just went back home. Then I recieved notification at 6:15pm that I am next in the que. how long is the waiting time actually ??? Also, their GP are not professional at all. I have been visting 2 GP to find out the problem but when I discuss my situation with gp he was asking me that what type of test should he write for me. I asked him that I came to find out and you are the doctor you should tell me what treatment and test do i need but he didn’t have any knowledge at all and keep asking me that what I need to test and I should tell him. Never ever come to this clinic. Just waste of time and not professional at all

Negative experience: The doctors are the worst. They just give you anti pain and send you home without doing doing a proper investigation to find a root cause of a pain.

Negative experience: Carry your tent... You check in but you will never know how long you got to wait. And once you get to see Doc, they literally spend anytime not even 5 minutes. As they are rushed to make money by seeing many patients as possible. While you are waiting with other patients for hours. High chance of getting flu. Good luck.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Waiting room full of people coughing and not wearing masks or covering their mouths. Clinic is not set up well doctors walking around the whole clinic calling patient names because they can’t find their patient…. Came in for a blood test, (firstly no stand or wall mount where you collect the wait number, it’s left on the floor where you can’t even see it)… Then waited an hour only to get called in and be told she didn’t have the particular tubes for the blood sample she was taking?! Waited an hour for nothing. I asked her if she could kindly help me find another pathology (same provider near by) to see if they have them in stock and she just said no sorry. Won’t be coming back
