Fantastic experience: I recently visited Mr Vitamins and had the pleasure of being assisted by Mariyam, whose vibrant and upbeat demeanor made my experience quite enjoyable. I was unsure about energy drink ingredients due to my very limited knowledge, but she helped me navigate my purchase with much confidence and clarity. She attentively listened to my concerns and patiently explained each ingredient effects in simple terms. Her thorough knowledge and empathetic approach in essentially teaching me not only helped me choose the best product but also made me feel more like a valued customer rather than just another number. Will definitely be coming back again!

Negative experience: Having shopped once before at Mr Vitamins, where it was a good, personal experience, I joined their club & went back to price a supplement. I enquired & was given a product that was different. It was $89. I don't remember wot I paid, but enquired about another brand, which was close @ hand & she knew it. It was $69. A $20 difference. Y wasn't I given a choice? I went back to complain about this & a fellow there said, "he wud have done the same thing." You mean try to sell the most expensive version of the product, without offering a choice? He then said, "it's about product knowledge.." Yeah right, wot's the most expensive brand u can sting unsuspecting customers for. Pitiful their corporate culture is about changing the highest $$$! Very Disappointing! Shopping elsewhere.

Negative experience: Just walked into the parramatta store. Lady on her mobile phone at front counter . Shop phone ringing out , no acknowledgment! Walked through got what I needed as I’ve been shopping at this store for years ! I Also work at the Westfields for the past 21yrs ! Got to counter , extremely rude lady still on her phone and shop phone still ringing ! SHE DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE me at all ! while she keeps talking on her phone . Not even to look up and say won’t be a min !!!! I couldn’t understand what she was saying as it was a different language other than English . WAITING WAITING WAITING shop phone still ringing!!!’ Obviously I just left ! And she didn’t flinch !!!! Kept talking on her phone!!!! in my 21yrs of retail and training officer that I am ! I have never witnessed anything like this in my life ! Will not step foot in there ever again even though it’s so convenient for me ! DISGUSTING

Negative experience: Can I just say that girl working in the store today at around 12.30pm was extremely rude. Abruptly asked if I’m ready to purchase told her I wanted more info about the product she said “ how would I know I’ve never used it” . Then stormed off, I watched her be rude to another customer asking about a magnesium product. She obviously dislikes the job and is going to drive the customers out. I’m definitely not coming back into the store and have been a long time purchaser of many products in store. Hopefully she finds a new job she enjoys.

Negative experience: Whats the point of having a physical store if i have to buy products online?people don’t check stock and order before it runs out anymore??!!if i need to buy online,there are better stores out there.

Negative experience: I have been trying to contact the store all day since the morning and the phone keeps hanging up and no one has bothered to answer the phone. I understand they could get busy but I have been trying to call the whole day surely they at least pick up the phone once. I definitely won't be coming here anymore.

Negative experience: I go here time to time near to my gym. Today an item advertised for $5.45, He tries to sell that to me for $8.95 when I informed him can’t believe he replied with an attitude ” I can’t give it to you for the advertised price either you take it or leave it” these are the exact words he said. Could’ve created a scene there but felt sorry for other waiting customers. Don’t want to write his name in public but called himself an assistant manager what a shame. Don’t care about the $3 difference but the way he handled me shows his care about his customers. What a bad experience. Left this review maybe will be helpful for others.

I’ve been in there twice and asked about different products and the same girl was short with me both times, not having much helpful info. This place has a large product range but is only good if you know what you need prior to going.

Fantastic experience: Lovely shop on level 5 in The Parramatta Westfield Staff were extremely welcoming and helped me with all questions and queries I had. I bought the products I needed and also signed up to become a member. Will be returning to this store

Fantastic experience: The best Vitamins and Supplement store experience I've ever had. All the staff were super helpful and when I needed a price check the manager Lina offered assistance as she knows all the products from memory - like a quantum computer! She was amazing and went above and beyond!! She even notified me that one product was about to expire in 2 months and asked if I'd still like to buy it and offered a discount on the item since I was buying so many other items in bulk. When front line staff communicate like this and aren't prompted = what you want to experience as a customer (and i was a first time customer = I will now be a repeat customer on Mr Vitamins for sure!) Well done to the staff there and i really hope your managers give you praise and recognize you for all your hard work. I wish other retailers could emulate this type of customer journey. Keep it up and well done!

Fantastic experience: Friendly helpful efficient service, well stocked, lots of variety, well laid out, easy to find in Westfield. I rang the mail room at Chatswood and they were out of a particular tablet, they rang around and finally Parramatta had what I needed, I walked in, they knew what I wanted, went to get it, I paid and was outta there so quickly! They did what they said they'd do!!

Positive experience: Vit E 4 Efficiency Very good selection of health-related consumables, helpful staff though pricey. It is hard to match prices when stores in shopping centres and to pay high rents and sometimes even share profit so the store's staff go beyond service to get products they have run out of, for you. Great selection of honey brands but far above the price you can get elsewhere. Good stock of super foods. A visit makes for a pleasant experience. Follow me for more discoveries.

Fantastic experience: Great store seemingly always fully stocked (though in a small space perhaps doesn't carry the variety of a larger store) with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Up on top level of Westfield, and like all stores in that chain generally undercut the competition price-wise so worthwhile visiting. Quality brands like Herbs of Gold and Thompsons permanently discounted, plus regular sale lines. It's a pleasure to visit.
