Fantastic experience: Dr Angeline changed my life in 4 months! I started suffering from an auto inflammatory disease 5 years ago, and part of that suffering was in the form of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. The hospital dieticians only ever helped me as far as... "I guess you're on a FODMAP free diet for the rest of your life, good luck." I was suffering from symptoms of malnutrition such as muscle pains, low energy, brain fog, requiring excessive amounts of sleep, and a struggling immune system. I was suffering not because of lack of calories, but because my gut was so damaged it was barely absorbing any nutrients, and because I had to cut out so many foods because they were FODMAPS. I was functioning, just, but not really living. Dr Angeline told me what I needed to do, and helped me get my gut and nutrition back under control. 4 months later, my IBS symptoms have significantly improved by about 80% and the goal is to be IBS symptom FREE in the next 2 months. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Angeline to recover from a restrictive eating disorder. Over the past few months she has been a kind, patient and very experienced counsel to me. She works gently but with a very structured program tailored for each client. Under her guidance, I made progress almost every week! Fantastic experience: I will be forever grateful that we were referred to Angeline for help with our 1 year old's digestive issues. From 6 months of age our daughter struggled with digestion and was unable to poo without assistance. Fantastic experience: I saw Venus So to get on top of my gut health - to work out my intolerances, avoid mysterious gut upsets, and actually put on some weight. Venus helped me by ruling out inflammatory conditions, guiding me through the food challenge stages, and identifying those food intolerances. Fantastic experience: I was sent to bbdiet because I had a major spinal accident, and gained a lot of weight. As the doctor's and specialists tried to help me. I had many complications, with medications, and processes. Before my accident I was very fit and exercised every day. So bbdiet had a lot to do to help me, Angeline Helped me with not only losing weight but fixing underlining problems I did not know I had, for example I can't drink milk and eat bread this was making me feel sick every morning. I learned to eat more healthier, even though I thought I was. I ate fruit and vegetables all the time as I am vegetarian, but food has hidden sugars and fats. Fantastic experience: I spoke with Angeline 3 weeks ago and told her of my issue where as I needed to take antihistamines daily or I would breakout in a random itchy fit. With no hesitation Angeline suggested stop drinking milk.. I said but I like my flat whites and cereals, she also suggested I try oat milk. Of which I did and its awesome. So 5 days without Zyrtec and milk and I am yet to have another itchy fit. Thankyou Angeline and BBDiet highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with the result I have received since I started seeing Angeline 2 months ago. I have tried losing weight using meal replacement a year ago and managed to lose some weight but it was not sustainable when I got back to my normal diet. I have intense cravings for sugar and snacks, and always snack all the time. I didn't know how to overcome my craving issues. I started putting on more weight and was then referred by my GP to see Angeline for dietary support. Angeline has helped me develop a healthy eating routine, by eating more to lose weight. I no longer have any cravings for sugar, I have completely cut out all junk foods that I used to eat. Now, everyday when I get up, I look forward to my breakfast, I start cooking my own meals, and cook up for dinner. I have lost 10kg in 2 months, without going on a diet.
