Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the fact that I have a doctor that genuinely cares and listens to you.

Fantastic experience: I'm happy that I finally found a great doctor who actually cares about her patients and who listens. I love her approach to health and holistic knowledge. Another plus is that she is also a yoga instructor. Thank you Dr. Dang! Also the receptionists are very kind and welcoming. I really appreciate the team.

Negative experience: I attended this clinic for a simple blood test. I later received a text message to make a telehealth appointment to receive my results, but was surprised to also receive a bill. The item was charged to MBS Item 23 – Surgery Consultation, Level B. When I looked this up, MBS Item 23 is described as a professional attendance involving a face-to-face consultation where a clinical examination is performed and a management plan is implemented. None of this occurred in my case — I only had blood taken and received a message to call for results, no consultation or examination. I am very concerned about being billed under this item, as it does not reflect the service I received. This feels misleading and potentially inappropriate billing.

Fantastic experience: Nice Dr that I saw and the receptionists are really lovely! :)

Positive experience: Adrian has a strong depth of knowledge, particularly in areas often overlooked by mainstream medicine. His nutritional advice was instrumental in helping me navigate some of the more complex aspects of my digestive health. While it may not have appeared that I made significant improvement outwardly, his support was imperative in slowing the progression of illness and reducing the severity of symptoms. I’ve also been impressed by his ability to collaborate with conventional healthcare, demonstrating a broad understanding of medications, potential interactions, and how natural therapies can complement or support medical treatment. The doctors I’ve personally seen at Invitation to Health — Dr. Nelis Ehlers and Dr. Bently Logan — have been kind, thoughtful, and willing to think outside the box. Overall, I believe Invitation to Health fosters a more patient-centred environment than many traditional clinics.

Negative experience: A few years ago I went to see a Naturopath here. She was very good. When she went on maternity leave I saw her replacement. Big mistake. I never went back. I hope that replacement changed careers and isn’t inflicting her superiority and arrogance on other patients.

Negative experience: Recently tried a new female DR Kahloon since my regular one was away. Waited over 5 hours for my phone appointment with no call from the reception on updated time. I had to call them three times to only be given times that were also missed. I planned my work day around this appointment, making it the morning incase she was late (again). The doctor then told me it was a double booked appointment and she told the reception to inform me she'd call at the end of the day. Which would of been fine if they actually called me and communicated that message. Instead I was left waiting all day. This appointment was confirmed the day before over the phone. If it was double booked you think they would tell me then. Total different stories. NO accountability from either the doctor or the reception. Uncaring and Unprofessional experience.

Negative experience: Average time to answer the phone 11 minutes. None of the doctors stay for any length of time. I can never get an appointment with the same doctor. They seem to work one day per week. Very disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: In April 2022 My Wife Maree and I embarked on a health journey, we saw a diabetes program pamphlet in the surgery, we were fed up feeling fatigued and overweight and decided to book an appointment with Naturopath Adrian Adams and Dr Nehlis to enrol in the program, it’s been 6months since we started we are both feeling clarity of mind, energetic, healthier, we are diabetes free and significantly lighter with weight loss of over 60kgs between us, it’s been easy with the support and knowledge provided by both Adrian and Dr Nehlis, we are so grateful for their program and would highly recommend this program to anyone, looking to improve their health and vitality.

Fantastic experience: I saw a Dr there today who was the most proactive Dr I have met in a while in regards to my health. I was pretty guarded in my responses to being with as I am not used to someone wishing to help you apposed to just ticking boxes but he continued to ask questions & offer suggestion. A very nice change from the norm.

Fantastic experience: Dr Christabelle thank you!!! After having ongoing health challenges Dr Christabelle has been the only doctor to take her time to understand the root cause of my issues. Her analytical mind is beyond most professionals capabilities however remaining humble as ever. Dr Christabelle is a truly compassionate and dedicated person who searches for the greatest outcome. Mr Adrian Adams is an absolute wizard with his extensive knowledge in natuopath and nutrition. Taking the time to really listen and understand each challenge as it is encounted. Educating me as the journey continues, for the greatest outcome. I am truly blessed to have these two in my corner.

Negative experience: Profit before Patient all their best doctors move on to another practice.

Negative experience: So I have a severe case of food poisoning apt available but because I'm first time not available what ever happened to the doctors code

Negative experience: 'Dr' Karyn Avery is not as qualified as other doctors she only has a bnatmed. She also doesn't have the experience (only recently got her diploma), she also lacks basic knowledge. She fakes it. WORST GP EVER. Don't waste your time or money. Dr Avery Invitation to Health charges a lot a delivers nothing. Better value and same service at bulk bill place.

Negative experience: Very disappointing considering this is touted to be an “integrative” service. Had my follow up appointment with Dr Latta which basically consisted of her giving me blood results and advising supplements ‍♀️ I asked for assistance with another issue and was told to make another appointment for in a months time. (Another $95) The appointment I paid for was meant to be 20min long but definitely wasn’t. Dismissive. Zero empathy. All about the $$

Negative experience: Dr Alison Latta I had the worst experience a mother could have at this clinic. After trying to get help for my 2 year old daughter for over a month, visiting 2 gps and ending up in emergency for three nights with no diagnosis or results. I thought I might receive help from a "hollistic" dr or at least empathy and understanding. I took my daughter in to see Alison Latta. I explained that my daughter had been poked, prodded, jabbed with needles all over, had almost asphyxiated on her own vomit and was quite literally covered in bruises from head to toe. To the point where my once social butterfly of a daughter was terrified when any adult came near her. Her reply to that was "And what do you expect me to do about that?" with utter disdain. It only went down hill from there. The treatment that my daughter and I received was disgraceful and showed a severe lack of professionalism. Not only did she get irritated (holding on to the bridge of her nose, taking deep breaths out of frustration) by my daughter, she spoke to me with disdain, condescension and ridicule. I left once again with no diagnosis. If I could give them less then 1 star, I would. I am disgusted. Please believe me when I say, do not make the same mistake I did. Do not use this lady if you have children! She is not a hollistic doctor, far from it! I paid $300 for the privilege.

Fantastic experience: I saw the Kinesiologist, Leanne Andrews at Invitation to health and had the most wonderful experience - calming, insightful and I left feeling so empowered about owning my health and helping myself in the future. A wonderful clinic with special practitioners.
