Fantastic experience: I have always struggled with my weight had Lap banding done many years ago and had to have it removed this year I put on a lot of weight in a short amount of time so I tried the injections and didn't lose a thing I seen this Lady last month and have lost 4kg yay me lol...I ate well just not healthy I have changed my way of eating now and feel sooooo much better a big thank you to you I look forward to next year to see what is going to happen to my body .But most of all I loved the way my weight was not the issue it was the fact that I didn't eat properly

Fantastic experience: I got in touch with Diet Yum last year - mainly because I wanted to understand more about food preferences with Coeliac disease (i got diagnosed) + weight loss. Dr. Simran Lodha assisted me with diet chart according to my requirements, restrictions. I now want to take a moment to thank her for assisting me on this journey. When I started , i was at 73kg but I went down to 61.4kg (which is consistent now for me). Honestly i never thought i can follow any diet to reduce weight but the healthy and tasty recipes she shared , fulfilled my cravings too along with reducing my weight. I do feel a lot lighter and very healthy ofcourse, applaud to her !!

Fantastic experience: My first time seeing a dietitian. I expect to be confronted with an entire diet change and an overwhelming shopping list with this to look for. Complete opposite only a couple of small changes like having a glass of water before a coffee and a couple of supplements which I don’t have to look for as a link to the supplement was sent and where it can be purchased was great. Even a few better eating options that are easy to make and follow with ingredients. So easy and manageable. Thank you Purva.

Negative experience: Failed to address my number 1 goal. Decided to treat things I did not need treated. Ended up with more diarrhoea than before. Was unable to find or guess the cause of my issues. I ended up solving my own problem with research on gut health. When I stopped showing up, they didn't even bother to reach out about why.
