We cater to all fitness and experience levels, plus any niggles you want to rehab to be fully functional.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Suze more highly. She is highly qualified but she also cares deeply about her individual clients and their progress. I started working with her when I had a bad back, which is now better. I am much fitter and stronger and have lost over 10kg by following her advice.
Fantastic experience: I started training with Susan in July 2021. My initial focus was to work on niggles that were related to my hypo-mobility particularly my "winging" shoulders and the issues that they created. My goals were to move more freely, build strength and become leaner. Susan provided expert advice, support and coaching together with some "humour", all of which has been wonderful in helping me achieve my goals. In addition to the workouts, Susan has guided and supported me in changing my diet which has been an easy transition and results have been amazing. Fantastic experience: I have only been training with Susan for a short period of time, and I am already starting to feel stronger. I have had many gym coaches in the past, and have gotten injured whilst doing gym under there guidance. But Susan has helped me learn proper techniques for lifting ensuring I don't get injured. Susan will demonstrate the exercise and then watch you and make sure that what you are doing is correct before progressing to heavier weights. I feel I have already learnt a lot from these classes and I can't wait to continue training with Susan and to keep getting stronger.

Fantastic experience: I have known this amazing trainer/mentor/experienced/knowledgeable/friend/superstar rehab (this list could go on), since 2016, I arrived at Susan's 1st session a sore unfit and overweight middle aged woman, who could not even get up off the floor or out of a chair, within a short time, Susan had me on the road to recovery, I am no longer in pain and am extremely agile and strong, my energy is astounding. Susan has impacted my life to such a degree that I am no longer sore, I am fit (lost a lot during lockdown but working my way back), Still middle aged hahahaha! And as for Fat pre lockdown I was the lightest and fittest I have been in the last 20 years of my life... lockdown impacted me (like many), however I am back working with Susan to return to where I was. Fantastic experience: Suz is a fantastic personal trainer. She knows her stuff! Super knowledgeable, caring, highly motivational and takes her time with you. She is also great with managing any injuries you may have. Another bonus is the videos of the individual exercises you can get so you can work out by yourself in between sessions. Fantastic experience: Suz is the best trainer I’ve come across. She is incredibly knowledgeable and “evidence based” in her approach, whilst also tailoring her programming and advice to your personal needs, skill level and time available. Suz has helped me progress and gain tons of strength on all my lifts (to he extent I’ve entered a novice powerlifting contest) and is always available to answer any questions I have. I have full confidence that goals we set are realistic and if I put the work in and follow her awesome programs I’ll achieve results. Her programs push me to go further, but are realistic and achievable for my level. She’s also a really nice, affable personality.
Fantastic experience: Susan is great and highly motivating I’ve been training with her for over 2 years I had been cycle fit for long time but became unwell resulting in surgery and radio treatment that left my muscles quiet weak . I’m so much stronger now love my sessions at the gym and felt anxious about zoom but it works really well and it helps me stay physically and mentally strong in the midst of covid . Fantastic experience: Have worked with Suz for a year on my personal training goals. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Susan, she has a huge knowledge and passion to help people be the best versions of themselves. Her understanding of biomechanics is exceptional. I was struggling to overcome prolonged shoulder problems, she diagnosed and prescribed exactly the correct rehab exercises.Within 4 to 6 weeks i was back training at 90%

Fantastic experience: Dr Suz, the powerlifting pocket rocket, can take a 44 year old , 6ft mountain of blubber like me and get me running 5km in 20mins, doing 100 pushups, 170kg deadlifts, 120kg bench press and much more. The biggest thing is the habit change , as I now love training, but also being able to do things with my kids I could do before. I recommend making the Dr part of your life. Life changing as they say. Super Suz.

Fantastic experience: Previously I’ve found it difficult to maintain motivation to regularly train unless in a team sporting environment. Suz is unlike other PTs I’ve met. She genuinely wants your success as much as you do and will actively seek out ways to overcome barriers such as injury. Her thirst for continued education in the field means her advice is always current and best practice. Suz will guide goal setting but not force it upon the client and is open and willing to share any relevant knowledge she has on exercise science. To top everything off, she is reliable, personable and thoroughly professional. The way she adapted to the physical isolation environment was seamless. She comes highly recommended.
