Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to have met Nawal especially throughout my pregnancy. I had a horrible fall towards my seventh month and I was struggling so much both emotionally and physically. I received such a great remedial massage from her. She applied the right amount of pressure whilst also being gentle and tending to my needs. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Came to see Nawel for a massage and wow I left feeling amazing and refreshed. This was my first massage and I was very nervous but Nawel was very calming q professional and amazing at her job I highly recommend her and I’m counting the days till my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Went for the first time today for help looking into my problem with my shoulders and pain while I’m sleeping or exercising. Everyone was extremly helpful both on the phone when I booked and when I got there. Physiotherapist Osama was awesome, thourough in his working out of my trouble, explaining it in an easy to understand way and gave a positive way forward. I will certainly be recommending them to anyone who needs a good physio. Thanks heaps.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing my physio Hussien for over 1 year now and have had 40+ sessions with him so far. He is the best physiotherapist I've ever had. I have a couple of fusions in my spine, as well as bulging discs in my neck etc. Hussien has managed to increase my mobility and significantly reduce the constant pain I was living with since my spinal surgery. Due to my condition, it was hard for me to find a physio who is confident and competent enough to work on me. I'm grateful to have found Masnad Health Clinic/Hussien. He has truly improved my everyday well-being. He is very professional and knows what he's doing. He's always respectful towards me and has never made me feel uncomfortable as a female during our sessions. All staff, including the receptionists, are kind and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Wow wow wow! I am truly lost for words there’s so much good I can say about this clinic and it still wouldn’t suffice. From calling very early in the morning to getting an appointment on the ASAP to getting treated by one of the best humans and physio we have ever come across (Ali). He knew exactly how to deal with my full of character 6 year old and still manage his pain, rehab and follow up. His explanation and treatment was second to none and his care factor was amazing. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Mr David Park. Our family have received outstanding treatment from this chiropractor.i have sustained injuries from a recent fall and the treatments I have received from David has help me to manage my pain and regain my mobility. Every single member of the team are so lovely and go above and beyond not only to provide the best treatment but to actually EXPLAIN what’s being done so you really understand the range of benefits it provides. Negative experience: Receptionist is extremely rude. If U r at work, they will cancel your appointment and will send you threatening messages of penalties, would never recommend to anyone. Your reply is a complete false I can arrange recordings from my tele network I did ask your staff that train is running late, and they said it's all ok, please do not lie to run your business. Hi Hira, It's regrettable that you had this view of your experience. However we can’t seem to fault our staff when you arrive 15mins late to a 30min appointment. Our therapist explained that we are unable to complete a Hijama treatment in 15 minutes and we have clients booked in after you. Our staff offered to reschedule but you left unhappy, and placed a review saying we provide a poor customer service. I immediately called you afterwards, I understood your frustration of having to travel and not receive your treatment. Thankfully you rebooked, and I applied a discount to ease your frustration. As for the next appointment you made. We sent you a message two days before your appointment asking to confirm and called multiple times the day before to confirm you will be attending your appointment, but we did not receive a confirmation. When no confirmation was given, we let you know that your appointment was cancelled however to feel free to call us anytime to reschedule to a time that suits you better. Our reminder message says “Please reply with Y to confirm or N to reschedule to avoid a $25 late notice fee.” This fee is only applied if a client cancels on the same day of their appointment or doesn’t show up. We don’t understand how this is considered “threatening”. These are fair and standard procedures designed to maintain efficiency and fairness for all our clients. We make every effort to accommodate individual needs while respecting the schedules of others. You then updated your review to what it is now. I called you again to address your concern, only to have you say I have no right to call you, you have a right to say whatever you want in a review and disrespectfully hung up in my face. I still followed up with an SMS the following day on the 7th of February, explaining the situation and asking you to call me to resolve your concerns smoothly. Since we didn't hear from you for 12 days, i have had to respond to your review. It’s essential to recognise that our policies are in place to uphold the integrity of our services. We remain committed to providing excellent care to all our clients, and we regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred. Fantastic experience: For a first visit, I do feel like they know what they are doing. Im amazed that they actually do mix soft tissue manipulation along with spinal manipulation. Based on my research, this is how results show on the long run. They are definitely not like the scamming instagram ads. My session was with Loubna who seems to be very experienced and confident with what she does. Lets hope things stay this way and up to this level.

Fantastic experience: Heres my quick story: I was putting rubbish into a dumpster and I accident dropped my phone I had in my hand with the bag i was putting in there. So I leaned into the dumpster to get my mobile as it was at a " cheap as chips store " ( there bins aren't that big so I thought I could get it and did ) but on leaning back out my right cheast side top rib ( not sure which rib exactly I think the 3rd ) felt like it popped or cracked. Well what ever it was, it friggen hurt so much and for the last two weeks it hasn't gotten better. I'm normally a very quick healer and only 35, and also non vaxxed thank God so my immune system isn't comprised because of a possible vaccine Anyways the information I read from MHC ( masnad health clinic ) is just what I needed. Time for a visit to the dr.
