Negative experience: The way the owner handles issues is nothing short of unprofessional. As a business owner, people in leadership should act with utmost professionalism, emotional intelligence and respect. Personally I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for handling my issue but it was met with poor attitude and communication. Buyers be aware. Edit: you only want to save face now that people have given you one star reviews. 3.8 stars is reflecting poorly of your company. You are screwing people over and you know it. It’s evident that your first reaction is a reactive response rather than coming from a place of empathy

Negative experience: My first package from these guys took about 4 days from submitting my script to the package arriving. I was so impressed. Im about 3hours drive from the lab for reference. My second package took 3 weeks from when I submitted the script online to arrival. Just opened it up and it had a qr code to submit feedback, so here it is. 3 weeks for medication is a joke! I made 3 or so phone calls following it up in that time. If you're experiencing delays you should send an email out to your existing customers so they can source it elsewhere or submit a repeat earlier to compensate for the delayed wait. If I use formulae again it will be out of necessity if I can't find abother lab to use before next time.
Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough of this place.. it’s like winning the lottery.. The health lottery!! I tell everyone I know to see Lou, she’s so knowledgeable and eager to help.. Steph and the ladies at reception are also super friendly.. one thing .. be organised with your scripts .. order early as they are always so busy and sometimes the products are hard to get hold of.. 100% recommend these guys to anyone who is keen to be healthy!
Negative experience: Waited for over a month for a numbing cream to be dispensed. Each time I asked they said it will be ready in a day or two. Five weeks later I said don’t bother. Took my script to Newmarket and it was ready to following day. Don’t bother with this place.

Negative experience: I have been both a customer and a patient here for about a year. Overall, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I’ve had to follow up on my prescriptions more times than not and have been left waiting for medications for 10 days while suffering acute symptoms that worsened by the day without antibiotic intervention. I’ve also not received a prescription at all after following up on it three times. There is always some excuse, the last one being the cyclone (cyclone hit on Thursday, I ordered my script (for an acute condition) and gave full payment and confirmed shipment on the Monday before. 10 days later, I got a text that my script was ready, asking me to call with payment and to arrange shipment). The bottom line is, the team is quite pleasant to deal with but the ball gets dropped ALL THE TIME. The levels of inconsistency are unacceptable when you’re dealing with people in debilitating pain or suffering from acute symptoms and charging top dollar for your products. After multiple disappointing experiences, I am taking my business elsewhere. If you’re someone who needs compounding services on an ongoing basis, I would definitely not recommend Formulae.

Negative experience: 4 phone calls over 3 weeks unanswered and I was left on hold. Messages left and no callbacks received even though their recording says they will call back if you leave your number. No option to hold longer to actually speak to someone. Clearly they've either gone out of business and forgotten to shut off their phone line or they are too good for my business! Edit to respond: my issue was stated. Since you responded to the bad review within hours, it's clear the answer to the last sentence is that you're too good for my business. I stated what I wanted in my message. Perhaps you're out of stock or don't sell this (hard-to-find) item anymore and decided you wouldn't show the courtesy of returning my calls. I don't need to divulge what medication I was looking for on this public forum. And sorry correction for your records, I left 2 messages with all details, the other 2 times I didn't but held until I got cut off by your machine.

Negative experience: This is a very unscrupulous and illegitimate compound pharmacy. I once presented them with a script for melatonin. They made me wait over thirty minutes to extract it from their warehouse. When I finally received it, I noticed the bottle was unusually cold. I took it later that night and discovered it had an odd aftertaste. Inevitably, I never slept that night. I decided to try it a second time, and I felt nauseated. Apparently, they sold me an expired batch of melatonin. Selling expired products can cause serious deleterious side effects, which include fatality.Does this pharmacy not comprehend the gravity of medical-legal litigation? I'm a health care practitioner in three countries. So, I fully comprehend liability processes, particularly ones entailing Gross Negligence. Incidentally, I asked one of the staff members if she could photocopy my registration certificate, I could submit it to my employer. She insolently declared, 'are you Joanna?' Now, I'm not intetested in being dismissed like a mistress, particularly when Ive attended this place for two years. This is unprofsseional and inexcusable conduct from a supposed health care business. Moreover,my fiancee would be appalled and disgusted because he's NEVER cheated on anyone. Why would you resort to catfish when you've already had caviar?1+++1 I tersely replied, 'I Have no idea who that is and I don't care for petty remarks." She promptly photocopied my registration certificate. I have never been to this business ever since 2020. I have no interest in sacrificing my health, money or integrity for such a deplorable excuse for a 'pharmacy'.
THIS IS A HOAX. We have never dispensed anything for you. Posssibly you are confused with which compounding pharmacy you attended. If you have a medicine complaint 4 years ago , possibly you should have called the business at the time. How much where you paid for this review?

Negative experience: Despite requesting a script refill 7 days out the pharmacist told me that I needed to “be more organised” after I rang and asked for an urgent refill of my medication when I hadn’t heard from them and I had run out. He was extremely rude to me and made a point of speaking down to me and over me when I was trying to explain my situation. I went in grateful that they had filled my urgent request and left vowing never to return due to the rudeness of their pharmacist.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service from Ashleigh. Sent an email requesting a medication weeks in advance specifying the address and date it needed to arrive by. Multiple follow up emails and voice messages - some answered, some not. 1 day prior, she had the audacity to tell me it wasn't clear if I needed the medications to be ready or arrive by the stated date. They take no accountability for their poor service. Unreliable!!!

Negative experience: We will not revisit and I suggest that others don’t as well. We had a script sent over for our 2 kg dog, serious medicine that she needs to take daily. The prescribed amount was 10 mg a day in capsule form. This pharmacy compounded 100 mg into a capsule, wasn’t until we paid $80.00 and got into the car that we reviewed the script and realised that they had compounded a drug 10 x the dosage for our 2 kg dog! She would have been seriously harmed, borderlining on dying if we had given her this capsule without checking. It’s shocking to me how this passed through due diligence and was handed over to a customer without realising? Then, no apology or an acknowledgment of the dangers of what could’ve happened had we given this to our dog. They tried to say they would make it “urgently” on Monday, but ended up making it today (Friday). So, if you do go here, make sure you check and double check your scripts and medicine to ensure they are correct.

Negative experience: I visited this pharmacy for a specific compounded medication. I was told that they can have a script done for 35 $ from a GP in-house. I refused and got a script from my own GP at no charge. I was quoted 160$. I did pay the amount. But I felt it was a bit too much and doubted their integrity. I went to another compounding pharmacy and got a quote for 80$ for exactly the same product. and I got the exact 80$quote from a third pharmacy as well . I wrote to them on two occasions to give me an explanation to which there has been no response as of today. I think they are overcharging and that too I am a Health care practitioner. myself . So can you imagine how they must be cheating the common man/ woman . This is only a product you are selling. Not a service. Products cannot vary so much in price. Services can vary on the type of service provided. Completely unethical and unfriendly place. Just because you are in an affluent suburb dosnt mean you can charge exorbitant fees The chapter has not closed . I will be taking this up further with higher authorities Dr Das

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They are hard to contact and have no idea what they are doing! Negative experience: I was excited to get my medications from the compounding lab after my allergist recommended them. I have filled three scripts with them. Every single time, there is an issue. Twice, I emailed the script and got no response 4-5 days later and had to chase up. Another time, the pharmacist said my cream was ready and when I went down to collect it they said sorry it’s not ready and it’d take 3-4 more days. Please be more thoughtful of others. The whole experience feels just haphazard.

Negative experience: I thought this lab was the answer to my medication problems. How wrong was I. I booked a collection with 5 days notice, the day before I was due to collect the prescription I received a message advising me of a review of regulations and they couldn't supply. The "Thank you for your understanding and we wish you well in your health journey" really doesn't cut it.

Negative experience: I've sent numerous emails asking about the status of my order that I made on 25/11/22 (7 days ago). I tried both their stock and enquiries emails and no response. I am almost out of medication, and since I can't get them to respond, I will have to claim my money back through my bank and pray it comes back in time to order somewhere else before I'm completely out. Buyer beware. They will take the money of online customers with no intention of ever following through. This business ought to be ashamed, taking advantage of the sick, disabled and elderly.

Negative experience: I found it difficult to deal with this pharmacy. Had to chase my scripts. The CBD oil bottle was so hard to open, no idea how someone elderly would be able to get it open. It's also the worst tasting cbd oil I have ever had. Won't be going back.

Fantastic experience: It is not too often that you come across people like Lou. I first met Lou in complete desperation, an absolute shell of a human with 0 hope, having dropped down to part-time hours and about to resign from my job due to crippling fatigue. From the moment I met her I knew she knew exactly what she was talking about. She is both incredibly knowledgeable and personable; a true expert in her field and a lovely lady. Lou talks the talk but most certainly walks the walk. I have spent large amounts of money elsewhere in the prior 6 months seeing 5 different specialists and 2 GP's with no answers (hence aforementioned desperation) and she was able to identify within 5 minutes of seeing me that my vitamin levels were exceptionally low, which is something not one of these other medical professionals were able to identify (and I assure you their consult fees are dramatically higher than Lou's). Since starting the recommended treatments prescribed, which consists of IV infusions, Vitamin B-12 Injections and personalised compounded products to replenish other things my body was lacking I have regained the energy to be able to work full-time again. Lou has surrounded herself with a fantastic and knowledgeable team who have always been nothing short of amazing and they really do go the extra mile. My experience when I am there is always exceptional and I am made to feel very comfortable. I always leave better then when I arrive. I will continue to visit The Compounding Lab and if you're interested in knowledge about your body and health, results and not to be treated like you're just another head walking through the door, I couldn't recommend a place more. Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could. I spoke to an Indian sounding lady on the phone who could barely speak English. I would consider myself a well educated and very clearly spoken person, however, I had to repeat myself many times and even had to spell words to be understood. Even then I could not get my question answered, so she put me on to a lady who sounded like she was possibly from Africa. She was almost as bad with very poor communication skills. Management needs to employ friendly, helpful staff with a good command of the English language, or risk further bad reviews.

Negative experience: Had my script sent to these guys to be made, was charged $67 for a cream that cost me $25 at a different chemist 14 months earlier. Didn't think to ask for a quote and learnt the hard way. Won't be going back here at all. Very disappointing and costly experience.
Wow that’s such a surprise as we often get thanked for being so reasonable. However with compounding you can’t compare as we all use different methods and quality ingredients. I would question what cream base they used. $25 sounds a little sub therapeutic. Thanks for the feedback.
