Negative experience: I had a similar experience to what another reviewer mentioned one year ago. After seeing the physio twice, I was only shown two very basic exercises. I expected a more detailed treatment plan or guidance. Felt a bit rushed and not very personalized. I’m thinking about might moving to another clinic that might offer a more thorough approach to recovery.

Negative experience: Great doctors and physics but their appointment system leaves a lot to be desired. E.g. turning up to an appointment to be told there was not one after phoning to confirm the location of the appointment the day before and being told it was Angus Street, at 4, then arriving today and being told the appointment for yesterday at Next Gen had been cancelled. So now I am waiting an hour after taking time off work to come to my ‘appointment’ Do better with this please.

Positive experience: My wife ruptured her achilles they have been excellent

Fantastic experience: I suffered with some quite debilitating shoulder pain after doing weights. I cannot more highly recommend the physio and medical team here. Specifically, Natalie Tyson and Dr James Ilic who are looking after me. They are both outstanding and I very much appreciate their time, expertise and care. I am 70% better and heading in the right direction (it was quite a chronic thing so this is MUCH better than I hoped. I thought I'd be stuck with the pain). I am extremely grateful and delighted. Thank you. (And it is wonderful not being allowed to hang up the washing!!). Dr Ilic, you are a true gentleman and a brilliant doctor.

Negative experience: Bad experience. They charge $120 for 15- 20 minutes of physio treatment. Very expensive compare with other physio. Bad service. Don't go there.

Fantastic experience: Extremely high standards and level of care always provided. Extremely knowledgeable in all areas of medicine - Sports, Injury, General and Mental Health. Modern, professional practice with excellent staff all round. Uses the latest technology for treatments, communication and booking services.

Fantastic experience: Easy to get an appointment. Admin staff are fantastic assisting to get additional investigations. Drs are thorough with assessments. You are made to feel welcome and comfortable

Fantastic experience: Dr Badrinath is very friendly and knowledgeable to give me most clear explanation and analysis on my shoulder pain. He also helped me to access to useful resources very timely. After having the severe pain and trying with a number of other places, he is the most caring one stepping out to identify some potential problems and risks and gave me the most valuable treatment advice. I’ll definitely recommend Dr. Badrinath to people in need.

Fantastic experience: Sandy Kleinschmidt is the best clinician I've met in my entire 66 years of life. He is extremely thorough, very informative and insightful and did a wonderful job directing and organizing my care. He is also an extremely nice person and clearly very, very intelligent and quite talented. I could not be happier with care and attention I received. The staff members in his office we're also extremely friendly and very helpful too.

Fantastic experience: I was cared for Dr Karthik Badrinath today, I was really happy to meet him, he was great he listened, read reports, gave the most comprehensive push, poke, and prod. Ascertained the course of action then steered me to the solution. This is the gold standard for being treated like a human. I appreciate his help today. I am impressed. Thankyou.
