Fantastic experience: I’ve been to countless doctors, in more emergency rooms than I can think of after losing a loved one, and everyone over the last 7m has dismissed me and told me it’s “all in my head”, a dr even went as far as to put me on a mental health plan because he just doesn’t think anything is wrong. Initially I called the clinic and Angee was the most welcoming voice, she encouraged me and told me I was making the right decision by taking an appointment the same day as I told her “I’m tired of feeling like this”. Fantastic experience: I initially visited Dr. Ben for help with an ankle injury that I had been receiving treatment for from a podiatrist. The podiatrist provided me with insoles and massage therapy, but neither brought lasting relief—the pain kept returning. I underwent acupuncture with Ben for a couple of months for a very complex health condition and saw positive shifts in my mind and body. When voicing my health complaints I always felt heard and understood, and Ben worked in a very collaborative manner which is lacking in mainstream medicine. Fantastic experience: After nearly 9 months of continuous nerve pain first in my right hand fingers & then the left hand fingers, and across the top of my shoulder I had almost lost hope of ever feeling ‘normal ‘ again. I had a carpel tunnel op on my right hand that left me in discomfort & with limited strength in my hand .I was also developing anxiety about the operation booked for my left hand seeing the right one was still bothering me after the initial operation. .Since my initial short treatment by Ben all symptoms as described have now subsided for over 3 months. Fantastic experience: I've been suffering various degrees of lower back pain for close to 10 years now. Previously i had gone down a more invasive/prescription drug based approach which i really did not enjoy in which i abandoned. The problem never fully got resolved and essentially i learned to ignore the persistent pain. however as the pain had worsened i looked at a different approach and thats where i stumbled across Ben's clinic. With twice a week acupuncture coupled with chinese herbal supplements i noticed significant improvements and pain reduction within a couple weeks. Fantastic experience: I first came to see Ben about an ankle injury that I had been having treatment for by a physiotherapist. Despite still being in discomfort the physio felt that there was not much more that could be done. The thing that stood out immediately was that Ben asked so many questions, not just about my ankle, but about how my body was functioning overall. This is a sizeable difference when compared to doctors and physios who are more focused on the symptoms regarding a specific injury as opposed to fixing the body as a whole. Within a week of 3 treatments my ankle had repaired itself and the pain was gone. More importantly to me was what Ben has been able to achieve in a short time with respect to my nervous system. I was totally burnt out and had trouble sleeping, fast heart beat and just generally stressed out. Within a week of treatment, with the combination of acupuncture and herbs, I was falling asleep straight away and my feelings of nervousness/stress had significantly declined. At each appointment Ben keeps asking questions so that he can make adjustments to what he works on so that instead of a one size fits all response it is very bespoke to me. His knowledge of how the body works and where different pain points relate to different issues in the body is amazing. He also always explains why he does what he does and what he is working on. Fantastic experience: After enduring 6 months of significant pain due to arthritis in my hands I decided to give acupuncture a go. I didn’t know what to expect and was surprised when Dr Ben addressed the issue by putting pins in my feet! Going from 8/10 pain to 3/10 within minutes was amazing. Fantastic experience: I first met Ben when I was receiving osteo care from his mother Rosemary. Ben assisted to loosen up my body so she could work her magic. During these "warm ups" Ben and I talked about all sorts of stuff and I always felt I could just be myself and communicate anything to him. When I recently experienced a "frightening change", there was no-one else I wanted to see but Ben. I knew his experience with Chinese herbs and nutrition would sort me out. Fantastic experience: Having just had knee replacement surgery I was in considerable pain and unable to sleep. Ben provided Chinese herbs that were a combination of 2 herbs, one for sleeping and one for pain. I was eventually able to get significant relief from the pain enabling me to finally get some sleep. Conventional medications did not seem to work. I would throughly recommend Ben’s prescription medication for this type of surgery.

Fantastic experience: I was Recommend to Ben through a friend after speaking to him about my journey to find answers behind my unexplained chronic neck and shoulder pain that I have been experiencing since March 2020. After Spending what felt like a lifetime and most of my savings on different specialists in hopes for answers I was unfortunately only given a few hours of relief through a cocktail of different painkillers and medication that was accompanied by intense sedation, brain fog and other side effects. Fantastic experience: I initially made an appointment for my dad because he was complaining of numbness in his lower legs, as his diabetic I became very concerned. Dr Ben reviewed him and instead of acupuncture he gave him advice in regards to his nutrition, a few weeks later my dad received acupuncture. A friend recommended I see him for acupuncture. I am so pleased to say that this has helped enormously and the pain has almost gone. I would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Ben for three months now over zoom, as I am in the U.K. He has already helped me to make changes to a chronic condition that I have had for 40 years. Keeping a food diary has been enlightening and as well as that he always leaves me with a list of 4 or 5 things to do/change and then follows that up at the next appointment. He is thorough, professional and has suggested several books to read which have backed up and added further knowledge as to why I am making these changes.
