Negative experience: After the visit the acupuncture that was recommended crippled me to the point of not eating no strength vomiting numbness then ambulance trip . Gee thanks guys .

Fantastic experience: Had a neck issue that another place couldn't fix, so I went to Fix It Physio! Matt had it sorted in one visit. Friendly, efficient and great service. Cheers guys!

Negative experience: Initial consult didn't include assessments. Nothing thorough. The facility lacks privacy - booths separated by curtains. Poor communication regarding cancellations and rescheduling. Lots of wasted time unfortunately. Frustrated and moved on

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing physio facility very close to home in maryland. I have been looked after by BEN for my acl surgery recovery and every time i go there, i feel heaps well coming back. Negative experience: I contacted fix it today to asked why I wasn't contacted because my doctor sent a care plan through 9 months ago and I was told they do not contact people and they do not have a copy of my care plan when I see the receptionist fax it to them from my doctor's office but yet they contacted me regarding my last care plane you could tell the receptionist did not want to help because after she got me to repeat myself that is when she came less helpful i have been in the office previous and they have contacted people maybe you should put a sign up at your door to say we do not deal with people that have a disability or on a care plans because we make more money from private patients you watch they will say we are so sorry please contact us

Generally speaking, anyone who is referred to us will call and book themselves in. In quieter times, we will go through the pile of referrals and contact people as a courtesy to speed up the process of booking in. Like most small businesses, we've been struggling along with staff shortages over the past year and haven't had the resources to keep up with the referrals we've been getting so we haven't made many calls. Having said that, we don't have any referral for you so we couldn't have contacted you anyway. Doctors often use electronic fax to send referrals which is an unreliable form of communication and commonly we don't receive referrals that have apparently been sent. Apologies for the mixup, if you want to follow it up with your GP to resend then it's an easy issue to fix.
Our reception staff are friendly, kind and caring and do an amazing job in a busy environment. They don't deserve to be abused and disrespected over the phone for a simple issue that could have been solved if you'd called 9 months ago when the referral was apparently written.
Fantastic experience: The folks from Fix It Physiotherapy, are truly masters of their work. They are compassionate and professional and have personally turned my life and health around!

Fantastic experience: I've never been to a physio before so I wasn't too sure what to expect however the team went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. I can't remember the receptionists name but she was super nice and the physio I saw - Russell explained everything very clearly. He helped me understand what was wrong and how to work at fixing it. Fantastic experience: What a great experience! I had pain and discomfort in my shoulder and Mat diagnosed and explained in simple terms what was wrong. He used needling, massage and exercises to help reduce pain and strengthen the area. Within a couple of visits I was back to normal and able to do the regular exercise I was used to doing. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk into Fix it Physiotherapy its a welcoming environment. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable whilst making my visit more than comfortable. Fantastic experience: I have seen Matt for a number of injuries relating to my hip and back. He was very good at explaining the issue and providing pain relief through treatment within a minimum number of sessions.
