Fantastic experience: Always friendly, helpful and kind.

Negative experience: Extremely frustrating booking an appointment with them , cancels appointment without advising you ; silly head receptionist that’s not at all helpful ; absurd rules where if you need to see the same doctor about a number to things you need to book again as they don’t allow their doctors to consult on multiple things on the same day - they advise you to either see another doctor on same day or book for another day. In a time poor society this clinic operates extremely inefficiently and should be thinking about patients, not thinking of ways to maximise profitability by having people book in multiple days when they can get issues all resolved on the same day. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for professional care.

Positive experience: Most doctors here are quite good. I did have 1 bad experience with a doctor who I was booked in with for a 9.30 appointment before work. I waited till about 10.20 and the reception staff told the doctor comes in sometime after 10am ( she just strolls in basically whenever she likes ) doesn't care that people have to get to work etc. Didn't apologise. How can a practice operate with a doctor who is that late? Why book in patients for 9.30 when you know your doctor strolls in after 10? Not okay. I would be reviewing her schedule asap. I work in a health practice and this is unheard of.

Fantastic experience: The friendliest’s receptionists , Doctor was on time, thorough and addressed my issue with genuine care. Blood taken without having to book or wait and again lovely staff. Awesome medical centre.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit at this medical Centre as I used to see another practice. I got to my appointment on time and once I filled out the consent form for my skin check I only waited a very short time before I was seen to by Dr Ali. He is a friendly doctor and he was very good with explaining about all my sun damaged skin issues. The reception staff I found to be very helpful and friendly. This will now be my permanent skin cancer clinic.

Fantastic experience: Browns Plains Medical Centre has a very friendly team, I go every year to see Dr Ali Gilani for a skin check. I generally Have a few sun spots removed with gas. The skin check is bulk billed. Makes you wonder what would happen if you don't go for a skin check and you waited for the symptoms of skin cancer to develop. It could be life changing or worse.

Fantastic experience: I booked into this clinic on a whim after not being able to get into my local dr today due to lack of appointments. Dr Ahmed is new to the practise I believe. She is a lovely young female GP. Very good with my 7yr old daughter struggling with her first bout of asthma. Very thorough and professional. Would highly recommend anyone to see her. I certainly will book an appointment with her again and for any of my family members should we need. The tall young lady on reception was also very happy, kind and efficient calling me over quickly as soon as I approached the front desk on both ocassions, excellent service all round. Cannot speak for any of the other staff members walking around the place, they did not seem as friendly and happy to be there apart from a second female doctor who I saw assisting someone. Well done Dr Ahmed & reception lady!

Fantastic experience: Dr Faria is such a caring young doctor, if you want to see a gentle yet very competent doctor who will listen to you and help in any way she can then make an appointment with this doctor. In addition, the rest of the team are very patient focused, and you are the centre of their attention. All of my dealings with the practice have been nothing less than positive. In fact, the surgery has just undergone renovations and more doctors are coming on board. I am so glad I only live no more than five minutes from the practice however, I would drive 20 minutes to attend the clinic, they are so good.

I came across this in search of a good place for having a suspicious skin cancer looked at while I was visiting here from NSW , I'm very familiar with skin cancers having had dozens removed and even more frozen off regularly After reading reviews I made an appointment with Dr Ali to check one out that's was bothering me and after a full body scan took biopsies and froze multiple that had been missed and over looked by my previous care team . I will never regret coming here I actually wish he could be back where I am he is amazing ! I needed a skin graft this time and had it removed within a week of diagnosis ! he has been incredible , he is so particular and so neat with his work and the whole process was done there in the practice The after care team and staff here are second to none and are amazing ! So happy I found this place and Dr Ali

Fantastic experience: Dr Ali did a full body check for skin cancers and he was very efficient and professional. He was able to freeze some straight away but a problem one needs to be cut out and he will be performing this procedure within a week of my visit. All the staff and doctors were very cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Negative experience: Wait times of 1hr+ with no warning prior to attending. Had to call 4 times in a row as I was on hold for 10 minute+, called back and got hung up on twice before finally getting through to someone.

Negative experience: Suddenly they removed bulk billing even for regular patients, regardless of a chronic illness in my case, dropping bulk billing like they're really hard up, its becoming a little more common theme in Browns Plains area, but not in other places...makes you think they just all jumping on the band wagon. Yeah nah, just vote with your feet, find another practice. Not to mention, the practice is in middle of Reno's, tight spaces in waiting room and the nurse operates inside an admin office behind a lady working on her computer. When i was jabbed last they didn't use alcohol wipe before the injection, not the best practice. Why would you pay some $65?! Vote with your feet, only way to sort them out with what I believe is just plain greed. Mind you, after the recent pandemic and doctors just siding completely with AHPRA TGA on the untested vaccines, looking out for themselves rather than their patients, zero patent care regarding side effects of the criminal mRna jabs they keep injecting into otherwise unsuspecting patients devoid of proper care and consideration at a one on one level, I have lost a lot of respect for my cowardly doctors except for those who stood up and said something, Now we have sudden deaths, higher cancer rates and 10% plus excess death rate compared with prior to 2020, oh but it couldn't be the COVID-19 Jabs, no! Wake up, stand up for your patients!!!! DO NO HARM, first thing your trained to follow!!! Bye-bye

Fantastic experience: Being sick is no fun but these guys will sort it. Skin checks they have been good too. Recommend these doctors. Nurses will give you your vax’s and Dr’s give sound advice

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit after newly moving into the area. Very happy with our reception and introduction to one of the doctors. The doctor was very experienced and made my wife and I feel welcome and relaxed.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional very uncaring from all staff doctors and receptionists. I do not recommend this clinic there are so many other worth while clinics to go too. This clinic does not care about people at all and I do not appreciate being told something and then the doctors lies about it.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was very helpful and the doctor checked my skin and notice my grandchild had a purple blister under his eye which kept bleeding so doctor explained what it was and referred my grandchild to the children's hospital to have it removed thankyou as no other doctor bothered

Fantastic experience: Other than the waiting , booked for 9.30am had about a 20min wait. But usually that’s normal for Doctor appts. Dr Ali was excellent, their is a lot of pain meds I can’t take but he searched and found exactly what was suited specifically for me. Can’t ask for better service. So now I’ve found a new Doctor I’ll definitely be going back for any new appointments. And the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Though the doctors rooms are clean neat and tidy. The reception staff are friendly and halpful.The doctors are tardy. When making an appointment for the first appt of the day the doctors have not arrived by the appointed time. They are not in a rush to see the patient though they are late. I found this to be disrespectful of the patients time and showed a lack of value for the patient.

I didn’t have an appointment but presented with my 2yo daughter who had an ear infection accompanied with sore throat and cough, runny nose, low grade fever from teething, she needed antibiotics. They were kind enough to take us through. Dr Ali was more than happy to take a look at her. Will definitely be back if I’m ever in a desperate situation again.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Joveria Javaid for a skin check today and she was just so fabulous. She greets you with a big smile, welcomes you as a new patient and then kindly checks you over. No need to be nervous. I really appreciated the care I got there today.

I was told to sit within 5 minutes Dr. Pi went out and called my name I don't have to wait for long. While I'm having the surgery the assistant nurse was very helpful. I will recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: I’ve removed moles on my face and arms a month ago, and the doctor said it will be healed in about a week, but they are not healed yet. My dermatologist said the medication that i’m taking will slow down the scars to get healed which this doctor didn’t inform me when I already told him that i am taking this medication. I regret not looking for a better clinic.

Fantastic experience: First time attending this practice. The facility was lovely, staff were friendly and polite. Doctors and nurse were find and caring. During my skin check they identified potential skin issue and organised a biopsy straight away. Full recommend for cancer skin checks.

They have expertise in every area of medicine be it skin/dermatology, pregnancy, allergy, kids development and more. Doctors are responsive and take full interest and listens to the patients queries and treat accordingly.

As a mother of 4 children and an allied health professional, I have dealt with a lot of GPs and medical practices. This one has to be hands down one of the best. The GPs here are kind and above all competent. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Going to a new GP for the first time can be rather daunting, but on my first visit to Dr Bashar I was met by a exceptionally friendly man who immediately put me at ease which resulted in a pleasant and fruitful consolation.

Fantastic experience: Not my regular doctor, but I work nearby and they were able to get me an appointment at very short notice. Dr Hussein was helpful and understanding, and the nurse administered a tetanus injection quickly. All in all, I was impressed with the service I received.

Negative experience: It was OK.. been many times and was first time the doctor said the incorrect answer to me, I corrected him and yet he said it 2 more times. I was offended but didn't want to cause a scene cause he had a training doctor watching.
