Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Roslyn for many years; my skin screams with delight every time I go! Recently, out of nowhere, I developed peri-oral dermatitis, and the medical treatment didn’t help at all. I was told I’d have to wait it out. Roslyn went above and beyond, looking into different ways of helping. She did regular LED – which, of course, benefitted the rest of my skin while treating the issue, along with some additional supplements. After some perseverance but improvement each time, my skin returned to normal, with no scaring or marks, and it looked better than ever. Fantastic experience: Roslyn has fitted me in at no notice at all on the day of New Year's Eve, around 2pm, for a spray tan, and was very thorough and professional about the application of the tan. I haven't had a spray tan for many years, so I wasn't sure how good it would be. Well, I can report that 5 days later, and even after an hour's swim daily in a chlorinated pool, this spray tan is still firmly on my legs and arms! It is a natural looking tan, nice and even, without streaks. I am super impressed, and think this is good value for money ($50). Thank you, Roslyn! I will be buying the $250 6-tan voucher - I am addicted to looking tanned lol.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Roslyn for regular facials since mid 2020 and I couldn't be more thankful to her for saving my skin. I have suffered from acne prone skin with frequent breakouts for most part of my adult life. The saying - "comfortable in my own skin" - definitely didn't apply to me before I started visiting Roslyn. At the very beginning of my skin improvement journey with Roslyn I told her, "one day I want to be able to not use makeup to cover my scars", and Ros really listened to what I was saying. She has literally been my skin's saviour...painstakingly extracting any congestions in my skin every visit. She has also prescribed me some great herbs and introduced me to Ultraceuticals products which have worked wonders on my skin. Roslyn genuinely cares for her customers, I would say. She is super professional and hardworking and is always rooting for you, her client. I have been to many skin aestheticians in my life, but none quite like Roslyn. Oh, and I am nearly there with my skincare goals!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Body By Design since September 2020. I am always impressed by the job Ros does. She never misses a hair and I leave there feeling great but today she went above and beyond. Before the appointment I was playing with my two children, 15 months and 3 years at the canopy and it was raining. My husband was meant to meet me and take over but he was running late. So I had to take my two sandy children to the appointment to tell Ros what happened. Ros was not phased, she said “come on through, you can just put your son on your lap, don’t worry”. I was so embarrassed, it’s bad enough just taking your children to an appointment, it’s even worse when they are covered in sand. And I mean covered! Ros would’ve had every right to feel annoyed, to tell me to wait or cancel my appointment but she instead talks to the children throughout the appointment and makes me feel better and see the funny side of it all and even tells me how lovely my children are. My husband finally arrives and takes the kids. At this stage sand is already every where. “I’m so sorry” I say, “can I help clean it up”. “It’s ok”says Ros “I’ll do it”. Ros did an amazing job and my eyebrows look beautiful which is impressive considering the environment she was doing them in. A true professional. I would highly recommend Body By Design.

Fantastic experience: This is my favourite salon! Roslyn does the best eye brows with such precision and care. My skin always looks amazing and I feel amazing whenever I leave. It would be correct to say they are perfectionists.
